We wouldn't choose another dentist office, they offer pediatric, but she is able to stay until she is college because of the general dentist is able to see after she is no longer a pediatric patient. We love them!!

I came to this location from the Bartlett office and had a great experience. The staff was very informative prior to our visit, which I really appreciated. My expected dentist wasn’t available, but they sent a text ahead of time to let me know who would be seeing my kids. I also requested that my two children stay together during the visit, and they had no problem accommodating that. My kids did very well and felt comfortable throughout. I’m especially grateful for the dental assistant—she was very kind, attentive, and did a great job meeting the needs of our family.

I absolutely love coming here. My oldest who is now 22 went here she was younger and so of course my next kids there was no other place I would whether take them. Everyone is so sweet, especially the staff in the back. They make me feel so comfortable with my 3 year old. Don't walk run here! They answer any questions you have about your child and make you feel seen as a parent and not just a number. I don't even live close by but I drive where I am comfortable where my kids are happy and excited to go.

We love going to Brink & White for our kids' dental care and have been with them for over 5 years! Dr. Jason White has taken especially great care of our son with his fillings and tooth extraction. All staff members and dentists have been patient and compassionate towards my 3 kiddos including when they have been anxious about the process. I brought my daughter in for a primary tooth extraction. Her original provider was unable to perform this procedure in a way that managed pain. Brink & White was one of a few pediatric dental facilities that was recommended. I’m so grateful I found this place (Lakeland location). They were able to get my daughter in quickly (her dental needs were time sensitive). Everyone and I mean everyone was professional and courteous. Everyone treated my daughter with respect and kindness. Dr. Josh did my daughter’s tooth extraction and Katie was assisting. I really liked how he explained to her what he was going to do just before doing it. Katie was super sweet too. I was thrilled that my daughter was given enough medication for the procedure to be pain free. I was so impressed that Dr. Josh completed the tooth extraction within five minutes and my daughter commented, “I didn’t even know he started. I was too busy watching the show.” Of course, being a pediatric clinic it’s decorated super cool and caters to kids in all kids of fun ways. My daughter liked it that they asked her what she wanted to watch on tv and that she was offer to pick you/prize at the end. This is my first and only experience so far. I plan for my daughter to continue to get treatment here as long as the standard of care doesn’t decline.

They got me in in same day, for my two kids! We take our son to the Lakeland office and our son never gives us a problem having to go there. And when the appointment is over, he gets to pick a toy. Its a great office and environment for children. I recommend this dentist for your children too.

I took 3 of my kids there today and I've taken them to two other places. This was the best experience with a dentist office I've experienced since I started taking my kids to the dentist! The atmosphere was so calming when I first walked in and I'm really big on energy. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive from when we first walked in until we left. My kids were so calm and they got through there appointments so effortlessly. My kids weren't afraid and again everyone was so attentive and professional but also caring. Ms Brooke made balloon animals for the kids! They were able to walk their favorite cartoon while getting their teeth cleaned. Their hygienist was so informative and gentle with them and Dr Amy was so detailed and calm. I absolutely love this place. My husband was even pleased. Im actually looking forward to their future treatments !! Great job ladies.. you all are the absolute best!!

My kids love picking a movie to watch during their appointment, and they always run straight to the big fish tank in the waiting room — it’s one of their favorite parts! What I really appreciate is how the hygienists and staff take the time to talk to my kids about brushing and why it’s important. They’re always happy to answer questions and explain things in a way that actually gets through to them (which we definitely needed at home!). Each office is themed differently, we tend to like the Lakeland office personally- aquariums, and an at the beach theme that my kids love. For my son’s very first dentist visit I had gone to a different pediatric dentist and they were not friendly at all. They didn’t say hello to him. My daughters have seen both Dr. Emily and Dr. Josh and I think they are awesome. The front desk, hygienists and assistants are so sweet to my girls and always carry on a conversation with them, making them feel so comfortable and proud to be getting their teeth checked out. We have had fillings performed with zero complaints. Scheduling, rescheduling or canceling alltogether is a breeze. The Lakeland office has a really neat interior including a full size tree, fishtank with TONS of beautiful fish, rooms that feel like an old wooden ship, and of course a pirate treasure chest with goodies to choose. 100% recommend Brink & White if your kiddos are nervous to go to the dentist. Mine look forward to their checkups! Crazy I know.

