Always been a delight visiting this store! I recently just made an order in store since the size i wanted was not available and I got it delivered days after the purchase but doesn’t really fit me so I have to return in store to exchange it. Transaction went smooth and they have top tier customer service, I’m so satisfied hope they maintain it until my next visit..
I came in on Monday looking for a present for my Mom, and received such great customer service from the girl helping me. I needed a summer sandle, and since it's December there wasn't much available on the floor for the style I needed. She was patient trying to figure out what I was looking for and asked me a bunch of questions, went in the back and brought out some options and gave me an iPad to look through their online options in-case there was a style they didn't have in-store. Order placed Monday in-store at 7pm, and just received it this morning on Christmas Eve. Couldn't be happier, and everyone working in the store was extremely friendly despite the chaos of stressed Christmas shoppers. Will definitely be back next time I need a new pair of shoes. Thank you!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the young lady who helped me today really deserves one. I think her name was Rose. She was super helpful without making me feel rushed, and she honestly made the whole shopping experience so much better. She was easy to talk to and knew exactly what would look good. Probably the best service I’ve had in a long time.

I have bought multiple pairs of shoes from this location, and i have to say, it is the most pleasant of experiences. With the help of Gabriella, I always leave satisfied. She brings me multiple sizes with ease, allowing me to ensure the perfect fit. 😁😁😁

I had such a great experience in this store! Ruby was so helpful in offering a variety of choices based on the shoes I was looking for. Her and the manager were also so wonderful in honouring issues I had with shoes from a previous purchase. It was an unbelievably seamless process and I will definitely come back for purchasing future shoes!
The sales associate working there are very helpful and positive. They know what they are doing and greet us with confidence with a smile on face. I was really glad for the way my issue was handled by Missa. She knew what will be good for my feet and helped me exchanging the shoes. She went above and beyond to help me. Even cashier was really efficient. The whole store associates were carrying a smile while dealing with the customers which is very rare now a days. I would really recommend this store for your feet. Shoes just took 2 days to be delivered. Browns service is best in Canada as I experienced a good service in Montreal as well.
I would like to say thank you to Diandra Ellwood. We were in the store today in london Ontario. She is very friendly and gave us exceptional customer service. We were having a package from another brane and we were not having a bag for that, when saw us she gave ua the bag from the store for us to carry that easy. She went above and beyond for us.
We were there on Saturday and purchased shoes. I wish I got her name but it cant go unsaid, rhe girl with the green jumper, dark hair was amazing! Very friendly, not pushy and genuine. Was in another time and had her. Same amazing service.

I took my Mum into Browns to find her a pair of shoes. Erin was quick to come and help us and was very friendly creating a comfortable experience.
I called Brown’s Shoes. I have a hectic work schedule. I couldn’t waste time going into the store. I had an idea of what I wanted and I called the Masonville Brown’s. Erin stayed on the phone with me through my indecisiveness. She was patient. She was knowledgeable and she kept running to the back to check the computer and inventory. She directed me to the website to see what she was suggesting. I thought I was annoying but she made me feel good. I placed my order for two shoes with her. I informed the store today when I went to pick up my shoes that whoever Erin is…..she’s amazing. They told me she’s the manager. lol. As she should be. Thank you. I appreciate your patience and expertise.
I was super happy to receive excellent service by the retail associate who helped us exchange a few sizes on shoes the other day, She was extremely patient and I believe her name was Whitney. Great service, everyone was super nice and helpful.
I rarely leave reviews but I had to mention Marvee’s customer service was stellar! I’ll definitely return to this store and make another purchase if assisted by someone with the same level of customer service. Marvee has a real instinct to understand customers. Excellent work!
I live in Southern Ontario near the US Border. I’ve always either purchased shoes that I couldn’t find online in Canada in the US online or in brick and mortar stores. It was only since the Pandemic closed the border between Canada and The US to non-essential traffic that I’ve been solely purchasing items online. I was looking for a certain pair of designer shoes on another site when Brown’s Shoes was suggested by my search engine. Unfortunately there isn’t a Brown’s Store in my area with the nearest being approximately 2+ hours away (it would still be worth a drive for me) so I decided to look at their site and I’m so happy that I did. Not only did I find the exact pair of Sergio Rossi shoes that I was looking for, but they were on sale for far less than they’re sold on US sites. I was ecstatic. I purchased them immediately and within 28 hours they were on my doorstep with free normal shipping. They were gorgeous but unfortunately they were a half size too small. Not to worry, they arrived with a prepaid return Canada Post label. I called and spoke with a lovely Customer Service Representative who told me that my call wasn’t necessary and to either drop the same box with the new label in a PO Box or drop it off at a Canada Post Office and as soon as they’re received at the warehouse I will be immediately refunded. I did that today and I repurchased the shoes that thankfully were in stock in a half size larger. I have also subsequently purchased two pairs of designer sneakers, a pair of gorgeous croc embossed leather boots on clearance and a pair of designer leather loafers on clearance. The prices were phenomenal and I couldn’t resist splurging on these footwear items. I high recommend that if you haven’t already, check out Brown’s Shoes online. I even recommended them to the Customer Service Associate at my local Canada Post Office as she saw the box with the logo & website for Brown’s Shoes printed on the box in big, bold lettering. She subsequently stated that she needed some new comfortable athletic shoes to wear to work. She stated that she would look them up later “for sure”. I’m thrilled with the selection, variety and the prices are fantastic for the level of quality materials used in the designer items listed on their site. I cannot wait to get all 5 pairs that I just purchased today. It will be like Christmas in the Spring for me when they arrive. I highly suggest that you check them out! I’m a customer for life based on the quality, great prices, free shipping & free easy returns. Thank you Brown’s Shoes!!!
