This is the best location. The cashiers were fast, professional and kind. All the lovely ladies were so nice and professional and know how to handle customer service. Love this location!
Visited on a weekend and was really impressed by the staff. Shoutout to Gelareh, who was attentive, quick, and genuinely helpful in finding the right shoes in the right size. She made the whole experience comfortable and it was clear she actually cared about finding what worked for me, not just making a sale. Great service!

I recently visited the Browns Shoes store at Hillcrest Mall to make a return, and I was really impressed by the level of customer service I received. From the moment I approached the cashier, the cashier who was a young white woman with curly hair and glasses- was exceptionally polite, patient, and extremely welcoming. She handled my return efficiently and with a positive attitude that immediately made the experience stress free and quick. In the end, I decided to make an exchange and ended up needing to pay a small difference. During the transaction, she kindly asked if I would be interested in donating $2 to the Starlight Foundation as well, an organization that raises funds to support sick children and helps make their wishes come true. I appreciated the way she explained the cause without any pressure, and I was very happy to contribute. Overall, my experience at this Browns (at Hillcrest Mall) was outstanding. In my experience, it is rare to come across staff who are both professional and genuinely warm, and her service truly stood out. This visit reminded me why I enjoy shopping at this location over others, and I will absolutely be returning in the future as I have many times before.

my shoes pick up that I ordered online , was very smooth and professional , they advised me products to keep my shoes look new. I love browns shoes, as they have good brands and quality , it's not cheap but it's worth it. They give a nice multiuse bag to carry your shoes, a lot of stores stopped doing it , it is a nice gesture.
This location has the best staff they are so welcoming helpful and patient I returned boots and they are still helping me find the right ones without hesitation if I could give 10stars I would thank you richmondhill browns it’s nice to see good around I will only shop here because of the staff! And recommend to all!

Browns Shoes is a great place to shop for footwear. They have a great selection of styles for footwear, and the brands they carry are always good. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for, and the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help without being pushy.
I had a wonderful experience at this location thanks to Atena. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, offering great suggestions that perfectly matched my needs. Her pleasant demeanor made shopping enjoyable.

I recently went to buy pair of flat shoes and the the store sales person Valeria helped me a lot to find right fit for myself and she even gave me brand new pair which was very satisfying for me.

Rogilyn was such a pleasant saleslady. She showed me different shoe styles that fall into the kinds that I like. Unfortunately, the store doesn't carry that particular style. She said to check every now and then to see if that one will be back as they used to carry that style in medium heel heights.

Came in today to purchase a pair of shoes. Marjan is the kindest, caring, and most professional sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. She assisted me with everything I needed and answered all my questions with genuine care and competence. Thank you to her.
Very helpful and professional staff and most importantly their 30 days return policy is for real. I got shoes from them and changed my mind a week later. Got a full refund from them no questions asked.
Very helpful and accommodating customer service there. It is much better to try on the shoes that you want than buying it straight from website if you have time.
