Very nice store! It is one of my favourites every time I go to the mall. Great selection and nice staff.
OMG the customer service is freaking amazing love going to that store. loved the managers love the coworkers always attend out of 10. Every time. I’m there. The workers are amazing. A couple customer service is awesome. 100% whole reason why I always shop there because of the great customer service.
Lots of Hokas in stock but staff could use a little more training on how to size for running shoes if you’re going to be selling them.
I recently had purchased a pair of light coloured Frye boots (which are incredible!) but there was a slight defect so I went to exchange them. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, quick to get another pair shipped to my house and I feel it’s important to share good experiences with customer service. I felt valued as a customer and will certainly continue shopping at Browns, HSC. Keep up the great work, and congratulations on your newly renovated

Jacqueline was extremely helpful and provided the type of customer service one hopes to receive in a retail environment but rarely experiences anymore. Browns is lucky to have her in their employ.
I went today to buy shoes, and Sepideh, the sales representative, assisted me. She was very friendly, helped me find the right size, and took great care throughout. I really appreciate her help.

SABITA was wonderful. I had such a bad experience with online delivery from browns and had a function to go to . The bag came as faulty and I went to store to return or perhaps exchange. Sabita helped me by going above and beyond and even brought bags and helped me make a decision. She gave me a discount for my inconvenience. LOVED THE SERVICE. xoxo

I went to get laces for my boot, and the clerk found one for me. He didn't charge me for it, even though I insisted. They really helped me out, and I appreciate it!

Had my 92 year old mom in for our 8 th attempt at finding shoes for her foot challenges! Young sales guy with iPhone watch and dark hair exemplified excellent client service! Sorry we did not catch your name. You lived your value of treating customers how you want to be treated and you stood out from most of the other sales people in the other stores. So impressed ! You even got down on your knees with shoe horn to try yet another solution to fit those many MK shoes. Coming up with lots of options / staying with us / running to get more options / giving us things to try that we did not see or notice etc. well done and thank u! You give us hope that client service is not lost!

This location was extremely helpful! The sales associate immediately came up to me and asked if I needed help as well as they were super suggestive in finding me the right size. I was buying a very expensive pair of boots so wanted to make sure I had the right style and size, definitely couldn’t have made an accurate decision without their help ! Definitely recommend this location !!
The girl with the red hair gave me excellent service and was quick to ring me up. Her energy and character really made me love this store. Will definitely be coming back soon!
