I took the Brightline from Orlando Airport train station to Miami this past week. What a pleasurable ride all the way - spotless cars, quiet, no hassle! Loved the ride and no stress like driving to Miami. Thank you and I will take the Brightline again - for sure!!

The train staff and customer service representatives at both the Orlando and Miami stations were incredibly professional, thoughtful, and welcoming. They were attentive to our needs, quick to assist and made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. The friendly atmosphere and helpful service truly enhanced the travel experience, making Brightline a comfortable and convenient way to travel. I would gladly ride again and spread the word.

Jesenia, Coach Attendant at the Brightline station, provided truly outstanding service. She was attentive, kind, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire experience. Her personable attitude made passengers feel welcomed and well taken care of, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. What stood out most was her professionalism while handling a difficult customer. Even in that situation, she remained calm, patient, and composed—demonstrating a level of customer service that is truly commendable. Jesenia was genuinely the “brightness on the Brightline.” Thank you for making the experience so pleasant and memorable. Your dedication to great customer service does not go unnoticed.

Honestly, my entire experience was phenomenal. Booking in the app is super user friendly and when I had to change my ticket, it was just as easy! Then arriving to the terminal, it was seamless navigating to the gate. Not to mention whoever the lady at security was, she was excellent! She made sure we made our way through efficiently, even asking a couple that was reorganizing their bag to step aside for us to continue through. We were all in/out in seconds. Then the ride itself was super comfortable and enjoyable. The seats were great. I loved the sun shield on the window. I loved that I could order drinks/snacks directly to my seat. It was just an overall amazing experience. I wish I could travel everywhere via Brightline. It’s been my favorite form of transport, thus far!

We rode the Brightline from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale in Premium Class and the service, food and beverage options (especially with food allergies), comfort of our seats, smooth ride, and attentiveness of the staff on board made our experience on the train truly enjoyable! We did experience a 2-hour delay at the station in Orlando, but the effortless experience and comfort of the ride itself more than made up for the delay and unexpectedly we were issued a full refund in future credit because of the delay. This was above and beyond what we would have ever expected and just goes to show the level of service Brightline strives to provide their customers!

It was the first time I've ever taken a Brightline train and the ENTIRE experience was fantastic. From the convenience of the location within terminal C of the Orlando airport, the wonderful lounge on the 5th floor, the incredibly helpful personnel literally at every stage of the journey, text notifications and updates, the spotlessly clean train, the lovely car attendants, and the departure / arrival timeliness. I've already raved about my experience and recommended the Brightline to many people!! :)

You get lots of nice snacks, drinks and a really good meal in premium class. Jamal was absolutely amazing. He was so patient, kind and helpful. He has a wonderful personality and is excellent at this job. He was so patient and kind with the older woman in front of us. Great guy who should train others. It was easy to get your luggage in Ft Lauderdale. You don’t come into the airport. There is a train station nearby. Easy to get a Lyft outside.

I would like to share a very positive experience I had with Brightline on the evening of March 9. Unfortunately, we arrived late for our train and the system did not allow us to pass through the control gates. At that moment we thought we had completely missed our trip and would need to buy new tickets. However, a Brightline employee working that evening kindly offered to help us. When he noticed that we were about to purchase new tickets, he stopped us and took the time to look into our situation. Instead of letting us spend more money, he helped us keep our existing tickets and moved us to another train free of charge. His willingness to help, his professionalism, and his genuine care for customers left a very strong impression on us. Experiences like this are exactly why people want to keep using Brightline. It was an incredibly thoughtful and loyal gesture on his part. I don’t know his name, but he was a male employee working in the evening on March 9. I truly hope Brightline recognizes and rewards employees like him. People like this are the reason companies earn customer loyalty. Employees like him are the foundation that a great company is built on. Thank you for such outstanding customer service.

Train from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale
The Brightline train departs from Orlando International Airport. I flew to Orlando, stayed a few nights at Walt Disney World, and then took the train to Fort Lauderdale to join a cruise. Since the train departs from the airport, I tried to book a round trip shuttle from the airport to my hotel. But there was no option to select Brightline as my departure on the Mears website. So I had to book my return shuttle separately. They drooped me off at Terminal C. There is a long walk to the station, with confusing signage. When I arrived at the station, I tried to enter using the printout of my ticket. It was the wrong size. I had to go to a check-in counter and received a UPC code in a smaller size. I went to the lounge to await my train's departure. When my train's departure was announced, there was a stampede of people all trying to get down to the platform. More organization is needed. The ride itself was smooth and comfortable.

