When I enter the doors and smell the iconic odor, my shoulders relax and the stress of getting to the station on time just escapes my body. I immediately know this ride will be a pleasant experience. I was visiting Miami from NYC and wanted to make a quick trip to West Palm. I remember reading about Brightline and thought I’d give it a try. It was easy to both book a trip and subsequently change the time when I realized I wasn’t going to be able to make the first time slot. The station was clean, and I picked up some delicious Mediterranean food while I waited. Though we did have an unexpected delay due to a signal issue on my way there, the entire process and the trip back was otherwise pleasant.

The man serving the food and drinks during the 3 ½ trip, was very attentive, pleasant, enthusiastic, professional, efficient, fast and never stopped working. Almost everything was great, except 4 things that I found unreasonable... 1)The Brightline shuttle charged each passenger $12* (plus tip) from the Miami Airport to the Brightline station. There shouldn't be any charge, especially to Premium ticket passengers, or the $10 Uber ride credit that Brightline gives us, should be also for the shuttle. (Update: Uber credit No longer available) 2) Security from Brightline Miami removed and tossed away a small pair of scissors ✂️ inside a new small sewing 🧵🪡 kit, from one of my *checked-in* suitcases, because it was supposedly not allowed, not even in the checked-in luggage, which they mentioned they're trying to revise that rule in the future, because it obviously doesn't make any sense, especially since all airports allow it, as long as it's not inside a carry-on bag and it had just went through multiple international airports with me, including the Miami airport, without any issues. 3) They don't have free carts available at the baggage claim area, for people traveling alone with multiple suitcases. You have to pay almost $10 and it's on a different floor, which doesn't make any sense. Most airports provide them at no cost and they're available everywhere. Typical corporate greed. 4) I was not allowed to use the Premium Lounge until 2 hours before my train departure. I arrived at the Brightline station 4 hours before my departure, because I was coming from Europe on a transatlantic flight. I was hungry, sleep deprived and was still told I needed to wait 2 hours to use it, which is unreasonable. What are they afraid of? There's only so much food and space anyone can eat and use in 4 hours. It was just 2 additional hours. ********* June 6th, 2026: ride from Miami Airport, to Miami Brightline station, to Ft Lauderdale Brightline station. Brightline continues to charge a shuttle fee, now $12 +tip, even to Premium ticket passengers, from Miami Airport to Miami Brightline station. That should be included in the ticket. The train ride was great. The Premium lounge too. The food quality could and should improve, but it was decent enough to eat. I don't remember the train attendant's name, but he was very professional and kind, in spite of being extremely busy, with so many passengers, from Miami to Ft Lauderdale. I couldn't leave him a tip because he was very busy to come back to change my $20 bill before I got off. Same goes for the young man that checked in my luggage at the Miami station. I've had a great experience so far most times, except one time, many months ago, where the train attendant was very rude and condescending (young black voluptuous woman), on one of my many trips from/to Orlando to Miami. Everyone else has been very efficient and pleasant.

I was most impressed that after making a booking, when the tickets went on sale, I was able to get a credit for the difference in price and put that towards booking extra check in baggage. Not only that, but the whole process from checking into travelling on the train was so easy and such a hassle free, pleasant way to travel. The ride was our first, and wont be our last, from the info received past security (security wasn't to friendly and or helpful) rather talk to each other and be on her phone... but past that the gentleman directing was terrific out of Miami, the gal that seated us, and brought our food and drinks was fabulous, and the ride was so unbelievable quiet, comfortable, and of course CLEAN! Beautiful modern train station, like something out of the future. Definitely, not your grandfather’s passenger train station. Very sleek, clean and modern. There is a great food hall up on the second floor where you can get a snack or a complete meal which is especially convenient if you’re taking the train. This is the main station for the Brightline train which goes from Miami to Orlando with stops in between. You can also catch the Tri-Rail here on tracks 4 and 5.

