La boutique est exceptionnellement belle et très bien entretenue au niveau de la propreté des lieux. Le vendeur qui m'a servi, est un vendeur REMARQUABLE, il est intéressé et l'on voit très bien que c'est son domaine, il donnes de judicieux conseil et connais les stock en boutique... (son numéro de vendeur est le: 2871). Maintenant que dire de votre jeune caissière, je ne connais pas son prénom ni son nom de famille (MAIS, SI CELA PEUT VOUS AIDER, J'AI REMARQUÉ QU'ELLE ÉTAIT ASIATIQUE); elle aussi, qu'elle service 5 étoiles qu'elle m'a donné. EN EFFET, elle est même sortie avec mon sac dans sa main pour venir me le remettre en main propre en avant du comptoir. J'EN REVENAIS TELLEMENT PAS DU SERVICE, QUE POUR UN INSTANT, J'AI CRU QU'ELLE S'EN VENAIT PORTER MON SAC A MA VOITURE, HIHIHI, ET JE N'EXAGÈRE QU'A PEINE, VOUS SAVEZ!!! ET VOTRE CHOIX DE CHAUSSURES EST GRANDIOSE. 10/10 ET 5 ÉTOILES. TWO THUMS WAY UP FOR YOU BROWN POUR VOTRE PERSONNEL INCOMPARABLE... Found myself shopping at Carrefour Laval, went into Browns, looking for some new shoes and who do I see, Richard, whom I specifically wanted to write a review about at their Anjou location because of his excellent service. As always incredible service from Richard even at this Carrefour Laval location. Do yourself a favor, ask for him if ever you find yourself at Browns. You won't be disappointed. 10 stars if I could.
Great experience shopping here, had a return to do, which took not even 30 seconds.. and then ordered another pair, easy breesy teansaction... which arrived perfectly. Love it, will be back! Very impressed with your service and system in place.
Browns not only offer a high variety of shoes but what the store should take pride in is its personnel. Kiriakos is one of the employees that remain helpful and encouraging while letting the customer breathe and decide on their own. This balance between making a sale while helping the customer is important and should always be as subtle as possible. Kiriakos is the epitome of a helpful, professional, welcoming employee who understands and respects the customer’s needs. Well done to the HR department for setting the bar so high regarding the staff.

The customer service provided by Julien was incredible. We came in to purchase some winter boots, and Julien was nothing but sweet, patient, and charming. He took excellent care of his clients.

Nous cherchions des chaussure pour ma fille. Le personnel a été gentil et dévoué, il a proposé des options car il n'avait pas en stock ce qu'elle recherchait. Finalement nous avons trouvé ailleurs mais sinon j'aurais été commandé avec le vendeur, il a été serviable et à l'écoute et sans pression. L'étoile manquante est pour l'inventaire mais... ça arrive.
J’écris cet avis specialement pour souligner le bon travail et le professionnalisme de Mathis. Il nous a accompagné du début à la fin malgré les nombreuses solicitations de ses collègues. Je trouve qu’il mériterait plus de respect de la part de ses pairs/superieurs car il s’est fait parler très brusquement à deux reprises en notre présence. Merci Mathis d’offrir un beau service sous aucune condition.
Je suis allée au Browns du Carefour Laval pour un échange de chaussures que j'avais commandé par internet . Service impeccable, ils n'avaient pas ma grandeur en boutique et me l'on fait livrer à la maison. 24h plus tard, je les recevais. Très satisfaite !!
This Browns is 10/10 I love how people are friendly and not pushy at all. Super happy with my purchase, I’ll be going back to this Browns just for the service.

J'ai eu un excellent service à la clientèle de la part de William, l'assistant gérant. J'avais deux échanges à faire. Ce fut très simple, rapide, professionnel et courtois. Sincèrement j'ai rarement eu un aussi bon service-client dans ma vie. Je recommande ce magasin à 100%.

Je suis passé acheter des bottes d’hiver il y a quelques jours et j’ai eu un mauvais service de la caissiere blonde et une autre jeune . Par contre Jessey a su comment bien regler la situation et me comprendre . Si ca ne serai pas d’elle je ne retournerai pas . Merci encore et a la prochaine
I came to this location during the Christmas rush with an issue regarding a previous order. Even though the store was extremely busy, William took the time to help me and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. You don't see customer service like this very often!