Good stations, good compartments, service oriented staff, however the seats are too straight to be comfortable, these could have been easily designed to recline better for comfort, rather than sliding an inch. They are big and look good visually, just this one factor can make everyone's experience way beyond 5 star

I would definitely recommend Brightline as a convenient alternative to driving between Orlando and Miami.

I definitely recommend Brightline. It was easy to purchase the tickets on the website. I had an issue, and at the counter the lady helped me very kindly. Since it was my first time traveling on the train, I found her downstairs and she helped me by telling me which was my couch. The the couch and the restroom were very clean. The restroom and the aisles are spacious. The seats are comfortable. I traveled with my two children, ages 11 and 9, and they loved it. It was our first time on a train, and I’m not sure what they were expecting, but when they got on the train they said “Wow, it’s better than we thought.” The trip was a little more than three hours, but it felt quick. The staff on the train were also very kind. We would definitely use it again.

Exceeded expectations
I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience from the moment I arrived at Orlando station. Signage and announcements are clear and easy to understand. Boarding was super easy. Coaches are comfortable although they are showing a little wear and tear, but that is as expected. I did notice a fair amount of dust on the ceiling around what I believe are air vents. Arriving at Boca Raton station was clearly announced. Both stations are clean and bright and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of my trip. Well done brightline!

Brightline a great option to travel to S Florida
I took my 7 year old grandson on his first train ride. Orlando to Fort Lauderdale to the Museum of Science and Discovery. He won the museum tickets in a charity auction and they were set to expire. Opted for the 7:20 am train. We got there 30 minutes prior to the departure time. All the information said you park in Terminal C at OIA. However, there is an uncovered lot right in the front of the station. So close and easy, polite attendant at the entrance. So easy! The train station is spotlessly clean, all the staff were polite and helpful. Mary Mary bar was busy while we made our way down to the kids lounge. Excellent area for kids to just be kids, watch show. I opted for the Smart seating so I could choose seats with a table and we could face each other while looking out the windows. He loved every minute! Fort Lauderdale station was equally super clean and easy to find our way out. The station was 3 blocks from the museum so we walked there. Trains had stopped traffic so we were able to cross the busy road. After a day of fun and exploring a new museum, we took a Lyft back so no risk of crossing a road with a young child, well worth the $5 fare plus a tip. Very pleasantly greeted walking back into the station. I did change our trip to an earlier train. The Brightline staffer showed me how easy it was to change on the app, pick our seats and we headed up to the lounge again. This time I ordered a pizza from the Mary Mary bar. Very quick and packaged well to take on the train. It looked and smelled amazing, got a thumbs up from the little one. Only small hiccup, not even an inconvenience was a woman sitting in my seat when we boarded. She insisted it was her seat then feigned not to speak English after speaking English. A Brightline attendant was in the car and promptly resolved it, explaining it wasn’t her seat and politely helped her move. No drama, no delay, quick and over without a complaint. Bathroom was super clean as was everything. We got in early, it was such a pleasure and so much better than driving. Any South Florida trips, I would absolutely use Brightline again. We probably will in the spring to visit Butterfly World while he is still thrilled and amazed by pollinators.

Good option
Brightline Orlando Station is a great option if you need to arrive at Orlando airport, if you are in Miami for example. The station has a good infrastructure and already at the airport, unlike Miami you still need to take a metro. I recommend.

Orlando Premium Lounge
My 8 year old son and I were taking the train from Orlando to Miami. We got the the lounge around 11:25 for a 12:50 departure. The lounge had bagel sandwiches out but then switched over to lunch around 11:45 ish. They had boneless chicken wings, pasta and potato salad and a tone of sweet teats as well. The lounge has a self service beer and wine dispenser. No messing around with scanning an id or anything killer they had in some other locations before. Great lounge to spend some time in before your train!!!!