I booked a r/t ticket from orlando to Miami. booking on the app was simple. i loved the cleanliness & comfort of the train. there was a big delay on the return trip that was very inconvenient as my flight was missed and i wish my trip had been refunded as i had to re-book my flight & pay for those fees due to this delay. i got a $30 credit, which is appreciated but given it was a two hour delay we should've gotten at least 1/2 of our fare back.

The primary or only reason we chose brightline from Miami to Orlando was the $39 special fare. At the end of the day the normal prices are just too expensive and not worth the convenience. Every time I’ve ridden the Brightline train, the experience has always been nice but today was on a whole different level. After spending Mother’s Day weekend in Miami and heading back home, I met Hiram the training attendant, and wow… he truly went above and beyond. Super sweet, friendly, professional, and just genuinely kind.My last day in Miami wasn’t the best, but his energy honestly turned my whole trip around. People like him make a difference, and you can tell he cares about what he does. We definitely need more employees like Hiram. I hope I see him every time I ride because he is PHENOMENAL. AT MIA Station, the only challenge I had as a first time BL rider is clearly seeing the screen. (I'm blind in one eye and low vision in the other). Approaching the turnstile, the paper boarding pass did not scan, the attendant had to scan the pass with his phone and scan another turnstile, The same thing occurred at the FLL Station on my return trip to MIA. At FLL I told the attendant the same thing happened at MIA Station, then I was summoned by the security team at their clearance desk, showed them my boarding pass, one of the FLL attendants told me "I looked like" I was carrying a gun. I had no carryon bags; I was only carrying my smartphone. Nothing in my pockets, except my wallet.

Since my best friend is continuing her work, I am taking Brightline back home. I purchased the premium seat for the lounge and better sized seating. The lounge area had some light items for breakfast and I took advantage of it since we did not have breakfast at the hotel. The hashbrown was a bit limp and there was not syrup for the waffle pieces or French toast so that was a bit off. The coffee/tea machine prepared my Chai latte pretty well. They announced the boarding and the premium grouping was able to get on first. It was quick and easy to get my seating and my bag up for the ride back home. The service has been lovely so far, an hour in. We are being served snacks and drinks from the hostess which I believe is named Jenny and she is very friendly yet professional. I am happy that the Premium was worth the extra bit for the super comfy seating and add-ons. My lunch was quite tasty with a good amount of chicken, farro and Mexican pasta salad. The dessert of caramel cheesecake was good.

My primary reasons for taking Brightline this time was convenience and cost savings. I live in Orlando and booked a last-minute cruise out of Miami. It was easier, faster and less expensive to take the train than driving and paying to park at the port. Got on train at Orlando International Airport at 6 AM, With hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich, by 11:30 AM was was at the buffet of an MSC cruise ship.

The booking process was quite easy on the app. We chose Premium seating. Because we had bags to check, it didn't come out to be dramatically more expensive than Standard, and we appreciated all the perks that went along with it: the advance seat selection, the free checked bag per passenger, the lounge for our wait at the station, the priority boarding, the wider and more comfortable seats (although it would have been nice if they reclined...the seats move forward about an inch to change up the angle, but that's it), as well as the included food and beverages. The host/steward was super friendly, helpful and served us very attentively. All in all it was a lovely, seamless experience. ONE PSA: They don't allow you to have scissors in your checked baggage (and I don't really get why). It was an annoyance (and a waste) to have to remove and discard the scissors that i have kept in my travel bag for years. Clearly I was far from the only one who did not know about this rule, judging from the pile of confiscated scissors that I saw. Now at least you know :)

As a first-time rider, guest services was extremely helpful with directions and boarding, which made the experience smooth and easy. One issue I noticed was with the taxi and rideshare drop-off area at the Miami Downtown station. Taxi and ride share were causing unnecessary traffic delays by dropping off passengers and then waiting in the same area to pick up new riders. This created congestion that should be addressed. The entire experience was great. From booking to arrival at Orlando Station. We first heard of Brightline last year when we got stuck in Miami due to an airspace shutdown. Because of the uncertainty, we hesitated to take the train. However, this year, we decided to do it after leaving our cruise. It was worth the trip. Online booking was seamless and we even made a change to our departure time. Then we got from the port earlier than expected and was able to make another change at Guest Services without any issues. Truly great service. We also ordered food on board and that too was efficient. Collecting our luggage - no struggle. On board, a few conversations were loud and I loved that there were audio reminders to guests on this. So overall, I would do this trip again.

