A great Rail system addition to skip driving from Miami to Orlando. We went from Fort Lauderdale to Miami in 38 minutes. Fast and super Reliable fast train system. More cities should adopt this concept
EXCELLENT SERVICE - Thank you Robbie! This is my first time taking the train from Miami to West Palm Beach, and it was an exceptional experience. I’ve taken many trains in the Midwest, but nothing compares to the wonderful cheery service (Robbie), the cleanliness, very helpful terminal staff, and a welcoming premium club waiting area. As a small business owner, I had to share that my entire experience was exceptional and I look forward to traveling the Brightline again. Miami Station overall was nice. Checking in and going through the scanner was simple. Would have given it a five star. But they have homeless people inside the station asking for money and let's just say, the smell was not pleasant.
This station feels like an airport. There are a bunch of food and beverage options including a Joe & The Juice. It feels modern and sleek and there is plenty of seating as well as bathrooms. I wish the Orlando station was this nice, but it’s clear they built Miami station thoughtfully and with the idea of welcome travelers from around the world. Bravo on this.
This Brightline station in Miami is very conveniently located. The service inside is very good, but outside they need more staff to assist passengers arriving by rideshare or taxi, providing information and easing the flow of cars and passengers, especially during peak hours. 🦩🌴🦩🌴🦩🌴🦩🌴🦩🌴🦩🌴🦩🌴

Bright line Hub Shines
Bright lines Miami Terminus is special. Good food selections, Bright line Premium Lounge was a nice surprise. Easy to find your way round.
Small snags with Brightline, but annoying
The train service is magnificent and we recommend very much for going to either Miami or Orlando from West Palm Beach and vice versa. However, a couple of things that we found problematic:
- Shuttle service from MIA to the central station never showed up. The alternative means, taxi or uber, are far away from the shuttle stop. My wife almost missed the train because of that. Stay away from brightline shuttle?
- When boarding the train in West Palm Beach, her small sawing scissors were confiscated while they passed TSA checks in PBIA, Los Ageles, Sydney, Auckland and Miami airports! Can Brightline align their checks with TSA??
Quick ride from Boca to Miami on way to our cruise. Played cards with no worries about traffic!
I really like Brightline. The Miami Brightline station is number one as far as food options. While you wait browse the many eateries options that are available. The selections are amazing.

Employees to the rescue
My husband and I took the train from Orlando to Miami. While in the station my husband fell on the escalator. The employees quickly stopped it, and attended to him wonderfully. They were vey thoughtful and extremely helpful.
Brightline Rocks!
Victoria from MIA station made our Valentine’s Day special by getting us last minute tickets for the 3pm train! Thank you Victoria!
I like the convenience . I don’t like that they charge $180 the day before and then drop the prices to $60 the day of for 5:55am departure. I booked a greyhound yesterday for $46 for same departure time but won’t get there until 11:30. Had I known the prices were gonna drop I would have booked the morning of. Always wait until the last minute before you buy your ticket or at least 8 days in advance if you are able to. I like the QR code order menu also. Gave an extra star for that. I personally hate having to verbally give my order. The Coach 8 had a weird smell also.
This feels like a hidden gem in Miami. So so impressed by the cleanliness, organization and ease of taking the Brightline. All the way to Orlando and back. Was able to work and stream videos to and from, thanks to Starlink. Everything was super clean, nice and just EASY. The ticket was priced totally reasonably too Surprised more people aren’t on this.. and wish I had known about how easy and great this was sooner!
Fast and comfortable train service from Miami to Fort Lauderdale.
Very nice modern train station and well located in downtown Miami. Nearby connection service for metro and metromover that offers free metro service to get around Miami. This service offers 3 different loops to make several stops in the city center. The metromover station is located directly opposite the Brightline exit. For metromover wagons there are only 4 seats per wagon. This service is very busy and you have to make standing trips most of the time. For the Brightline station you have on site, a bar, restaurants. Please note that Brightline stations have secure access and all baggage is scanned.

