I was at Browns today for a pair of walking shoes for my upcoming trip. The store was clean, well organized and had so much choice! I was served by Brandy. She was dressed fashionably . She welcomed my son and I to the store. She was very kind. I had four pairs of shoes that I was hoping to try on. I had them saved in my phone so she took a minute to look at the photos and then said she’d be right back. She came back with all of the styles in my size. She was patient while I tried each of them on and made suggestions to help me make up my mind. She knew the different models and which ones were made smaller than others. I ended up getting a pair of New Balance and I’m so happy with them! I did see them online for $20 less but I wanted to see them in real life and try them on as I didn’t want to take a chance ordering them online and being disappointed when they came in and they weren’t the colour I expected or they were too tight or loose. when it comes to clothing and shoes I think it’s better to go to the store. In all it was a five star experience because of Brandy.
I had ordered a pair of children’s shoes online and they’re were too small for my daughter. I brought them into the store to inquire about proper sizing/ exchanging them. I was immediately greeted and served. Staff went above and beyond to help me exchange the shoes for the proper size but also engage with my little ones who were shopping with me, provide education and size my baby’s foot to ensure we were getting the right size as sometimes the measurements online don’t line up with the sizes (I learned this today). We will definitely be back to support this store, thanks so much!
I had a great experience, a girl named leen served me and she was really helpful. She was super welcoming and knowledgeable. She made my purchase super easy and smooth. I would recommend anyone reading this review to go see her, she’s the best sales associate there!
My family and I always love shopping at Browns! I had done my research before going in, as I usually do, to check for size availability in the individual store’s inventory. A very convenient tip for anyone short on shopping time who prefers to try before you buy) I convinced my friend to run out to Fairview with me before NYE to grab some new boots. We both found something great with the excellent help from Ashley. Notable mention to a very lovely and patient young lady at B2 who was also excellent a few weeks prior (I think her name was also Ashley). I LOVE supporting Canadian retailers so this is my go to for quality footwear with excellent customer service and hassle free returns or quality control brand issues! Merci

This store has a great variety of shoes, from sports of all kinds to business and casual. The customer service from Ashlea was truly excellent. She is very knowledgeable about the store's selection, stock, and which styles of shoe would be more accommodating to my wide feet. She is a great asset to the team!
After a very bad experience at Browns Rockland yesterday I decided to try the Fairview one this am because I really wanted those shoes... Well what a difference... excellent customer service sales rep were all extra nice

The service is amazing! They went out of their way (Nicolas, Mo and the whole team) to make sure that my shoes arrive before I leave to the airport on the day of my travel. They sourced the shoes from two different stores in the Montreal area to ensure that I am satisfied! Thank you for the amazing service.

Came for a pair that was out of stock in store. So I had to order and Nithya (who gave me the best customer service !) told me I’ll receive my order between December 28th and January 5th. Well I just checked my tracking delivery and it’s gonna be there, at my door tomorrow (2 days after I ordered), on December 22nd. Wow - good job guys ! And Nithya, thank you for the great service !
Madina m'a donné un super service. C'est difficile pour moi de trouver des chaussures comfortables et classy. J'ai essayé 7 paires et certaines avec des grandeurs différentes. Elle a été très patiente, connaissait bien son stock et est toujours resté souriante et aimable. Hey boss give her a raise she deserves it.