A stress free way to cross Florida
Saturday was our first experience with the Brightline train. The station was easy to access from both the roads and the monorail from Orlando Airport. There's plenty of signage to make the transition simple. I was struck with the contrast between the airport that was incredibly crowded and the Brightline station where we were probably among only about 50 travelers spread throughout the building. The premium lounge offered great snacks. We were there as they were crossing over between breakfast items and lunch. I found the food there more appealing than the rather pop culture chicken and uncooked vegetables in the lunch on board. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The train cars are easy to board, with no climbing of stairs required. It departed promptly and provided a very relaxing trip to West Palm. Much more pleasant than driving. Two things worth noting: 1) There are trains almost hourly, but the prices vary throughout the day. Check before you purchase to see if delaying your trip an hour might save you $50 or more. 2) the UBER vouchers included in the premium fare are not provided to each person in your party, but just one for your traveling group. It has a limited window of time to be used and is only good in the local area. You cannot stockpile it for UBER rides in another town.

Great First Experience!
I took Brightline from the Orlando station to the Ft. Lauderdale station to catch a cruise. Though I was stressed out because this was my first time, both on Brightline and using it for the Princess Rail and Sail program, it was a breeze from beginning to end. Personnel were great, answered my questions before I even asked them. My online booking was fine (I also downloaded the app as backup, in case--though I didn't need it). It was easy to get to the station (I was dropped off), signage to check in was clear, and Guest Services took care of the rest. The waiting area was large and clean, with charging stations all over, and restrooms were clean and private. Arriving-train announcements were very audible and instructions clear. The train was clean, on-board personnel were friendly, and the train restrooms were surprisingly nice (and high-tech!). I liked the spaciousness of the overhead compartments, as well as the height above my seat (I could easily stand, though I am short). Upon my return to the Orlando station, my luggage was available almost immediately. I called a taxi from the easy-to-use button/speaker; the taxi arrived in two minutes! No complaints at all--loved it!

New station in terminal C at MCO
We had a 6:50 train departure to Miami. There were appropriate signage through out the terminal that made it easy to navigate. The stations were appropriate staff for our train which was like half full. The waiting area is small at the smart lounge so I would expect that guests will have to stand while they wait to board. For the 30 minute we were there. If the train ticket price is reasonable, will use this option again.

Highly recommended to move to Miami - Orlando, people are super friendly both at the stations and on the train. It is super comfortable with large seats and spaces, personal tables or for family groups. Above the train they pass permanently, like about 5 times, offering you food, both sweet snacks (gummies, mufin, yogurt, fruit salad, m&m, etc) salty (pistachios, potatoes, humus, etc) meals (sandwiches, ham and cheese) and drinks from coffee, juices, sodas, wines and spirits). Really one travels comfortable and arrives already super satisfied with food. I highly recommend it!!

A good alternative
We booked a R/T ride from FLL to Orlando. Booked it a few weeks ago with a code. Price was good. Without code VERY EXPENSIVE. FLL and Orlando stations very clean and airy. People working there, if not talking to each other, can be very helpful. Premium area very nice, quiet and had plenty of snacks and drinks. Premium coach not as crowded. Book early and use. It sure beats having to drive or fly from one point to the other.

We flew into MCO and took the Brightline to Miami!!! Great trip! We did premium and would do that again! Great lounge to wait for the train! Easy to board! Great services on the train. Great seats on the train and thanks for the table!!!! When we got to Miami, easy to navigate that station also. We were traveling on the day of the Crowdstrike so we had to change our train time due to our flights being delayed. Wow Brightline's system it was so easy to do this!!!!!! This station was so easy to access from the MCO terminals. It was located in Terminal C and easy walk from our Terminal B to get there and access the "train station."

Michigan rider impressed
Cannot express how wonderful this trip was from Orlando to West Palm Beach. I worked on board Amtrak for 14 years and so there were many things I noticed that the "untrained" person may not see. I was very impressed most of all at the professionalism of your employees and plenty of staffing. The train had an attendant at every door at every stop! The prices are reasonable, the equipment is fantastic, and I am already planning to include a brightline trip during my next stay in Florida in September. With all the aspects of travel being less enjoyable these days, particularly with aviation, this was a refreshing experience and Brightline has got it right. We cant wait for our next ride!