Great location that's close to the cruise terminal. Purchased premium tickets and the lounge is well stocked and spacious.
The Brightline Miami station was light, clean and spacious. Train boarding was very organized. Ride share pick up and drop off were conveniently located. However, I didn't notice a customer service counter if one had questions about the ticket.
Great Customer Service in The Magic City
Amazing Customer Service from Arnold Suarez. He helped me upgrading to premium and changing my seat when the app and website wouldn’t let me do. Great customer service is the reason I keep using Brightline versus flying or driving.
Horrible boarding process.
It would be a 5 star service if they improve their boarding process, it is unacceptable that the staff makes a mess by crowding the waiting lounge into a big bottleneck, you should be able to wait on the trackside in the position that your coach will arrive, like in Europe, but no, please fix this.

This is my second round-trip from ******** to ******* with Brightline, and once again the experience was outstanding. The *************** is worth every ***** the trains and stations are spotless, extremely comfortable, and always perfectly on time. The unlimited food and drinks, both at the station and onboard, make the trip even better. But what truly sets Brightline apart is the staff. The employees who assist and serve you are incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They make you feel genuinely cared for. After comparing it with flights from *************** or ***** to *******, Brightline is far superior. Its cleaner, easier, faster, and much more enjoyable. I highly recommend it 100%.
Mon, October 27th, MIA-ORL.
We bought our tickets online, well in advance of our travel date. So much so that I think the departure time was changed twice from purchase to the day of travel. Thankfully no problem. We arrived to the Miami Brightline station via Uber, from the NCL cruise terminal. It worked out great. We arrived plenty early. Our train departed on time, 12noon. And arrived on time, at 3:34pm. Upon arriving to the Miami station, we got through security fairly fast. But it got really congested at times, up until our departure. Boarding was easy. We were in Coach 7, with a smart saver ticket. The coach was clean, and it smelled good. The restroom was clean. The seats were very comfortable. The trip for us first timers went fairly fast. Only a couple of stops before arriving at the Orlando airport station. From there we had an Uber take us to the Universal Studios area. The train was Maybe at 1/2 capacity. We had a very nice trip. I would certainly consider riding on Brightline again.
5 stars for customer service
Although my family and I were not able to travel on the Brightline train, I had an amazing experience with their customer service team. We had some issues where we could not make our original reservation. They bent over backwards to help us. Special shout out to Robert and his management team. You guys rock, thanks for making a potential headache into a sigh of relief!
Best BrightLine Attendant from Orlando to Miami
Not our first time taking the Brightline train, but this trip was truly different. We were returning to Miami from Orlando on Saturday, August 23rd at 1:50 p.m., and Kwame was the attendant for Premium Coach 2. From start to finish, we had such a wonderful experience with him! Kwame was extremely professional and attentive, while also bringing a kind and friendly energy to the trip. What stood out most was his sense of humor—he kept the ride lighthearted and fun by sharing clever riddles that made everyone smile. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with making passengers feel so comfortable and entertained. Kwame truly made our ride memorable and enjoyable. Brightline is lucky to have him on their team!
Good option
The Brighline Miami is the train Service that departs from Miami Station and goes to various places, such as Orlando passing by places like Cover Louder Dale. To catch this train while at the Airport, unlike Orlando you need to take a metro from Metromover to the Orange Line Freedom Tower station, but you can get off at Government Center but you will have to walk a minute. The station infrastructure is very good, the trains are spacious and has room for large luggage, I recommend if you are arriving from miami and have to go to Orlando is a good option.
I had arrived late to Miami International Airport on a flight from El Salvador and made it just in time to catch the last train (11:05pm) out of Miami to West Palm Beach. While checking in through security, I dropped my cellphone and didn't notice until I was aboard the train. I asked the Concierge on the train, Danny, if there was any way he could check. Danny returned a few minutes later to say they had found my phone and would send it up to West Palm Beach on the first morning train and I could pick it up at the WPB Station. I went the next day and sure enough, my phone was waiting for me there. I just wanted to thank Danny and any of the other Brightline folks who were involved. They saved the day for me and I am very appreciative.
High Speed train between Orlando and Miami
Brightline MiamiCentral Station is conveniently located by metro stations including Tri-Rail, Metrorail, and the Metromover, which are great options to seeing Miami. Brightline covers longer distances than the other three. You can buy tickets at the station entrance lobby using either a kiosk or a staffed counter. You can also purchase tickets online at GoBrightline.com or through the Brightline app. Tickets cost between $79 and $270 depending on what your needs are. Reservations are required to travel on the Brightline. You can bring a carry-on and check one luggage bag. The ride between Orlando and West Palm Beach is approximately 2 hours. It is 3 hours 30 minutes between Orlando and Miami. The central station is modernistic and has 12 restaurants at the Central Fare Food Collective to serve you from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. You can also buy snacks on board plus 2 alcoholic beers and wine. No limit on non-alcoholic beverages. Full information can be found at GoBrightline.com.
So modern!
I wished I used the train more than what I actually do. It is an underrated way to get around. I love how Brightline is transforming the train industry. All of their stations are state of the art stations, with a lot of light, spacious, modern, check-in simplicity, and easy to get through. All in all, you would never think this is a train station in America. Their latest addition, the Food Collective food hall at the second level of the Miami Central station, is not only a nice add to the station itself but also for this downtown area in general.
Great customer service
I took the brightline from Miami to Orlando - I had just got off a 10 hour flight from Germany and was running late . They held the train for me bc I arrived right when they were boarding. I appreciated this so much because this was the last train of the night and if I had missed I would have needed to book a hotel etc. This is my 3rd time traveling with brightline and it's always a great experience.
Great alternative
I took Brightline round trip this weekend from Miami to Orlando and back. It’s a real first class operation. I had Premium tickets which gives you the royal treatment. They offer food and drinks frequently. Also a complete lunch. Alcoholic beverages can be bought but everything else is free. The train runs on time.