It's been a long time since I rode a train. When I needed a way to get to West Palm Beach after my Virgin Voyage cruise, my friend suggested Brightline. I had never heard of it. I must admit that the whole process, from start, to ride, to finish, was a breeze. I downloaded the app to make my reservation and it was very user friendly and intuitive. After a short Lyft to the station, checking in, boarding the train, and the actual ride was pleasant and safe. The service onboard was wonderful too. I really enjoyed the entire Brightline experience and it also was very reasonably priced. I not only highly recommend Brightline but look forward to riding it again sometime soon!

Today we had a terrific first ride on Brightline from Orlando to Miami. We were impressed from the start, with excellent airport signage guiding us to the train terminal, easy directions to baggage check, and a very comfortable premium class lounge with nice snacks. Friendly staff helped us find our way to the correct platform. Best of all was our concierge on the train, Robbie, who couldn't have been more nice, more helpful, more informative, more competent, more friendly and more professional. The Miami terminal was just as well laid out with excellent directional signage including to the rideshare location. All in all a surprisingly enjoyable trip.

Ever since the Brightline Orlando route became a thing here in Florida I’ve been riding. I primarily have done solo rides but I’ve also ridden with a party of 4 (me included). I primarily book Premier (expensive I know) when it’s for me it’s fine. My large group was thanks to the deals and points I accumulated. My favorite part of the ride is always the lounge and now you don’t even need a premiere ticket you can buy it for $30 for all you can eat food at the lounge which is useful when you want to grab some snacks and drinks for the road. I primarily work while I’m riding so the premier is just a must have for me. I’ve always enjoyed my time riding. My only feedback is it seems it’s time to improve on maintenance since both of the bathrooms in the premier coaches were out of service.

My wife needed wheelchair assistance through the station to .the Premium lounge. Guest Services made sure someone pushed her to the lounge. Then he told us he'd come back 15 minutes before departure to push her to train side. I was skeptical - until I saw him come back like he said he would. He took a pic of her ticket and emailed it to Orlando so someone would meet us to push her into the station. After arriving in Orlando, someone brought us to baggage claim, then another young lady took us into the terminal as far as she could go so I could pickup our rental car. This went far beyond the call of duty! Fantastic customer service! Thank you for treating my wife like the queen she is! The only thing I didn't do that I wish I did was buy a Brightline polo shirt. I still want to, but there's no online store. Brightline, if you're willing to help me buy some swag, reach out to me! Thanks!

Everything was really in order, really polished. Easy process to check in, to access the train. The train was modern, comfortable, wide. Restrooms on board were impecable, that's a big plus! Only two comments to improve: on the way from Miami to Orlando the catering service was severly delayed and affected due to staff issues. It was anounced on speakers but it did impact the travel experience as many passengers wanted to eat/drink and that was not possible / difficult / delayed. The other comment is about the luggage, the space is a bit limited and the overall luggage policy is not clear: what should be brought on board? what checked in? what should be storaged? what should be put in the overhead compartiments? Those two are the only aspects in my view that you could improve, rest of the trip was 10/10!

Small snags with Brightline, but annoying
The train service is magnificent and we recommend very much for going to either Miami or Orlando from West Palm Beach and vice versa. However, a couple of things that we found problematic:
- Shuttle service from MIA to the central station never showed up. The alternative means, taxi or uber, are far away from the shuttle stop. My wife almost missed the train because of that. Stay away from brightline shuttle?
- When boarding the train in West Palm Beach, her small sawing scissors were confiscated while they passed TSA checks in PBIA, Los Ageles, Sydney, Auckland and Miami airports! Can Brightline align their checks with TSA??

