The Brown's location at Shops on Don Mills remains to be my favourite location. I have been a loyal Brown's customer for about 30 years!!! This shop is so welcoming. The massive front windows make it so bright and its so clean. Most importantly, the staff do not jump on the customers in seconds to push sales. I'm given the opportunity to first browse before being approached - I love this sooo much and just one reason why I keep coming back to this location. My daughter and I found all our fall/winter shoes, runners and boots!! Karina is a most amazing person who also gave us fashion tips with our footwear - it always feels like shopping with a friend!! I followed Karina from the Bayview Village location because of her honesty. It is her honesty that makes me a return customer year after year - last week I bought my daughter New Balance runners & UGGS booties. For myself, I am loving my Brown's couture shoes, UGGS booties and Artica boots. We're so happy with our purchase:D I have a bunion and have found challenges finding the right footwear, but all the shoes and boots I bought are super comfy. Thank you so much Karina for your honesty, patience & knowledge (about footwear & fashion)!!!!
Alexandra was off the charts. Amazing!!! She went above and beyond to help us with the 50th birthday party getting the shoes for everyone... She truly even offered to stretch a shoe and educated someone who's 50 years old for the first time in his life that it wasn't the size of the shoe but the width of the shoe that needed to fit.. an absolutely amazing experience..

I just shopped here for the first time last Wednesday, April 5th. I was served by the lovely Soson, who was very pleasant and helpful. The pair of shoes I liked were not available in my size in the colour I wanted, so Soson said she could order them and have them delivered to my home. So I chose to do this instead of going to another location. Imagine my surprise when the shoes arrived the following morning before 10:30 am!! That's quite fast and I was very impressed, both with the speed of the delivery and the service I received in store. Thank you Brown's and thank you Soson. I will definitely return to shop here again :)
Fantastic!! Web was our sales rep and I must say that he is the best I have had in a very long time. I am 65 with wide feet and my daughter is pregnant needing a comfortable pair of slides. He found them for us and was very patient and professional. I highly recommend him when you want the best service. Thank you Web ;)
