I ran in near store closing time to size down an online purchase that was too big and return another shoe that I was not going to keep. Victoria was very pleasant and helpful even at the late hour and quickly found me the right size of shoe for the one pair and suggested another shoe altogether based on my comments about why I was returning the other pair. I bought them as they are exactly what I need. Pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient service…. thanks Victoria!

My experience at Browns was great. Soteara greeted me with a smile. She brought out many different styles of Hokas for me try on. She was very pleasant.

Hitashi, at bayshore malls browns is just a fabulous employee. She deserves a pay raise. This girl hustles ! And very enjoyable to talk to. I am a very picky buyer, she did not get mad for bringing it different shoes for me, my mom and my sister. She alone helped 3 of us at the same time. Excellent service. Thank you ♥️

Yasmeem was the best! I inquired about Uggs for my boyfriend on the phone. As I was not able to come in store to pick it / put it on hold on my own, my boyfriend had to. She was able to box it up and help me surprise him by not saying what was in the box when he picked it up. Best customer service I’ve received this year!!! Appreciate her help during these busy holiday times!
Didn't get the clerk's name, but she processed my return around 4:15pm Thursday Oct. 13.
As I approached the counter, wearing a mask, she promptly without hesitation put her mask on. This was MUCH appreciated!
She asked about the shoes, and how she had never seen this pair before, we had a nice interaction, she was very pleasant.
After I mentioned they were a half size too big, she looked to see if the half size smaller was available online, and when they were, she offered to just ship that to my house instead of doing a refund. Brilliant process.
I await my new shoes now, but such a simple process, kind customer service, and hassle-free exchange is not a common thing anymore, imo.
My business will be back!
This staff worker that has a friend in Akwesasane was very rude to me and my mom over I.D and a different status card not being from Akwesasane. Horrible attitude but Thank you to Seth for sorting things out!!! You are a great worker!
Haven’t been shopping for a while, was pleasantly surprised at Brown’s, not old fashioned anymore. Awesome selection. Bought a pretty expensive pair of men’s dress shoes, as customary, I ask for a deal, salesperson said no. Asked to speak to manager, he said not here. I’m good with that even knowing a few points wouldn’t have killed them. Ask for a horn, got one, put the shoes on, bought the shoes, came home and they had taken the horn out of the box. Wow. That, I thought was chintzy. Not a nice feeling.

I was helped by Raymond and he is very friendly and was able to identify shoes that fit my needs. He really knows how to make customer at ease and made me feel I am welcomed. I would go back on the days he works just to have his amazing service again!

The staff here are very friendly and attentive. I was instantly greeted when I walked into the store and then re-approached as I browsed around. The sales lady who helped me took the time to find the right size and style for me. She brought over several options until I was happy with the right one.
