Lots of high quality shoes at decent prices
Went in for a quick visit last week ,, Marjan was extremely helpful! She was on the floor dealing with multiple customer requests at the same time, how busy the store was , youd think the service would be slow, but No! She managed to make me feel like I am the only ones there! Finally, she genuinely helped me by informing about the different options available and showed me some shoe cares aswell ,, I came to buy a pair of shoes but I left the store with 5 boxes which I love them so much Im in customer service myself and these days, its become extremely rare to encounter amazing experiences like this one A very special thanks to Marjan ,, I would Really loved to work with her .

After listening actively to my needs, while somehow managing to run between 2 or 3 clients at the same time, you were able to help me and even though it took almost 30 minutes until we found the right pair of boots for me, you nailed it! Thank you so much! I'm very happy with my boots and I'm happy that you helped me change my mind about a certain brand. Thank you for your kindness and patience with a customer that wasn't feeling good in her own skin. You could have judged me and dismiss me based on my appearance, but you showed care and compassion. Some people have no business being in management positions. The Manager is unpleasant, unprofessional and unapproachable. Definitely not manager material. I've been a Brown's customer for years and I will never again step foot in any Brown's location. Don't bother asking people to contact your customer service department to discuss their experiences. A true customer service department should be the ones to reach out to their unsatisfied customers. If I could give this Manager a 0 rating, I would.
