My boys had a great appointment at the Bartlett location. The dentist and her assistant were very sweet and patient with them, they definitely know how to work with children and their teeth cleaning went very smooth. They always ask if I have any questions or concerns and explained everything with detail. We love Brink & White Pediatric Dental!

The staff were all nice a friendly! The dental assistant was very patient with my son. This was our first ever visit and if I could rate higher i would! I highly recommend Brink and white pediatric dental clinic for your child’s dental needs!!!!

My wife and I took our autistic 3 year old and were prepared for the worst, but as soon as we walked in the entire visit was professional and comfortable. The decor was amazing and helped put the whole family at ease, the staff was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and great with our special one. We absolutely love Brink & White. My son loves it as soon as he walks in. He enjoys the dental assistants they are amazing & welcoming. && one of his favorite parts are the fish tank & of course the prizes at the end of each visit.

We had a great experience with Dr. Brink and all the staff at Brink & White. Our oldest had his bracketing done and left all smiles. They made the process seamless and comfortable.
I very rarely leave feedback but bringing a toddler to a dentist is a scary thing and I'd love to ease that anxiety for anyone considering Brink and White. This was our second visit. At 12 months, it was definitely pretty overwhelming for both me and my kiddo, but at 20 months, they handled her so perfectly I was nearly in tears in the place. The hygienist called her in and let her explore/try out the water pick and the suction tool to get her comfortable, didn't rush her exploration at all, let her just investigate and get comfortable. And she was so gentle and kind, even when she got a bite during the flossing. 😅 The dentist answered my questions and suggested that I sit on the bed with my daughter and cradle her head a bit to comfort her and this relaxed her so much that again, barely a fuss. On the ride home my toddler was literally asking to go back to the dentist. I was so nervous about this visit and what a meltdown might mean for future visits, but I couldn't be more satisfied with the way this team approached her. We will certainly be sticking with them.
This was my daughter’s first time coming to this dentist and she loved it!!! From the time we came in it was greetings with smiles . The atmosphere is beautiful and creative !!! The back is nice with an area for the parents to wait while they get a cleaning . They let the kids see the aquarium on the way out & the toy options for them was great . She even went the extra mile to go to another pile of toys and chose one for my daughter WE LOVE IT !!
Dr. Emily was AWESOME, and let’s not forget the ladies that assisted with my sons dental care. Great job all around would recommend to anyone,, love them so much I drive from Collierville TN to come see them in Bartlett!

We have been using Brink & White since we moved here in early 2021, and have been to both the Munford & Bartlett locations. Everyone is always friendly and they always make sure my kids feel comfortable and included in the discussions about their dental health. I recommend them to everyone we know. My 17 yr old recently asked if she “had” to leave when she turns 18!
This was my boys first time at the dentist and it couldn’t have gone better ! Our hygienist was so nice , very patient with my rambunctious boys and very knowledgeable about the best ways to take care of their teeth. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience

Both my girls are patients and enjoy being there. Dr. Josh keeps it straight and doesn't try to convince you to do something bc it's profitable for him. He gives you all the options and his suggestions based on your child's habits and his experience.

I brought my two grandchildren for routine checkups, and I couldn't be happier that we made the change to Brink and White. The decor in the office is captivating from the murals to the trees growing out of the walls and across the ceiling. I wanted to live in there and my granddaughter has requested her room in our new home be decorated the same. Then you are met by the biggest smile and friendliest face from the lady at the front desk. They got my two grandchildren back very quickly and were very thorough with their exams. Dr Jessica came and talked to me about what needed to be done and was very patient and informative as I asked question after question. The entire staff is some of the finest people I have ever met. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a ped. dentist!! They are the BEST!!

I can’t Thank you all enough for allowing me to do my payment plan and able to go ahead and see my baby today! From the bottom of my Heart I want to thank everyone who helped me today! First time taking my little guy and every staff member was so nice, and friendly! He told dad all about their waiting area (kids play area) and dr Emily was the best!
I love all the staff and Dr’s at the office. They are all so nice and professional. Everything is explained in detail. What I love the most is that all my children can be seen in one appointment. They are very accommodating and that’s one thing that sets them apart from the others.

Amazing first visit! This was our first time visiting Brink & White Pediatric Dental, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so happy, welcoming, and friendly. The atmosphere was super nice, very clean, and extremely kid-friendly. My daughter was nervous at first, but the staff did an amazing job making her feel comfortable and at ease. She actually ended up enjoying her visit, which says a lot! I had concerns about sedation due to a past experience at another dental office, and I was very nervous. The doctor took the time to reassure us, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident that my daughter was in great hands. He made sure we knew the process would be fast and, most importantly, safe. I truly appreciate the care, patience, and compassion shown to both my daughter and me. My 10 year old had some extractions done and had a great experience with Dr. Sheppard and her assistant. They were very gentle and friendly and my son had no discomfort or anxiety whatsoever during the appt. They made him (and me) feel very comfortable and cared for the entire time. Very appreciative of such great care!

My son has sever anxiety. Dr. Jason cleaned and filled a cavity in less than 10 min without my son even flinching! I was so proud. Really helped my view on future visits. The assistants are always smiling and sooo nice!
Our daughters have been patients of Dr. Josh for many years now. We have always had a wonderful experience with their annual visits and cleanings. Our oldest had a great experience with ortho and now it is our younger daughter’s turn for braces and we know she is in good hands.
My 11 yr old son enjoys visiting Bruno & White for his dentist. We never wait long to be seen. The staff is professional and takes the time to explain when I’ve had questions. The decor of the business is very inviting to children of all ages.

Brink and White has a very comfortable and inviting clinic. The staff is attentive and kind. We’ve seen 3 of the dentists at the Bartlett location, each of them take time to interact with the pediatric client and answer questions. The hygienists always take time to explain the process and this keeps the little ones calm and comfortable. My daughter especially likes picking out a movie to watch during her appointment. I would highly recommend Brink and White!

I was amazed how friendly the staff is. This was the first time I have seen my baby sit still and let anyone check her. She is delayed in her development so trying anywhere new for me is stressful because I don’t know how she will react. Thank you to all the staff who made our first experience so welcoming.
Very experienced, trustworthy dentist. Dr. Emily is great with kids very sweet I trust her judgment she’s not going to have extra work done to your child she has their best interest at heart. She is a dentist with integrity that does this for her level of kids and their health rather than for the money. The only dentist I would trust at that practice

She is very intuitive with special needs children and her number two goal next to excellent dental care is to never create a traumatic dental experience.
