We have had such a good experience here! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! They were very patient with my daughter as she was hesitant. Dr. Josh Brink was very thorough and explained everything in depth without feeling rushed! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good pediatric dentist office. It does take a little while to get in so definitely plan ahead and make sure to confirm the appointment.

But most importantly the staff was so good with her. I can’t even explain what happened today. I cried happy tears at the end. My child has overly extreme anxiety and we never make it through a visit without screaming and scaring other children or me having to literally hold my child like an octopus in the corner just to let Dr. Jason just look in her mouth or having to just lay down on her and we have never gotten any work down without being put to sleep. Dr Jason and the staff is the best! The staff spent extra time and made her so comfortable. We even came in with her already crying and having had an anxiety attack. She laid on the table after about 5 mins of talking and the ladies telling every part that will happen. Wow first step….. she was very anxious but she made it through a cleaning awkwardly but no force and lots of noises but no screams. She has sensory issues with any toothpaste but she did it. We brought our own dental kit that we bought her to practice on and she showed everyone and they really looked at it with her and showed her the kit compared to the real stuff. Then Dr Jason came in and he has always wanted us to try for atleast 20 mins to let her have some independence but this time it was less than a minute and he promised her not to hurt her and she laid down. He looked at all her teeth and put the fluoride (which is new with no flavor and less sticky yay). I cried again happy tears. They walked with her to get a toy out of the toy bin and the next thing the staff came to tell me that my child might want to try the X-rays….. what?!?! She hasn’t had any since being put to sleep….. I waited and waited and here she comes as they pull up her X-rays on the computer and show me/her the pictures of her teeth…. I cried hard right then too. No one knows the emotional journey this has been and how even if this is only one good visit or if it is the start of more good ones then I will accept it and be so proud at this moment. Thank you so much for this.

This was my daughter’s first time and it was great! They were amazing with her and she just loved the office in general. She’s very shy at first and they handled it like a pro! There’s a fish tank, and huge tree in the waiting room. The room we were in had animals painted on the walls, and they gave her a coloring sheet while we waited.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Dr.Jessica and her assistant listened to my concerns and took me seriously. They explained the issue in a way that I was able understand and provided me with a referral to fix it! Everything is clean, they have a really cool fish tank and treehouse/clubhouse for the little and lots of books! It doesn't feel like a scary clinical setting at all. The room where they polish teeth has an overhead tv which was awesome!! My baby was a bit fussy during the cleaning, but the staff was so kind and helpful during it! Her and Dr.Jessica helped my little one feel more at ease. I'll always bring my baby here & I recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful dentist 🩷

We just relocated to the area and my child started having complaints of jaw pain. I thought it would be several months before we could get seen, but that was not the case. They were able to get us in right away and did not shy away from the fact my child has special needs. Special shout out to the hygienists from Dr. Josh's team! They were very patient and accommodating to her sensory needs. She left the dental office skipping (when does that ever happen leaving the dentist)! I'm so glad I took a leap of faith and went with the first dental office that someone recommended!

This dentist is the best. I know without a doubt that my daughters little teeth are very well taken care of. The reception is wonderful. The hygienist are always so sweet with my babies and communicate very well with me about any areas of concern. We saw Dr Jason yesterday and he is awesome. Goes over how my daughters teeth are progressing and points out places we may need to keep a close eye on as they slowly move into their adult teeth. And I never feel any sense of judgement on areas that maybe need a little more attention on brushing and flossing. They are excellent from the moment we walk in the door. Above all my girls look forward to going and that alone would get a 5 star review out of this mama.

The staff there are so friendly!! My 5y old had to have a cap done and some feeling too!! The nurse took her to the back by herself!! The nurse said my daughter wasn't nervous at all.. Just at one point she got upset.. The nurse calmed her down then asked her if she would like a popsicle and my daughter declined and asked if they had fruit!! Sadly they didn't have fruit but that's ok!!

Everyone that works there are total sweethearts! Very patient with the children. My daughter gets super excited whenever she visits and they’re never irritated nor do they rush us. Very polite and thorough. I highly recommend this office. They have the greatest surprises for the kids and even I look forward to seeing what my daughter will choose. The waiting room is beautiful and it’s very clean. You can sense that their personalities are authentic and they make you feel like one of the pack. They’re all geared towards taking care of children and making them feel comfortable. My 7 yr old has had 4 separate procedures over the last 2 yrs that required sedation.She’s come to trust the staff so much that she isn’t afraid to walk through the door and hear her name called to “come on back!” That means so much! My children range in age from 4-16 and we've been using Brink & White in Munford for many years. Our family has never had anything but the best experience, from the front desk to the assistants to the doctors. We rarely have to wait long, never feel rushed, and the doctors always take time to explain any concerns or treatments. Every one of them has been wonderful in dealing with each of my kids, all of whom have very distinct personalities, fears, and comfort levels! Really can't say enough about how happy we are with this practice, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My daughter began going to this dental clinic when she turned a year old. My dental hygienist recommended this office. Our first visit Dr. Jason diagnosed my daughter with a gum infection. We had been to 2 PCP's and Lebonheur and no one could tell us what was wrong with her. We were so grateful that Dr. Jason could give us a diagnosis and tell us how to treat it. I was very impressed with the whole staff and that the office is geared towards kids. They have an aquarium, tree house, and have children's movies playing in each room. They also give kids a sticker and prize as they leave. I drive an hour so my daughter can go to this clinic and it is definitely worth the drive! We ❤ Brink & White Pediatrics!

My 16 month old son, Layton, had his first dental appointment yesterday and we could not have been more impressed with every single aspect of Brink and White in Munford! Their facility was down right awesome with a big fish tank, a tree clubhouse, toys and an XBox! They really cater to the kids and try their best to make them feel as comfortable as possible! The staff and dentist were just as amazing. They went over every single thing I needed to know about my son’s dental care, for both at home, and what they were going to do in office. Naturally, my son did cry as they were cleaning/checking his teeth, but both the assistants and dentist were so patient and kind with him that he perked right up as soon as they were done. He even got a sticker and got to pick out a cool pair of sunglasses as a toy! ☺️ I’m so happy we picked Brink and White to be our son’s dentist office! I love this dentist office! This place is so kid friendly, from the giant fish tank to the movies always playing in the waiting room, to the giant tree you can run inside to play video games. And that's all before you are called back! The doctors and all the techs are so kind and easy to talk to, very comforting to be around, especially for someone who might be nervous. The kids can watch movies while they get their work done in their mouths, and always receive a little reward when all done. We've been patients of this clinic over 4 years, and I don't want to take my children anywhere else. This is a great clinic with a wonderful staff!

We are a military family and move a lot. Last year we were new to TN and found ourselves in need of pediatric dental services, on a FRIDAY... After 10 phone calls with no luck, I stumbled on to Brink & White. By the time I found them, it was quitting time. These wonderful, amazing people stayed late to help my child! I then called Brink Pediatric Dental Associates, and the Memphis location wasn't open, but they recommended their location in Munford. From the moment we walked in, we were very comfortable, it is obvious they want to put younger patients at ease. My daughter had an abcess, and was given a prescription.