Comparable to Eurostar, beats flying
Decided to give this a try after having successive trouble with airline connections through Miami to Orlando. Stations very modern, trains clean, comfortable. Service in premium good, lounges comfortable. Runs on time. Compares well with Eurostar's service Paris to London. Not quite as fast, GPS indicated top speed around 125 mph, but thats still moving. If the airlines ran on time this would be slower by comparison, but after getting stressed out with long crowded lines thru TSA to get into the terminal after clearing customs in MIA, terminal shuttles down, hiking a mile to get departure gate, flight out late, crew times out, broke airplane flight cancelled, this Brightline is an delightful refuge of sanity. And the 3 1/2 hours able to work with a power outlet to write my reports, cost effective. Only downside is having to shuttle to get airport to station. Going to MIA it was right there at the station and got to airport in 20 minutes, super convenient. Coming back not as convenient, suggest taxi or Uber.

Checked bags not a guarantee even for premium
My husband and I took the Bright line from Miami to Orlando and back with our teenagers for spring break. Paid for premium so we could have lounge access and checked bags. No problem in Miami checked our bags went to the lounge. In Orlando we got to the station an hour and a half before our train was supposed to leave and they told us there was no room for all of our bags to be checked. We could only check two of our four bags. It seems as if I spend all that money for premium checking of bags should be a guarantee not if we only have room thing especially if I get there well ahead of time... Oh and the lady at the bag counter was very matter of fact no apology given. Otherwise overall really like the bright line experience the lounges, the trains, not having to drive all great.

Kudos to a GREAT employee, Brian
My husband dropped me off at a wrong side of the Brightline Orlando train station. PLEASE better signage is needed both outside and inside the building. i arrived 20 minutes early but found no one to ask directions. Finally, I located a worker to inquire where I was supposed to check in. He told me to follow another couple who were about to enter an elevator. All 3 of us ran to where we thought we needed to be. By the grace of God, we wound up at the check-in. This is where your fantastic helpful employee named Brian came to my rescue. He took my paper ticket and had me scanned in for boarding, carried my luggage for me, and actually took me inside the correct train and to my seat as the train was about to depart. He put my luggage under my seat and wished me a great trip. I never would have made the train in time if it weren't for Brian. He was not only helpful, but very kind and considerate. He is one of a kind, and I certainly appreciated his assistance which was above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you

Orlando to Fort Lauderdale
Traveled from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale mid week late afternoon. 3:50 pm. We did get there a little early and tried to get on earlier train, but the cost difference was going to $60+ per person and for 4 of us to get in one hour early we decided to just wait an hour for our original train. Wait area was nice and spacious. It was clean and plenty of electrical outlets. Had a drink at the bar which was nice as well. We did not order food. Restrooms were clean and there was a great water refilling station by drinking fountain. I don't think a lot of people use it so it was a new filter and it tasted clean. Boarding was easy, plenty of room for luggage. There was probably only 8-10 people on our coach from Orlando to West Palm. Once we got to WPB a lot of patrons came aboard for the trip south, every seat was taken. The only downside to the trip was arrived about 20 minutes late.

Brightline is great
Outstanding wonderful service. We took train to Miami. Comfort clean and a pleasure. Compared to air travel the train is 10 times better in every way.

High speed train to Miami
We recently took Brightline high speed train to Miami. It was a very nice experience. Checking in was easy. Staff was polite and helpful. The station lounge was comfortable, modern and very clean. Once on board, the seats were comfortable and you have plenty of leg room. Snacks and drinks are available. Our trip was about 3hours. They make several quick stops along the way We were boarding a cruise ship in Miami and the port was only 10-15 minutes away. It would be nice if Brightline provides shuttle service to and from the cruise ports. All in all, it was a nice experience.

Excellent way to travel, but bring your own food
Everything was clean, bright, and easy to navigate. The ride was smooth, fast, and there was plenty of space. It was easy to book the ride, and to make a change to a different time, and to reserve an uber at pickup. However, the uber notice told me to be at the pickup spot before 2:34, which was exactly the time when the train arrived, so it was not possible to be there 'before'. And the license number given to me was different from the one on the waiting car, so I didn't take it, and it drove away. But a Brightline agent called another one, and that was fine. I recommend that you bring your own food. The sandwich that I bought at the station was less than mediocre, and very expensive. Overall, it was a great way to travel from Orlando to Boca Raton, and the views of undeveloped fields and small isolated houses gave a look of uncommercialized 'old Florida' that visitors don't usually see, and I liked that.

