I very rarely leave feedback but bringing a toddler to a dentist is a scary thing and I'd love to ease that anxiety for anyone considering Brink and White. This was our second visit. At 12 months, it was definitely pretty overwhelming for both me and my kiddo, but at 20 months, they handled her so perfectly I was nearly in tears in the place. The hygienist called her in and let her explore/try out the water pick and the suction tool to get her comfortable, didn't rush her exploration at all, let her just investigate and get comfortable. And she was so gentle and kind, even when she got a bite during the flossing. 😅 The dentist answered my questions and suggested that I sit on the bed with my daughter and cradle her head a bit to comfort her and this relaxed her so much that again, barely a fuss. On the ride home my toddler was literally asking to go back to the dentist. I was so nervous about this visit and what a meltdown might mean for future visits, but I couldn't be more satisfied with the way this team approached her. We will certainly be sticking with them.

This was my daughter’s first time coming to this dentist and she loved it!!! From the time we came in it was greetings with smiles . The atmosphere is beautiful and creative !!! The back is nice with an area for the parents to wait while they get a cleaning . They let the kids see the aquarium on the way out & the toy options for them was great . She even went the extra mile to go to another pile of toys and chose one for my daughter WE LOVE IT !!

I brought my two grandchildren for routine checkups, and I couldn't be happier that we made the change to Brink and White. The decor in the office is captivating from the murals to the trees growing out of the walls and across the ceiling. I wanted to live in there and my granddaughter has requested her room in our new home be decorated the same. Then you are met by the biggest smile and friendliest face from the lady at the front desk. They got my two grandchildren back very quickly and were very thorough with their exams. Dr Jessica came and talked to me about what needed to be done and was very patient and informative as I asked question after question. The entire staff is some of the finest people I have ever met. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a ped. dentist!! They are the BEST!!

If you are not treated well upon entering the doors of an office, it sours the overall visit. To that end, the staff of Brink and White is warm, knowledgeable and try their hardest to accommodate requests and remedy any issues. Even if I’m frustrated, and I have been, they don’t respond in kind. They try harder to ensure the best customer service.

Everyone here is so kind! I bring my 5 kids ranging from 1 year-15years old and they're so accommodating and patient with each of them. Most outings with all 5 kids are pretty chaotic but they make the process enjoyable. They work quickly, but thoroughly and Dr. Jessica is always so friendly. Our hygienist was absolutely great! She was gentle and patient with my 3 and 7 year old kids. Dr. Jason came in and pulled up my kids’ chart to explain what was going on in their little mouths. My sister who is a dental assistant at another office recommended Dr. Jessica here and she was great too! On a side note: they have a TV screen above so the kids can watch TV while they are getting their teeth cleaned, which is why my daughter had the shades on. Brink & White Pediatric Dental was truly a wonderful experience! My toddler is of age now to get dental checks and unfortunately we weren’t able to find a pediatric dental office in our town that accepts his insurance . Through google I found Brink & White and although they are an hour away from us. It was well worth the visit. As soon as we entered my son loved it. The office is beautifully decorated which kept him busy while we waited. The front desk coordinator was kind and immediate. Waiting time was nothing, right on point with our appointment time. Dental assistant was thorough, also very kind and knowledgeable on all questions I had. I must say I was impressed with their office decor, cleanliness, and staff sharpness. I’ve never seen an office so clean and beautifully put together. The entire staff from walking in to walking through and exiting was the most actively present and pleasant. We had Dr. Josh and he was also great, direct and immediate. For having to travel an hour I had my mind set on possibly looking for another closer to us in the future. However, We loved the experience- because it is an experience visiting Brink & White Pediatric Dental. We will continue to travel an hour knowing my son will have the best care and enjoy his dental visit. Thank you guys for being awesome, my son Gatlin Holmes will be growing up with you all.