My husband and I recently used Brightline from a Caribbean cruise we took from LA to Miami. Brightline facility is extremely clean. Staff is very efficient and helpful. We've only tried Brightline once before, and our experience was even better second time around. From the help desk to employees staged at the entrance to the trains, escalator and elevator, get your luggage, etc. were all extremely positive and helpful. FAR better than airport that's for sure! Seats on the train are comfortable. Food is offered for sale or bring your own snack. Employees on the train trip were pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival to Orlando Airport, we had excellent assistance from everyone. Bathrooms VERY clean. It's a "no brainer" to try/use Brightline. It was a sit back and relax experience the whole way!! We traveled on a Tuesday morning.

The only criticism I have is that the GPS will not direct you to the parking garage and they need better signage because it’s difficult to find. The parking garage was convenient (and purchasing parking online when I bought my ticket was a good idea) and the walk to the Miami station was quick. The station is clean, bright and beautiful and there are many places to buy all kinds of food. The restrooms are modern. When I needed to ask a question, the employee was helpful. Very nice modern train station and well located in downtown Miami. Nearby connection service for metro and metromover that offers free metro service to get around Miami. This service offers 3 different loops to make several stops in the city center. The metromover station is located directly opposite the Brightline exit. For metromover wagons there are only 4 seats per wagon. This service is very busy and you have to make standing trips most of the time. For the Brightline station you have on site, a bar, restaurants. Please note that Brightline stations have secure access and all baggage is scanned.

We almost got on the wrong train so it would have been very helpful if there was more signage as to where the train is going on the platform, we almost got on the train stopping in palm beach rather than the one all the way to MCO because there was not signage or someone to help direct us until we got on the train.

Even though the train was delayed due to a freight train on my return trip home — completely outside of Brightline and team members control — Jamal, Jocelyn, and Kwame delivered exceptional service from start to finish. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care for passengers truly stood out. It was obvious they had worked long hours and likely overtime, yet they still maintained an incredible positive attitude and upheld the highest standard of customer service. They were attentive, reassuring, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt taken care of despite the circumstances. Because of their dedication and teamwork, what could have been a exhausting experience turned into a memorable one. They are the reason I look forward to riding Brightline again, and I’ll absolutely be recommending it to others. The station was very clean and quiet. We'll organize and sign. It was really easy buy and used the train ticket. Also the space is really nice and have everything that you may need while waiting for your train. The train inside is so clean and beautiful, very comfortable too. If I have to be honest, the only thing that I found not that good (not sure if they are responsable for that though) is that my station was Aventura and I need it to go like really close to station but to be able to cross the us1 I have to walk for 40 minutes in order to be able to cross to that way cause they don't have a direct exit or bridge.

This was my first brightline ride. We did purchased premium tickets because it was a good deal. Oh my goodness what an amazing experience! We spent 2 hours in the lovely lounge area. Food and drinks were great, seats were comfortable. Loved all the charging areas. And the train! I’m currently obsessed with Brightline. It was so clean, so modern. There was so much food (and drink) included with the premium ticket i couldn’t believe it. Our attendant (I wish I had gotten her name- I know she has 4 boys) was amazing!!! She was so sweet and so fun and an incredibly hard worker. She clearly wanted everyone to have a great experience on the train, and we did. We went from Miami to Orlando, and i was pleasantly surprised by the scenery! We went past state parks and I saw glimpses of the intracoastal waterway and cute towns. I highly recommend Brightline and will definitely use this is the future whenever possible.

If you day drink, alcohol is free :) They even serve lunch. I popped on a movie and settled in. It was perfect. I’ve been on every train in Europe and Brightline can definitely hold its own. He was phenomenal, I have ridden premium service a few times when I wanted to treat myself, never had the level of service that Ennis gave us he was outstanding. The experience is totally comforting, in every way, from booking tickets through the app (I'd like to be able to choose where I sit), the stations are very comfortable and modern, the trip is comfortable and classy. I suggest that the app offer other languages to choose from, as many people from many countries come to Miami and we can't expect everyone to know English. That would be a good improvement to the service.