This was my second time bringing my daughter to Brink and White Pediatric Dental and everyone is always very kind and great with my 2.5 year old. Dr. Jessica was kind and helped my daughter feel comfortable. The dental assistant I didn’t catch her name but she did great as well with my daughter when she was brushing her teeth. Very sweet and very patient. I appreciate that when it comes to taking care of my little girl. Also the front desk woman who helped with add my new insurance was very nice and helped me very quickly. Update : 5/17/24 Our third visit here and this time I had my 5 month old and my 3 year old. The woman who cleaned my daughters was great- super sweet gave my daughter crayons to color with while we waited - I wish I caught her name! We saw Doctor Jason. From the moment I walked in the door with my 22 month old son, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and decorated in a way to make kids feel excited and more comfortable in an environment that can make many kids nervous. They had Sleeping Beauty playing on a tv in the waiting room. We were called back and the hygienist was very thorough, asking if we had any questions or concerns with my son’s teeth. She was very friendly and my son cooperated well with her. I was impressed how well he sat still for her and although he didn’t like it, he did really well with his cleaning. The dentist was kind and has a way with kids as well. He was very welcoming and made us feel comfort and well cared for. I would recommend Brink and White Pediatric Dental Associates to anyone looking for a dental home for their children. My daughter is 2 and this was her first dentists appointment. She gradually growing out of an oral aversion, and because of that she has a feeding tube. Tubie kids tend to get a lot of build up on their teeth that brushing won’t always fix. I’ve been so worried about that build up, but Brooke and her assistant (I’m sorry I forgot her name!) were so great! My kid loved them and felt relaxed around them, and she let them get all of it off with no issues! Then Dr. Jason came in and cleaned them. Her teeth look amazing. Everyone was genuinely caring and interested in Ellie and our family personally. You could tell that they mean what they say. The office is AMAZING and it looked like the Swiss Family Robinson treehouse. It was so clean and everyone wore their masks properly. I wish I could get my teeth cleaned there! Honestly, after one visit, I’ll never take my kids anywhere else.

This was my 3 yr old son’s first dental visit. He was a little apprehensive about going initially. However once we arrived he loved it! The office decor was inviting for kids & very clean. The entire office staff was professional and kid friendly. They all knew just the tricks and techniques to use to ensure he understood what they were going to do before doing it & that he was comfortable while while doing it. The dentist was thorough in explaining general expectations for children’s teeth at his age & providing details regarding my son’s teeth. My sons favorite part was the treasure chest at the end of the visit. This is a great office and I highly recommend it. P.S. If you go online prior to the visit and print and complete the paperwork, you really don’t have to do anything else but sign in and wait your turn. Not like other offices where you still have more paperwork to complete once you arrive. This was mom’s favorite part!!!

I loved their office in Munford because they had a little tree house hideaway. My daughter was sad that we had to leave the Munford office because we moved to Cordova. This one in Lakeland doesn’t have the tree house. It does have amazing artwork and lifelike carved tree stuff everywhere. It looks like the office is in a forest or jungle. For kids it’s a very friendly environment. The staff is very nice. They were very patient with my daughter who is extreme ADHD and Aspergers. They also helped me in understanding how to fill out the paperwork since I do not comprehend it due to being high functioning autistic. The dr was really awesome. They were really busy and he was very apologetic about us having to wait a while. He likes to make the kids laugh so they are not nervous. He also answers questions when they ask what he’s going to do. He explained things in a way that lessons the anxiety caused by what is going on. This is an office I will send all my kids to and any of my friends who are looking for a good dentist for their kids.

If you are looking for a Pediatric Dentist's Office, then you need to look no further! Brink and White Pediatric Dental Associates are absolutely amazing! When you walk into their office, you immediately feel like you are in a place that was designed with children in mind. The amazing interior of personal paintings makes one feel as though they have literally entered into a story book world. These murals that are painted throughout the office, make you feel comfortable and at ease. As if the interior wasn't enough, the staff is incredible!! The front desk greets you with kindness, and helps with all your questions and insurance needs. The Dental Assistants are patient, kind humored and diligent as they clean your child's teeth. They also are wonderful during any type of procedures to help minimize your child's anxiety and fears. Of course, last but certainly not least, the Dentist's on staff are beyond words. They are not only educated in every aspect, but also have a bedside manner that not only matters to us parents, but to our children as well! I have to admit, I came across this office out of mere convenience to being close to my home. But what I found in return has been a place that as a parent, I would recommend to everyone!!

The wait was minimal !! The experiences have been exceptional!! Both of my children were seen at the same time. the dr was very knowledgeable and kid friendly. Very clean office. Friendly staff. The only way the experience with brinks could possibly b any better is having someone from the actually clinic answer the phone when I call to confirm appts or reschedule even then those that answer the phone are helpful

what an awesome place! My daughter had her very first appointment and they were so sweet to her. They made her very comfortable. She loved that there was a tv above her that she could watch while they looked at her teeth and that she got to pick a "prize" for being so good. They even care enough to have prizes that are soft, like stuffed animals, for smaller children and things like toy cars for the older ones. And when we were told the dreaded news that a few cavities were present, the dentist was so kind and professional while explaining to us our options. She even told us not to feel bad, that her own children had cavities before. No matter how careful we are it's bound to happen. At least we chose a dentist that was kind and reassuring to both us, and our child.