Great Brightline experience.
We took Brightline from Miami International Airport to Orlando International Airport and it was a great experience! From Miami airport you will take a service bus to Brightline Train Station (pay $10 + $5, I forgot the exact amount but you may check their website) for extra person. We booked a ticket with lounge access and the food was great! FREE! The ride was smooth, view along the was amazing for a first time traveller in Florida,

Wonderful travel experience to / from Miami.
Brightline is the only way to travel in Florida. I went from West Palm to Miami and back. I live in Stuart and wish.... much.... that they will open a station in Stuart. I hate driving and go often to Miami. Please increase your service and open a stop in Stuart. Please.
Nice ride but not user friendly for parking and boarding.
The trip overall was good. The station is clean. The seats are comfortable. The staff was helpful, BUT… parking garage entrance instructions were confusing and there was no one to help . This caused much undue stress. We also had issues going through the ticket gate. We each had a ticket in our phone but once you scanned a ticket, it had all four tickets and all four of us were supposed to go through the ‘gate’ at once. Also, there was no instructions on which coach to board.
Despite an unsuccessful interview with Brightline, my subsequent journeys to and from both Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale from Orlando were revelatory. Having traveled extensively around the globe, I can assert that Brightline stands among the finest train services. The immaculate appearance of its stations, courteous staff, and luxurious onboard atmosphere evoke a sense of genuine first-class travel—yet at a remarkably economical price point. If you’re exploring the corridor between Orlando, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura and Miami, forgo the plane in favor of Brightline. You’ll skip tedious airport lines, enjoy a swift and polished ride, and spend far less than on airfare. Though I did not secure a role with Brightline, I would have been immensely proud to serve an organization whose service is so superbly executed, and I emphatically recommend that every potential traveler experience this top-tier rail journey.
Lost wallet
I left my wallet in the Miami terminal. When I got home to Orlando I found that my wallet was missing. After looking everywhere I sent a message to the Brightline Lost and Found. Whithin two minutes a gentelman called me and told me they had it and was going to be sent in the next train to Orlando. Sure enough it was there when I picked it up at the next day. What was more amazing is that everything was there not even a dollar was missing. That was a good chance for a crime of oportunity but to my delight I can say that the Brightline company has employed very trustful individuals and I want to write this review so the person that found it and everyone that was involved with the safety of my wallet may be congratulated. I prayed for that angel all day today and told everyone about the honesty of your company with their costumers. I will forever be a Brightline costumer. Thank you Brightline.
Nice modern building, fantastic way to get from Orlando to Miami
Definitely save the drive! Never knew about this option until speaking to someone on the phone. Great way to get from Orlando to Miami (for me) to catch a cruise. Miami station is very clean & modern. Make sure you get to train before travel time, because you may miss it. In my experience the 2 times I've traveled Brightline train leaves on time.
Very safisfied with the train, not so much with the shuttle
The train service is above average. Smooth ride, comfortable seats, plenty of room, bathrooms, refreshments on board, WiFi. Waiting areas/stations are clean and comfortable. Some negatives: very loud music in the chick-in area, the shuttles to/from the airport are very inconsistant and running only during a day, we had serious issues with that, it's not what is advertized on Brightline website, be prepared to take Uber to the train station.
Fabulous trip
The Brightline is so convenient! I was expecting to get an Uber to Mia car rental center when out of nowhere comes JP,a shuttle driver. He right away offered to take me to the rental center and the entire way he was so hospitable! Friendly with all cultures ( several different on his bus) and he was a wealth of history information on south Florida. He is the BEST shuttle driver I’ve ever encountered! Please make sure to give JP a shout out for excellent service. He made my day. The entire experience was pleasurable and the shuttle ride at the end was a super bonus. Thank you JP and Brightline!