Trip from Miami to Orlando
Went on Brightline for the first time from Miami to Orlando. It was on the day before Thanksgiving. I was expecting it to be a little chaotic, but on the contrary, everything was well organized, and it all went as planned. Great customer service, and everything was very clean. Will certainly use Brightline again.

Highly recommend! 10/10!
Rode the Brightline and it was truly amazing! Smooth process from beginning to end. I bought the premium ticket and the Lounge in Orlando was truly the highlight. Service, cleanliness, and options of food and drinks were great too. Suggestions: please consider upgrading and/or providing an elevated brand of wine in the train Itself. They also said I can’t have more than 3? If it was more expensive (the wine) I understand. Nothing major…. I highly recommend it. 10/10 from begging to end. Thank you!

I highly recommend riding Brightline to South Florida
My friend and I had a great experience on the Brightline from Orlando to Adventura. We arrived extra early to find a parking spot in the garage but at mid-morning on a Saturday there were still plenty of spots available. We found a spot not far from the elevators on Level 4 and were able to get to Level 5 easily. (We decided to park in the garage for convenience, and the price of parking for three days would be less than the price of an Uber from and back home.) We had our tickets preprinted and had small pieces of luggage, so it was easy to scan our ticket and pass through to the spacious waiting lounge. As we arrived the train before ours was boarding so we took a moment to walk around the gift shop and use the immaculate bathrooms near the entrance. There were plenty of seating areas in the lounge, but we settled in at the bar and treated ourselves to a mimosa served by a very friendly hostess named Carissa. Everyone waiting in the lounge was excited to take the train and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our train boarded on time, and it was easy to get down the escalator, access our coach and find our assigned seats. At the airport our train was probably only 15-20% occupied. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the train, the ample leg room, the large drop-down trays, the overhead storage, the huge clean bathrooms and all the outlets and connections to plug in laptops and phones. The wifi connection was good and we were able to use our phones to text and talk the entire time. We sat in a row of two seats but there were also sets of four seats together facing each other with a small table between for friends or families traveling together. It would be great for playing cards or setting up snacks during the ride. The train took off right on time and the ride was smooth and comfortable. Refreshments were served from a rolling cart. The menu is limited and next time I might order from the larger menu offered in the station lounge or brown bag my own drink and snacks. The train made good time, we could often see the Inner Coastal or the Atlantic Ocean from our seats A and B on the left side of the train, and we arrived in West Palm in about two hours for the first of our stops. Passengers start departing and boarding at this point, but the transfers were quick and the train was stopped for barely 5 minutes each time. We arrived in Adventura right on schedule and it only took a few minutes for our Uber driver to arrive in the large parking lot across from the Mall once we called him. We had a great journey back to Orlando a few days later and I cannot recommend this service enough. (I would suggest you have bring a sweater or light jacket as the coaches tended to be kept at a cool temperature.) This way of travel doesn't really save you much time and the cost is probably more than that of gas and tolls but it is WORTH EVERY PENNY. I will never drive myself by car to south Florida again. It was an efficient, convenient and comfortable way to avoid that long boring drive on the Turnpike. I liked it so much I already have a special discounted price ticket to ride Brightline again in December.

First train ride
I took the Brightline train from Orlando to Miami. Overall everything was very good. The station in Orlando was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. What I did not enjoy was the Premium Lounge because I needed help using the monitor and there was no one around. When she did come in it was a brief good morning and she disappeared again. I would think that if someone is pay for the upgraded experience there should be someone there making sure you are taken care of. Breakfast in the lounge was good. If you want a drink, please set up an account before you enter the lounge, it makes a difference. When it was time to board the train it was not as expected. When you book a premium seat it said that you get early access to the train. That did not happen. I board with everyone else but that was not a big issue. The inside of the train was beautiful and extremely clean. The hostess for the premium train was amazing and made sure you were well taken care of with food, snacks, and drinks. What I did not like about the experience was that the car was extremely well lit which made it difficult to see outside. I wish they dim the lighting for the early morning trips. My train departed at 5:30 AM. The seats do not recline making it difficult to nap. The closer we got to Miami the train made more brief stops. Each time the train left the new station you were offered a new set of food, snacks, and drinks. I love that. When I arrived to Miami was was like leaving a plane and you had to wait for your luggage to be brought out. When you get the premium fare it included a Uber ride and that was a nice way for me to get to the Port of Miami. I will use this again if the opportunity comes my way.
