I went there to exchage a pair I ordered online. The store manager more than accommodated my request and he even offered a different colour as the ones I needed were not in stock. Kudos to the team and manager (Tyrell)

Jenny made me feel so comfortable while looking for new shoes!! She was so bubbly, welcoming and friendly!! The other workers were very smiley and nice as well seems like a great location with so many cute shoes, I’ll definitely be back
Alexandra was so lovely and attentive as soon as I walked in to the store. So ready and happy to help. I needed to find a pair of shoes for my new job and she was quick to check in the back for my size as I have quite big feet, which makes it hard to find shoes usually. I wasn’t ready yet to buy them but Alexandra didn’t pressure me, she gave me her business card and a sku of the shoes to order them when I was ready. I truly appreciate this amazing worker and this store for hiring such an amazing team of individuals. Alexandra and every worker I’ve ever met there has always gone above and beyond. Thank you Alexandra for being so lovely and thank you Browns for hiring such an amazing staff. Godbless 🙏🏽
i was at browns with my friend, we were looking for some uggs and ameera was so friendly and welcoming. she was so helpful and was chatty and nice. we talked for a long time and i would definitely recommend her!!

I have bought many pairs of shoes from this location over the years and I had to come on here and formally give a good review. I have consistently received prompt service by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Yesterday I went to the mall and stood in their competitor's store for 15minutes while numerous staff passed by me. I came in for a specific shoe and was ready to make a $200 purchase. After receiving poor service from the competitor I walked across the hall to Browns and was greeted immediately by the helpful salesman. I tried on a few other styles and asked some questions. Then I happily bought the shoes I came in for. I always come back to Browns because of the staff. Keep up the good service!
Had never bougth a pair of Blundstones before. It was a busy day, but the service was still incredible. I tried other stores where I was pretty much left alone. I really want to commend Marcus for his servcie and all the help he gave. He was knowledgeable and kind, really just a great salesman. All in all it was a very good experience and left me confident in the boots I bought. 10/10 thanks for the help.

Anyhow, she was a young lady, so competent, so efficient, literally the best customer service I have experienced in over a decade! Thank you so much. I bought a pair of Michael Kors sandals in Toronto. The one strap broke within 3 months. I contacted the company and they advised me to go to a nearby Browns. I went in, showed them my sandals and they're sending me a new pair in the mail. Not only that, but since they're on sale, they reimbursed me the difference I initally paid. Great customer service!
Their shoes are always in fashion or ahead of the season. I enjoy shopping there.
I went to Browns to pick out a set of shoes for an upcoming wedding. The shoes were not in and had to be ordered. It only took a few days. I got an email notification that the shoes had arrived. I went back for a second fitting. Customer service was very good. The gentleman that sold me the shoes was there to do my second fitting.
Browns is the best shoes company that I have found near me. Ther are providing Good and Quality products. Really love their shoes.

I went in today looking to buy a pair of heeled boots for a birthday event tomorrow and was assisted by Marcus. I had the most amazing customer service experience I've ever had in a store, and I was super nervous going into it as I've never purchased (what I'd consider) upscale boots before. He was genuinely interested in finding a boot that I would feel confident in and that fit well. All the way from the beginning of the experience to the transaction, he did a great job.
