Please allow me to share that every single employee of Brightline with whom I came in contact was, to a person, friendly, courteous, professional, respectful, polite, and helpful! I observed lounge staff in Orlando cleaning as well as presenting the food items and utensils for passengers. The food and beverages served in both of the lounges, ORL and FTL, as well as on the trains was very good. Restaurant quality and 4-star service! Kudos! The welcome as well as the hospitality by all of the station staff was exceptional, both in Orlando and in Fort Lauderdale! The amenities, everywhere, were clean and comfortable in the stations and on the trains! Coach Attendants on the ORL>FTL train Isaiah and Jasmine were both EXCEPTIONAL with their customer service skills. Both Isaiah and Jasmine were professional, friendly, respectful, helpful, informative, and went above-and-beyond to ensure that each passenger felt welcomed and appreciated! During my return trip, FTL>ORL, Coach Attendants Joseph "Joe" and Reynier "Rey" provided exceptional service as well! Joe and Rey made my trip comfortable and I felt welcomed and appreciated! At the Orlando station, Night Mngr Irma and Station Attendant Alejandro provided exceptional hospitality and customer service! Both Irma and Alejandro went above-and-beyond to address my concerns and to provide all the answers to my questions, in part, about how to share my feedback and compliments about all of the individuals mentioned in this message. At the Fort Lauderdale station, Station and Platform Attendant (Possibly Manager, I did not acquire his actual position) Terrone was exceptional with his customer service! Terrone went out of his way to ensure that I made my train in time and comfortably! Terrone assured me of the process and location for finding my train. Terrone deserves recognition for his positive attitude, dedication, and exceptional work ethic! The cafe bar attendant behind the counter at the Fort Lauderdale station was extremely professional, kind, friendly, and helpful. I only passed by his work area; but, nonetheless, this employee was extremely helpful! I saw him both coming to and leaving the Fort Lauderdale station, two separate days; but, he was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. Please forgive me for not having his name. I truly want each employee mentioned herein to know just how much their kindness and professionalism helped to make my return trip one that, for positive reasons, will forever more be made memorable because of their courtesy, kindness, compassion, professionalism, and personal positive influence. All of the Brightline employees mentioned herein deserve kudos, recognition, and praise for representing Brightline in the best possible manner!
