Las instalaciones son muy limpias, organizadas y lindas. He usado este servicio las 2 veces que he viajado de Fort L. hasta Orlando, e todo súper bien, los vagones, los asientos, el baño limpio. Incluso el personal es muy atento y amable.
First timer and was impressed! It was clean inside the station/bathroom and even train. Staff were helpful too. Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience riding the Brightline. The station parking area was well-lit and felt very secure, which made the entire experience feel safe and stress-free. From arrival to departure, everything was smooth and well organized. I have no complaints at all and would definitely ride Brightline again.

I would like to file a complaint regarding a recent experience while traveling. I was carrying a standard table knife intended solely for food purposes, such as cutting sandwiches or other meals. This knife was non-sharp, non-pointed, and specifically a round‑tipped table knife, making it physically incapable of cutting or harming a person. However, during security screening at the station, the knife was confiscated by X-ray security. I understand that Brightline has a policy prohibiting sharp objects. However, a round‑tipped table knife is not a sharp object and therefore should not be subject to confiscation under this policy. I believe there should be a clear distinction between everyday table knives used for eating and sharp or potentially dangerous knives intended for harm. Removing harmless utensils such as round‑tipped table knives from all travelers does not enhance security and does not make someone a threat or a terrorist. As the U.S. develops new train travel systems, I respectfully suggest examining practices in Europe, Turkey, and Asian nations. In Europe, there are specific legislations for train travel that distinguish harmless eating utensils from dangerous knives, allowing passengers to carry items like round‑tipped table knives. Adopting a similarly balanced and practical approach in the U.S. would prevent penalizing travelers for carrying harmless utensils necessary for food consumption. I respectfully request that security procedures consider this difference in the future, so that travelers are not penalized for carrying harmless utensils necessary for food consumption. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Now that their prices came down and I can afford it, its a great ride, very comfortable, fast, effective. Highly recommend if youre going by train.
Very convenient for work travel! Seats are comfortable. Staff were friendly and the bathrooms were clean. I only wish that the price for onboard food & drink options were more reasonable.
The facility is clean, well operated, and pretty safe. Sometimes there are homeless people around, but they don’t seems to bother. Mr. Nelson with security is amazing, always a smile on, ready to assist and exudes happiness — which is what a lot of us need when we’re traveling rushing to work (me). I travel from FTL-MIA often, this employee stands out the most, and Jarvis. Great duo.

The seats are huge. They serve all kind of drinks, cold cuts and snacks. Very convenient and a very smooth ride. The food order where served in minutes.
Super bien la aplicación se Deja entender solo escaneas el código y te lleva a lo demás luego solo sal del estacionamiento y de inmediato te. Pasan tu recibo de cobro así de fácil ,el acceso es sin papeles y hay suficientes puestos
I wanted to shout out one of your employees LENISH… she is amazing. Such a beautiful person and so helpful. I have been meaning to write this a while back because she helped me get back home and on a train I thought I had booked but I accidentally booked the wrong way. Upon arriving I realized the error and the train I needed to get on was about to arrive at the station. She was quick and so friendly and helpful. She kept calm and kept me calm. I didn’t even mind paying for the mistake I made. I just wanted to get home. I rushed to my train. I never got her name until today. I finally saw her again and thanked her and got her name… lol. Great service. Thank you.
It was a good experience. Very sufficient. Some feedback- the Ft. Lauderdale site: Signage needed at main entrance office to direct those who have their ticket and just need to go thru security, to go up the escalators. Kiosks are convenient, but not for checking in, only to purchase .

Brightline Orlando to Fort Lauderdale . . premium ticket, Orlando Station w/ lounge access for complimentary breakfast & cappuccino, very clean, comfortable relaxing vibe in the lounge. train depated on time, I rode in single premium seat, w/complimentary snacks, drinks & lunch . . we cruised @ 124 mph. . I highly recommend this mode of travel !! everyone had headphones, very relaxing travel in premium car #1