2025 Update: I am so grateful we found Brink & White and made the switch to them. We completed the "Braces Journey" with one of my kids and they made that journey as peaceful as humanly possible considering all the work my baby needed (it was a lot). Every single month, they were courteous at minimum and down right kind most visits. I was never made to feel like I was imposing when I had questions or asked for more details. After over a year of being here, I'm upping my original rating from 4 to 5 stars. They deserve it, 100%. Original Review: So far, so good. I'm reserving full judgement until we have more experience, but first impressions have been very good. The atmosphere alone would be worth a visit, this place is gorgeous! Doctors have been very understanding and helped explain things in a way that doesn't make me feel like an ignorant fool. Everyone's very calm and affirming with the kids, which I love. I'm hopeful this dentist will work out better than our previous one.

I wish i was a kid going here back then because our offices were nothing like there. They are always giving advice and information. They do what fits the needs of my child xray wise and makes sure they get as much as they can without over doing it seeing how the machine scares my lil guy bc if the autism. Dr. Josh and the hygienists work SO hard to make sure my son doesn’t have a lasting fear of the dentist’s office. Even when he is screaming and crying, they are pleasant, kind, patient, and friendly to him. Today he finally calmed down after freaking out when we walked back to the exam room. I credit that to our hygienist Katie’s extreme patience and gentleness with him, and her and Dr. Josh’s work to create a no-pressure environment. This is an amazing Pedatric Dentist office. I brought both of my girls one who is 10 and the other who is 8, both have had upsetting experiences in the past with dentist. Not very often I can make 3 appointments for my kids and actually get seen in a timely manner. 3 kids, 3 sets of x-rays, 3 cleanings, 3 evaluations, 2 referrals, estimate, school excuses and prescriptions all in under 2 hours! I was honestly expecting an all day exhausting event! Pleasantly surprised and will definitely recommend to any parent that has more than 1 child, the struggles of taking off work different days for different kids, staggering time slots, and checking kids in and out of school is difficult. I took 3 of my kids here and they were awesome. They were so patient with my young kids and had plenty of things around to keep their attention like movies and a fish tank. They even have a small area for them while I checked out. I was able to have all 3 kids get a cleaning at the same time. I can't remember the young lady's name who cleaned my son's teeth but she explained everything to him in detailed so he wouldn't be afraid. He was able to watch a movie during the whole visit. Staff has always been friendly, in a good mood and they are great with children. They are very informative and you can tell that they care about patients and their families. Over the past 4 years, I have been to the Munford, Eads, and Bartlett location and all three have office decor that is tailored to make pediatric patients feel comfortable. My children love playing in their playhouse and pointing out animals in the paintings on the wall. My kids love Doctor Jason and they actually get excited about going to see the dentist (even after getting procedures done, which says a lot to me, because those are never fun).

I can't say enough positive about our first visit today. Our reason for visiting was not the best; our two year old had fallen and knocked out a tooth and chipped another one. We called and had an appt within an hour. Every person we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. The office is very kid friendly; it is the first time we have taken him to a doctor without having the white coat syndrome set in. My wife and I were nervous given the circumstances, but the staff walked us through it. Dr. Mary was very thorough in her exam, yet efficient keeping in mind he's two. So glad we happened upon your office. You are now his dentist for sure!

This is the best dentist office for children! The waiting area has a fun little "treehouse" the kids can play in, a coloring station with crayons and coloring sheets and there is always a kid's movies on the T.Vs. The kids even get to watch a movie of their choice while they have their teeth examined/ cleaned. And of course, the staff is wonderful! The dentist/orthodontist are great at explaining any procedures that need to be done. I'm so happy we found this office.

We love Brink & White! We see Dr. Emily Sheppard and she is just awesome! The staff is very friendly. They can make balloon animals and have TVs above the chairs with movies for the kids to watch. That really helped put my 3yr old at ease. We were dealing with some dentist anxiety and my 3yr old freaked out being in one of the single rooms. I asked them to make sure she has one of the chair's in the main room with the other kids and they were just great with the request. The office is very kid friendly and nicely painted with forest creatures on the wall.

Love love love this place! The waiting room is decorated and painted in a very neat and inviting way that allows kids to relax and not be anxious about visiting the dentist. They have an area for kids to color, a little play room with a couple toys, and tv with a kids movie playing. The entire staff is top notch, and the kids can watch their own movie while getting their teeth worked on. Our daughter was getting a cavity filled one day, and one of the techs braided our daughter's hair and talked so sweetly to her to keep her calm the entire time. We can't recommend this place enough!
