I had an exceptional service at Browns today. The guy who helped me was wearing a nice suit, very professional looking. I told him I needed a pair of shoes for long distance walking. He recommended me 3 different options and I left the store very happy with my purchase.
Vera who is friend of mine knew exactly what shoe size would fit just by looking at my feet. Never did i need to remove my shoes for a fitting. Saved a lot of time.
Je suis passé au magasin Brown récemment et j’ai eu une excellente expérience grâce à Tina. Elle a offert un service vraiment attentif du début à la fin et a pris le temps de bien m’aider. On sent qu’elle se soucie réellement des clients et qu’elle veut s’assurer qu’on reparte satisfait. Elle a été patiente, professionnelle et très agréable pendant toute l’interaction. Ce genre de service fait vraiment la différence quand on magasine. Je recommande sincèrement ce magasin, et si vous avez la chance d’être servi par Tina, vous serez entre de bonnes mains. A lot of offers going on for Boxing Day week got very good deals in shoes I bought as gifts for my family members.
Went to the Rockland store this morning looking for a comfortable running shoe , the salesperson Tina was very helpful , and so was the entire team . They all came up to me with compliments that gave me no other choice than to buy it . Loved the vibe at the store and will definitely go back . I highly recommend you to go there if you need any type of shoes . Thank you

Great experience here today. Sales associate was fantastic. Really 10/10. Not pushy to buy, good humour and vibes. Excellent atmosphere with lots of space to try on shoes and walk around to test them out. Thanks again to the team at browns rockland 2nd floor!

Last weekend I was served by this nice young girl , zul she was very helpful with assisting me buying boots for my daughter . She made it a quick and easy trip , she made sure I left with everything I needed :)
I’ve been a Browns client for years the service is great, lately I went to buy some shoes for an occasion and believe me I’ve been server by a salesman called Mohamed let me tell you, HE WAS AMAZING he was so patient and helpful honestly I’m returning for my future purchases to Browns rockland and exactly for this guy, Thank You Browns thank you Mohamed.

Je suis entrée dans ce magasin et au début je me suis sentie intimidée par les prix et les vendeurs. Je ne pouvais pas m'imaginer porter plusieurs chaussures là-bas car elles semblaient inconfortables pour le prix. Puis, un jeune homme en toute simplicité est finalement venu me parler dans la marée de vendeurs disponibles et a su trouver exactement le genre de chaussures que je cherchais sans mettre de pression, il s'appelle Santiago. Je trouve qu'il est un bon vendeur car il savait trouver le bon produit pour les client(e)s sans avoir trop de détails. Il n'avait pas l'air trop sûr de lui, mais il devrait, car pour être un bon vendeur, il faut savoir cerner le style du client. Aussi, je ne me sentais pas obligée d'acheter avec lui. J'ai senti qu'il n'était pas là pour la commission, mais pour trouver la bonne chaussure pour mon style et mon âge. C'est apprécié.
Even if the place was busy and crowded, the manager was nice enough to take a few minutes to solve a minor issue with a broken lace on previously bought boots.
great shoes for all budgets. Lots of big names, and when on sale, they are an amazing find.