A super comfortable ride! It was so quiet that we forgot we were on a train! Food is expensive & limited, so bring your own. Staff is very helpful. Great way to avoid the stressful driving - no traffic jams here & she arrives very quickly to your destination! Their parking garage is spacious and user friendly! Very well thought out setup! GetSome!!
Wanted to see what the station looked like
It looked very interesting but did not go to ride on it. Station was very clean, and the trains were looking very nice and clean loved what I saw. I’m planning to take a trip to Orlando and Tampa on it. With my grandson and great nephew.
Good overall time on the train.
Great experience on the train. Highly recommend it. But none of their promo codes work, including the ones they advertised online on the same day we booked our tickets. Had to call customer service before our return trip and we’re on hold 55 minutes. Finally had our tickets changed wt the station. One other minor issue was a bartender at the Ft. Lauderdale terminal who asked if it was okay to switch out the champagne since they were out of what they normally used in the drinks we ordered, but failed to tell us that the substitute was $28 versus $14. First world problems and again, a good overall experience.
Miami to Orlando trains
I wanted to check how far in advance I have to take the ticket and, in turn, if they recommend the train to go from Miami to orlando more than to go by car. I'm 24 and I'd have a car in prayer but I'm in doubt how to move to prayer from my ami
Will go again but pricey
Went from Orlando to Miami to catch a baseball game. The parking at Orlando international airport is a MESS! Nobody knew where to go. Zero help and super confusing. The road signs are horrible. The train was amazing!! Clean trains. Comfortable. Surprisingly quiet! The 3 stops we made we’re literally 3 minutes long. We took the late train home. We asked if they could turn the lights off but we were told they could not due to safety reasons?? Would’ve been nice to take a nap on the way home. Overall it was a great experience and w we’d go again. The ticket prices are a bit high for what it is. But this explains why the train are empty. Lower the prices and these trains would be packed!!!
Brightiline - Million Travels.
The train station is modern, comfortable and practical. We buy tickets for three , $80 per adult and $40 per little daughter, the prices may vary depending on day and time , the best is to consult before , in the price we include waiting in the VIP room that has a free buffet that includes alcoholic beverages , detail , to have access to alcoholic beverages you need to scan on the side of the machine itself your ticket to verify that it is older. Both in the stack and on the train has great quality Wi-Fi.
Viagem trem
Very good trip!! Fast, comfortable even in the normal class. Hours respected. We were in sunny islands and has the adventure station nearby, not having to go to downtown Miami. Service on board and at the stations is still not so complete, few food options and snacks and fishing a little in the sympathy of the staff. Even last night train left from Orlando at 20:50, arriving in Miami at 00:10 transportation from adventure station to hotel was easy to call and quick to get, and the station is a safe place.
24 hrs in Miami/BRIGHTLINE
Amazing experience for a 24 hrs in MIAMI coming from ORLANDO. I Will never drive again !! Train was a nice ride . Food/drink service was great to have . A young lady her name Alicia in MIAMI STATION (Aug 1 )was courteous ,professional and willing to help us . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It was our first time!! Thank you so much !!!!. Careful when you buy your ticket on smart savings not able to change times even to paid xtra ! That needs to improve Bright line !!! Now we need a stop near Melbourne ASAP !!! THANKS

