I’m a long-time Browns customer and have visited several locations over the years. I can confidently say the service I received at the McArthurGlen location is by far the best. The staff are consistently polite, patient, and very attentive. Their guidance and support made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d especially like to recognize one of the team members who appeared to be a manager. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and handled everything with great care. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she truly stood out. Highly recommend this location!
Leaving this review today specifically for Pradyuman. This was one of the best experiences of any Browns store we have ever had. Amazing suggestions, incredibly attentive, we each walked away with two pairs of shoes and it’s hours later and still impressed with this in store experience. Incredible. He made Browns customers for life. 👏 👏 can’t say enough good things.
Came here with my (very particular!) Mum looking for shoes for travel. Steven was incredibly helpful, gave us everything we needed to try on and much needed advice about which shoes were best for walking long distances. He was incredibly helpful with sizing, very attentive, and even helped us order a pair shipped to my Mum’s home when they didn’t have her size in our preferred colour way. He assisted us with cleaning advice and we left with everything we needed! Thank you so much Steven, this was the best customer service we have experienced in a long time!
Tushar is truly amazing. He and his team give you the full attention; honest opinion when helping u find the best pair. I was seeking a different color and he came back and said another store has it in stock. Even if it means losing my sale. At the end, I was impressed with his service and professionalism. Would recommend!
I had a great experience at Browns Shoes. The staff are extremely polite, professional, and helpful. Everyone is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable while shopping. Came to get an On cloud shoes today. Store assistant Akash was very helpful to get the right size for me as I was confused between two sizes. Made a good decision coming to this store today.
Sometimes you can find some gems here, I found this pair of Wishbone shoes which is adorable. Price is probably same as a regular Browns though.
Stopped by Browns at McArthurGlen and ended up picking up a pair of OnClouds. Staff were helpful without being pushy, which made the shopping experience easy. The store was clean and well-stocked, with a nice range of sizes and styles. Felt like a smooth and relaxed purchase. The shoes have been great so far too.

I went there yesterday, there was quite a lot of customers, but it didn’t feel like its busy at all coz there are a lot of employees helping but what stood out the most was TUSHAR, we went in there to buy some sandals for summer. He spotted and greeted us asking if he could help with anything, i went and asked a few shoes with different sizes and styles and Tushar helped us a lot without showing any sour/annoyed face. He was smiling and very willing to help us. He wasn’t pushy but not negligent as well, he lets us have our own time to discuss it and fit it without pressure but checked on us from time to time. I actually didn’t have my size and was gonna go to another browns or just order online but he was so nice and helpful that we decided to order it online and buy it there. The lady Manager was also very nice and helpful. Thank you to you both 👏👏👏
We were browsing the Browns outlet, when we came across THE BEST pair of caramel leather dress shoes with blue detail. Shelley and her team were knowledgeable on half sizing, in soles and even buffed the shoes with wax care before leaving the store. This was a friendly stop on a rainy day.

the team made our first time visit in Vancouver (and in Canada) extra special. Shelly, Tushar, Daniella and Gabi took an extra mile of bringing into their store our perfect shoe sizes because their store in McArthurGlen did not have our size, which is so kind of them. The team in the store is amazing, accommodating, warm and showing genuine smiles. My family is pleased with their hospitality and assistance.

Great variety of shoes to choose from. What impressed me the most was the service that Stephen Yim provided when I was shoe shopping for my mom 15mins before closing. Stephen went above & beyond what is expected of him at a time when everyone was getting ready to leave & close for the end of the day. A+++
