Had an excellent experience at Browns thanks to Murtaza! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while I was trying to find the right pair of shoes. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered great suggestions without being pushy. He was very friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. Murtaza made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I had such a great experience at Brown’s Shoes in CrossIron Mills! Mai helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, welcoming, and had a big smile the whole time. Her customer service felt very personal, and she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Honestly, one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. Sandy and the manager who worked there were very kind. Sandy helped me out figure which boots worked best for me, even though I didn’t end up buying from the brand due to personal reasons, she was still very kind. Big shout out.
We found a business card in the box, so we decided to leave a review. My wife and I came in just to look at some shoes, and it turned out to be a really nice experience. Ihor suggested a few options different from what we first had in mind and brought out six different pairs for us to try. He also recommended a pair based on his own experience for knee and back support. I’ve already tried them during workouts, and I can definitely feel the difference. Good store!

We visited their store, and Sandy Patricia was very helpful and patient in finding the right sizes for me and my husband. We ended up buying two pairs for both of us. We will definitely be back. All of the staff were very accommodating.
We have shopped at Browns shoes at Crossiron mills two in the past month. Both times we had Sandy help us. She is absolutely amazing!! Friendly,knowledgeable & so very helpful! The other staff there is great as well but I have to say Sandy is our favourite!

We’ve always had lovely service from the people that work here, they’re all very accommodating without being pushy, you can see the professionalism and pride they have with the work they do. Lyn, the store manager I’ve encountered more than once, once while buying my Uggs venture daze and the latest was after purchasing Uggs Neumel and the Uggs neumel boots and I’ve observed her dealings with customers and irate ones at that on some occasions, the way she diffuses and soothes them shows more of the kind of person she is and the respect she has for her profession, more than anything else. She’s got 100% really good customer service skills. Another one that’s so personable and has the makings of a great manager is Ali (that’s his last name). Ali has great customer service skills, and is very friendly and so wonderful to deal with. Manushka Kaur also was one of the people who helped us out first. Lovely and very helpful lady. All these people have made our shopping experience super nice and now we will only shop at Browns crossiron. Thank you!

I was shopping for a Christmas gift for my friend, and Sandy helped me as soon as I walked into the store. Even though the shoes weren’t for myself, she still took the time to explain all the details, including how to clean and take care of them. I truly appreciate Sandy’s patience and hard work. Last Sunday I went to Browns with my family and there was a nice woman helping us that day. She was very nice to us and helped get one of my family member's get the shoes she needed.
I, too, am blown away with the customer service at Brown’s Outlet at CrossIron Mills!!! I met Ramandeep and then Lynn, the manager; they were both so helpful. I ended up with the sandals I wanted in the correct size and they were delivered quickly. I’ve been shopping at Brown’s for a few years now and they have always offered amazing service no matter which store I go to.
I was so happy to find the exact type of sandals I wanted. I was really struck by Sandy’s friendliness and customer service. She was prompt at getting everything I needed which made my decision simple. Thanks again.

My first visit to Browns shoes was a pleasant surprise. I was assisted by Lynn. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the boots I was interested in were not available at Crossiron but she found me a pair at Southcentre. Lynn called and asked them to hold them for me as I wasn’t interested in having them shipped to my home. Unfortunately, the boots didn’t work for me but I will definitely shop at Browns in the future. The customer service provided by Lynn was exceptional. I thought perhaps she was an anomaly but the young lady whom helped me at Southcentre was just as helpful. Way to go Browns! It’s so refreshing to see that customer service is alive and well in your stores.

Excellent service!!! Don’t spend your money at stores where you have to wait forever to try in a pair of shoes. Tobin was awesome, extra attentive and the product selection is great!
I went to about 6 other shoes stores in the mall.
Mostly a mess with people ready to say hello and nothing else.
Browns had great displays and actual stock.
People were helpful and I need go no further.

The assistant manager Tobin was a great assistant who knew how to deal with the customer and brought attention to buying shoes i want to thank him. I will always return to him to buy what I want.
Friendly staff helped with getting tons of pairs out, even helped with ordering a fresh shoe piece to our house and suggested that this one is the display so we order it to our home. Clean store with comfy benches to try shoes on, also a wide variety of selection on boots. Quick service as well.

Customer service can make or break your experience at any business. Despite me not ending up buying anything, Pavan was extremely patient and sweet while showing me multiple options to try and help while browsing men's dress shoes.
I stopped by browns today to grab a pair of dress shoes, but was overwhelmed by the prices - the associate and manager made sure to help me within my budget without any judgement - and I walked out a very happy customer with the shoes that they helped me find. Super friendly lady who offered to make an attempt to clean some salt off some of my special boots I had thought I ruined. She got them almost perfectly clean. Then they checked abother store for another set of boots I wanted and had them put on hold. Thanx for the great service!