I had an amazing experience at bright line station in Miami. A young lady named Shay went above & beyond to accommodate us on our trip. These days good customer service is hard to come across but Shay did not disappoint.
Great option for a cruise
Train was a great option to travel to Miami for a cruise. Just a quick ride to the port. Did not have to worry about finding parking or an expensive hotel room in Miami. Will use this again.
Money well spent
Book the trip, 1st class if possible! The train was spotless, the service was excellent and the experience was top-notch. Loved the lobby bar, great place to people watch while waiting for the next train.
Brightline Extraordinary
The Brightline train is a beautiful experience... Orlando and Miami stations are the best... Good service, unbeatable cleanliness, cozy atmosphere... I would suggest that related information appear on the screen of the trains with the trip itself... For example, places where the train passes... There are beautiful places on the journey, but not knowing the information remains in the air......
Seamless connection to Inter Miami Stadium
We travelled Miami to Fort Lauderdale and used the complimentary shuttle service out to the Inter Miami Stadium. We’d travelled from Scotland with the kids to see Messi play and the Brightline Service made it so easy for us. Honestly a great experience. The shuttle staff were friendly and helpful and linking to the match and return train was seamless. Both train stations also immaculate and felt safe even on the late night return. And an Uber voucher included in the ticket got is safely back to our hotel.
Comfortable & joyous journey from Orlando to Miami
I travel by brightline train from Orlando to Miami on 05/13/24. Our ride was very much comfortable. Seating arrangement is best. Staffs are cooperative. Train was on time & we reached on time & safely. I’m from India & our family was on leisure tour. It was my one time ride. Sitting area at train station was large & comfortable.
It's worth it
Buying tickets in advance will allow you to save several dollars, the train is new and with few stops, unlike the Miami station, in Orlando the facilities give you a privileged view.

Needless to say I was exhausted from my business trip! From the moment I stepped on to the platform... Ana's service was IMPECCABLE. Her engagement with clientele is that of care, concern, and understanding!! I lit up like the Fourth of July when I saw Ana's face as I boarded because I knew... once again... Impressive and very reasonably-priced train service from Miami to Orlando
Excellent train service travelling with Brightline. The Miami staion is spotlessly clean and staff are most friendly and helpful. My husband and I would definitely recommend taking the Brightline train between Miami and Orlando, instead of driving or flying. Orlando train station is also impressive!

Brightline = Gamechanger
We traveled round-trip from Boca to Orlando. What a convenient way to cover some ground. We picked up a rental car at the Orlando Brightline Station which happens to also be the Orlando Airport. You just need to walk from terminal B to C which is not that bad of a walk. We drove up to St. Augustine to check out properties. (Stayed at The Collector Inn, which I highly recommend) I am so glad I didn't need to drive this whole haul. The Brightline is the best thing that has happened to South and Central FL... soon to be in Tampa too, I hear. I hope they continue it to St. Augustine and Jacksonville as well. Excellent form of transport. If you happen to be in Stefanie's section on the train, tell her hello from us. She is great! Also, I highly recommend the upgrade to premium if you're looking for some extra space, comfort and perks.

My mom and her sister are aging gracefully and needed some extra help getting their Uber roundtrip on the Brightline when they went on a cruise out of Miami. I had the blessing of connecting with the best Brightline employee, JJ!!! He made sure these queens got off the train, into their Uber, and to the port and visa versa when they came back. He is such a kind and respectful young man and a true asset to this company!!!
