Great Customer Service, I was satisfied with Associates help. This location is one of the good one. Ignore the rating. But you didn’t email me when my shoes arrived so keep eyes on that. 🤏🏻
The manager went out of his way to help me find shoes in my size!!! I have always had amazing customer service at this store but Douglas took it to the next level
This was my first time shopping at one of these stores. I looked at shoes and around trying to figure out how the system worked. A young clerk named Zahra Amina n invoice helped me. She walked me through the process, and helped me for probably a good 20 minutes helping me find the shoes that fit best. Must have tried on 6 or so pairs? Super patient lady, very helpful. Ended up getting a pair of blundstones. I'm in love with them. Thank you Zahra! And the front cashier you checked me out, super friendly as well!

I had a wonderful experience at Browns Shoes Coquitlam. I was visiting Vancouver from Toronto and honestly didn’t plan to buy shoes, especially after my foot surgery, since I thought I couldn’t wear the style of winter boots I love anymore. But Diana, who helped me during my visit, completely changed that. She was so patient, supportive, and attentive throughout the entire process. Thanks to her guidance, I found the perfect pair of boots that I feel comfortable and confident wearing. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism, and I left the store very happy with my purchase.
We were here a couple of weeks ago and assisted by Tatiana. I couldn't end up finding the perfect size/fit of the particular shoes I liked but she was incredibly helpful and professional, with a great attitude.

Wanted to say thank you to the store manager for handling not one, but two pairs of ON runners which ripped shortly after purchasing them. The first pair they replaced for free, and the second pair, they gave me 50% of the value towards a different shoe. Excellent service, and so thankful they stand behind what they sell. We visited on a Friday afternoon. There were a number of other customers but the staffing level was good and we didn’t have to wait long. After trying on a few different styles my husband found the ones he wanted. Our sales representative was friendly and helpful.

Everyone complaining about customer service, or lack there of... look for Miguel.
I have recently had total hip replacement surgery and need to replace most of my footwear. I have had Miguel help me twice. He remembered me when I returned on the second visit. He is friendly, kind and very professional. I will continue to shop at this location because of the excellent customer service that Miguel provides.