My wife and I were very pleased with the modern and clean train station in Miami and the modern, clean, and fast train that we rode on to Orlando last Wednesday. Now you should extend your train service throughout Florida, to Jacksonville, Tampa, Tallahassee, Pensacola, and then on to Mobile and New Orleans.....America needs more trains now!

Everything was super clean and organized and ran like a well-oiled machine. The coaches were designed with travelers in mind: wide isles and plenty of room to store luggage. It might be nice if during the online ticketing process you could choose your seat but I liked that there were seat assignments. I found the whole travel experience convenient and, honestly, getting from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale would have been a complete hassle without this train line—from an urban planning perspective, it was money well spent!

Riding Brightline for the first time from Miami to Orlando was an awesome experience. I opted for the premium service for a few dollars more and it was definitely worth the upcharge. Upon arrival at the Brightline station I was not quite sure where to go for baggage and tickets. There were no clear signs and no one, other than other travelers, to ask. Thankfully, there was a helpful customer service attendant who directed the me to the kiosk to purchase my ticket and he also informed me that I could take my bags on board at no charge. His assistance definitely saved me time and money. I opted for the premium service which I recommend. There is a designated waiting area with complimentary snacks and we are then led to the train as a group. Boarding was easy, even for those with mobility concerns. The attendants on the train were all friendly and professional. The food choices were great. I enjoyed a very smooth ride. The 3 hour journey was over before I knew it. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely ride Brightline again. Better signage would be a plus.

Travel by Brightline is cost effective for short distance travel as compared to flying. This is good when traveling on vacation and even business where time is not a constraining factor. Meals and beverages are complimentary for Premium class passengers and can be purchased by Smart class passengers. Train is fast covering the distance between Orlando and Miami in about 3 hours.

The only truly terrible part of the entire trip was the food sold on the train. The quality was extremely poor and the prices were outrageous for what you get. This part of the service urgently needs to be fixed. I ended up paying $45 for a tiny cold sandwich with absolutely nothing special, a smaller-than-normal Pepsi, and a muffin—which was honestly the only thing that was even remotely acceptable. This made the food experience shockingly bad. Everything else on the trip was excellent, but I strongly do NOT recommend buying any food on the train.

This is where you get on the Brightline. I felt the surrounding area was safe and clean. We walked there so I'm unsure if parking is available. The inside is very very clean and new. Nothing like the Amtrak stations we've been too. You walk into a large open area where you buy your tickets on kiosks. They are also available online. You also have to go through a security check, similar to the airport, to get into the waiting area for your train. This service also takes you to special events (we took it to the Dolphins game) and the airport with a free bus transfer. If you're in Miami and want to visit other areas like Fort Lauderdale, I would highly recommend this service. It's fast, reliable, clean, organized, comfy and the atmosphere is wonderful. I wish they had Bridgeline everywhere!!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the station is located inside the airport, with a multi-storey car park close by. The waiting area is spacious, clean and comfortable. The train departed exactly on schedule. However, the ticket price was the same as a plane ticket from Orlando to Miami. After buying a smart tariff ticket and paying for parking, I ended up spending more than I would have if I had flown. In Miami, it took me about an hour to get from the Miami Brightline station to the MIA airport by public transportation. The shuttle stops running at 7:00 p.m., which is disappointing. The Orange Line, which goes directly to the MIA Mover, also closes at 8:40 p.m. I had to change trains three times, but the stops were close together, and the fare was $2.50.

We bought our tickets online, well in advance of our travel date. So much so that I think the departure time was changed twice from purchase to the day of travel. Thankfully no problem. We arrived to the Miami Brightline station via Uber, from the NCL cruise terminal. It worked out great. We arrived plenty early. Our train departed on time, 12noon. And arrived on time, at 3:34pm. Upon arriving to the Miami station, we got through security fairly fast. But it got really congested at times, up until our departure. Boarding was easy. We were in Coach 7, with a smart saver ticket. The coach was clean, and it smelled good. The restroom was clean. The seats were very comfortable. The trip for us first timers went fairly fast. Only a couple of stops before arriving at the Orlando airport station. From there we had an Uber take us to the Universal Studios area. The train was Maybe at 1/2 capacity. We had a very nice trip. I would certainly consider riding on Brightline again.

The entire Brightline experience was a plus with some room for improvement. There is no easily found signage *at MIA* to indicate one should take the orange line to the next station Ellington Heights and then transfer to the southbound line with Overtown/Lyric as the destination with Brightline a hundred yards or so down street. Easily handled with a text notification or even within the app using a diagram (and/or multilingual text directions). The images are from the Ellington Heights MetroRail station.

The agent rebooked my ticket as due to a flight delay I missed my train by 3 mins. Also when I did arrive to Fort Lauderdale my suitcase was not unloaded and kept going to West Palm Beach. It had been a long travel day but agent AJ at the FLL station connected with other staff and ensured my suitcase got back to the station and arranged for an Uber to pick it up and deliver it to my hotel. Aj was so kind, went above and beyond and gave me a good piece of mind and the confidence it would be taken care of and it was! I can't say enough about Aj's incredible service!

Price wise it worked out to add a train experience for our 10yo on the journey to our Port Miami. Other families chose to drive Orlando > Miami, I was surprised they were able to beat us home adjusting for ship disembarkation and departure times. Price points on a family of 2+ kids are a bit steep. Great ride! I’d weigh my options before driving back down turnpike and dealing with traffic.

The entire Brightline experience was great. Making the reservations online was quick and easy. Parking at the Orlando airport was convenient and not having to drive from MCO to MIA and back was wonderful. The shuttle service from the Miami station to MIA was quick. The Miami Central Station it’s pretty amazing. There is a large variety of restaurants and offerings. We sampled several and all were very good. There are a lot of places to sit and relax while waiting for the train. The staff on the brightline was also very courteous. The WiFi from MCO to the Miami station worked well, but on our return trip from Miami to MCO the Wi-Fi kept dropping, even though we had signed in. It forced us to continue signing in continuously. Other than this, we experienced, no other issues and it was better than making the drive on I-95 or the turnpike. The Brightline service is great and convenient.

Walk towards the bay into The marketplace and or visit MDCC. The interior of this station is awesome giving one the opportunity to relax, have bite and or a drink, 🥃 including spirits. “JOE The Juice “ is on the ground floor. You can also ride the rails from here. Rails other than Brightline. Miami to Orlando’s Mickey is quite an interesting story. The trains are clean and fast. Definitely visit this station and literally take it from there, for the day, weekend or the entire week, no regrets P.S. A word of caution ⚠️ Brightline Miami runs like New York. If your on time, your late! So shake off the slow pace of Miami before boarding a Brightline.😎👍

Mario and his assistant I did not get his name but both kept things running smoothly both on my morning trip and my afternoon return from WPB. When I got on the train in the morning, I was very tired from work the night before, but mario kindness while providing snacks. To include coffee, which help the most, and both their smiles just made journey better. The train had to stop a few ans a precaution and Mario made sure to keep us updated and Even made sure the AC was turned on ans it got a little hot. Our return back. We also had the same train with Mario and his assistant, which I did not catch his name I apologize and let me tell you these two work their little tails off, making sure every passenger was happy. They were so kind and polite with a smile they kept everything clean and orderly They assisted us with anything we needed and most of all mario actually remembered us from earlier so our little group was very happy to know that he remembered us and was so genuine recommended places for us to visit on our next return to West Palm Beach. Thank you Mario and assistant for such a great service and do not stop being the persons that you are. You are amazing and please know you did a great job with service with a smile. Making us feel better after a long day. Our trip was to show my niece from CT the fun stuff in WPB and take a ride on the train. She was very pleased with the whole experience and we hope to go to Orlando soon hopefully we will have Mario and his assistant again ! Good job 👏🏼

Not our first time taking the Brightline train, but this trip was truly different. We were returning to Miami from Orlando on Saturday, August 23rd at 1:50 p.m., and Kwame was the attendant for Premium Coach 2. From start to finish, we had such a wonderful experience with him! Kwame was extremely professional and attentive, while also bringing a kind and friendly energy to the trip. What stood out most was his sense of humor—he kept the ride lighthearted and fun by sharing clever riddles that made everyone smile. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with making passengers feel so comfortable and entertained. Kwame truly made our ride memorable and enjoyable. Brightline is lucky to have him on their team!

The Brighline Miami is the train Service that departs from Miami Station and goes to various places, such as Orlando passing by places like Cover Louder Dale. To catch this train while at the Airport, unlike Orlando you need to take a metro from Metromover to the Orange Line Freedom Tower station, but you can get off at Government Center but you will have to walk a minute. The station infrastructure is very good, the trains are spacious and has room for large luggage, I recommend if you are arriving from miami and have to go to Orlando is a good option.
I had arrived late to Miami International Airport on a flight from El Salvador and made it just in time to catch the last train (11:05pm) out of Miami to West Palm Beach. While checking in through security, I dropped my cellphone and didn't notice until I was aboard the train. I asked the Concierge on the train, Danny, if there was any way he could check. Danny returned a few minutes later to say they had found my phone and would send it up to West Palm Beach on the first morning train and I could pick it up at the WPB Station. I went the next day and sure enough, my phone was waiting for me there. I just wanted to thank Danny and any of the other Brightline folks who were involved. They saved the day for me and I am very appreciative.
High Speed train between Orlando and Miami
Brightline MiamiCentral Station is conveniently located by metro stations including Tri-Rail, Metrorail, and the Metromover, which are great options to seeing Miami. Brightline covers longer distances than the other three. You can buy tickets at the station entrance lobby using either a kiosk or a staffed counter. You can also purchase tickets online at GoBrightline.com or through the Brightline app. Tickets cost between $79 and $270 depending on what your needs are. Reservations are required to travel on the Brightline. You can bring a carry-on and check one luggage bag. The ride between Orlando and West Palm Beach is approximately 2 hours. It is 3 hours 30 minutes between Orlando and Miami. The central station is modernistic and has 12 restaurants at the Central Fare Food Collective to serve you from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. I wished I used the train more than what I actually do. It is an underrated way to get around. I love how Brightline is transforming the train industry. All of their stations are state of the art stations, with a lot of light, spacious, modern, check-in simplicity, and easy to get through. All in all, you would never think this is a train station in America. Their latest addition, the Food Collective food hall at the second level of the Miami Central station, is not only a nice add to the station itself but also for this downtown area in general.

I took the brightline from Miami to Orlando - I had just got off a 10 hour flight from Germany and was running late . They held the train for me bc I arrived right when they were boarding. I appreciated this so much because this was the last train of the night and if I had missed I would have needed to book a hotel etc. This is my 3rd time traveling with brightline and it's always a great experience.

I took Brightline round trip this weekend from Miami to Orlando and back. It’s a real first class operation. I had Premium tickets which gives you the royal treatment. They offer food and drinks frequently. Also a complete lunch. Alcoholic beverages can be bought but everything else is free. The train runs on time.

The trip overall was good. The station is clean. The seats are comfortable. The staff was helpful, BUT… parking garage entrance instructions were confusing and there was no one to help . This caused much undue stress. We also had issues going through the ticket gate. We each had a ticket in our phone but once you scanned a ticket, it had all four tickets and all four of us were supposed to go through the ‘gate’ at once. Also, there was no instructions on which coach to board.

I left my wallet in the Miami terminal. When I got home to Orlando I found that my wallet was missing. After looking everywhere I sent a message to the Brightline Lost and Found. Whithin two minutes a gentelman called me and told me they had it and was going to be sent in the next train to Orlando. Sure enough it was there when I picked it up at the next day. What was more amazing is that everything was there not even a dollar was missing. That was a good chance for a crime of oportunity but to my delight I can say that the Brightline company has employed very trustful individuals and I want to write this review so the person that found it and everyone that was involved with the safety of my wallet may be congratulated. I prayed for that angel all day today and told everyone about the honesty of your company with their costumers. I will forever be a Brightline costumer. Thank you Brightline.

Definitely save the drive! Never knew about this option until speaking to someone on the phone. Great way to get from Orlando to Miami (for me) to catch a cruise. Miami station is very clean & modern. Make sure you get to train before travel time, because you may miss it. In my experience the 2 times I've traveled Brightline train leaves on time.

The train service is above average. Smooth ride, comfortable seats, plenty of room, bathrooms, refreshments on board, WiFi. Waiting areas/stations are clean and comfortable. Some negatives: very loud music in the chick-in area, the shuttles to/from the airport are very inconsistant and running only during a day, we had serious issues with that, it's not what is advertized on Brightline website, be prepared to take Uber to the train station.

The Brightline is so convenient! I was expecting to get an Uber to Mia car rental center when out of nowhere comes JP,a shuttle driver. He right away offered to take me to the rental center and the entire way he was so hospitable! Friendly with all cultures ( several different on his bus) and he was a wealth of history information on south Florida. He is the BEST shuttle driver I’ve ever encountered! Please make sure to give JP a shout out for excellent service. He made my day. The entire experience was pleasurable and the shuttle ride at the end was a super bonus. Thank you JP and Brightline!

Great experience on the train. Highly recommend it. But none of their promo codes work, including the ones they advertised online on the same day we booked our tickets. Had to call customer service before our return trip and we’re on hold 55 minutes. Finally had our tickets changed wt the station. One other minor issue was a bartender at the Ft. Lauderdale terminal who asked if it was okay to switch out the champagne since they were out of what they normally used in the drinks we ordered, but failed to tell us that the substitute was $28 versus $14. First world problems and again, a good overall experience.

Went from Orlando to Miami to catch a baseball game. The parking at Orlando international airport is a MESS! Nobody knew where to go. Zero help and super confusing. The road signs are horrible. The train was amazing!! Clean trains. Comfortable. Surprisingly quiet! The 3 stops we made we’re literally 3 minutes long. We took the late train home. We asked if they could turn the lights off but we were told they could not due to safety reasons?? Would’ve been nice to take a nap on the way home. Overall it was a great experience and w we’d go again. The ticket prices are a bit high for what it is. But this explains why the train are empty. Lower the prices and these trains would be packed!!!

Seamless connection to Inter Miami Stadium
We travelled Miami to Fort Lauderdale and used the complimentary shuttle service out to the Inter Miami Stadium. We’d travelled from Scotland with the kids to see Messi play and the Brightline Service made it so easy for us. Honestly a great experience. The shuttle staff were friendly and helpful and linking to the match and return train was seamless. Both train stations also immaculate and felt safe even on the late night return. And an Uber voucher included in the ticket got is safely back to our hotel.

I travel by brightline train from Orlando to Miami on 05/13/24. Our ride was very much comfortable. Seating arrangement is best. Staffs are cooperative. Train was on time & we reached on time & safely. I’m from India & our family was on leisure tour. It was my one time ride. Sitting area at train station was large & comfortable.

Very convenient parking to the station. I've prepaid for parking twice and whenever i scan my boarding pass with prepaid parking it never works. I usually have to call assistance and they let me in. No issues when leaving the garage after the paid period. Clean and safe to leave your car based on my experience.

We traveled round-trip from Boca to Orlando. What a convenient way to cover some ground. We picked up a rental car at the Orlando Brightline Station which happens to also be the Orlando Airport. You just need to walk from terminal B to C which is not that bad of a walk. We drove up to St. Augustine to check out properties. (Stayed at The Collector Inn, which I highly recommend) I am so glad I didn't need to drive this whole haul. The Brightline is the best thing that has happened to South and Central FL... soon to be in Tampa too, I hear. I hope they continue it to St. Augustine and Jacksonville as well. Excellent form of transport. If you happen to be in Stefanie's section on the train, tell her hello from us. She is great! Also, I highly recommend the upgrade to premium if you're looking for some extra space, comfort and perks.

My mom and her sister are aging gracefully and needed some extra help getting their Uber roundtrip on the Brightline when they went on a cruise out of Miami.
