Great customer service experience with Brightline!!! I had booked a trip for group of 6 of us. I noticed the next day that I had selected the wrong Brightline station. I called customer service and spoke to very friendly and attentive representative. They were able to assist me by cancelling the trip and issuing me a credit so I could book again with correct station and use that credit.

José, the server at Boca Brightline, is an absolute delight. He crafted a mojito that was simply divine, rivaling the best ones I’ve had at local bars. Management should definitely show him some appreciation for his exceptional service. The station itself was immaculate, with spotless restrooms. First time on the Brightline and the experience did not disappoint. Traveled from Boca to Miami to catch a Heat game. It’s a bit pricey depending on which train you decide to take, but not driving into south Miami is well worth it. Train was clean and the personnel aboard were very friendly.

I had a very positive experience at the Brightline station in Boca Raton. The station is clean, easy to navigate, and the boarding process is efficient. The staff were welcoming and professional, which made the experience smooth from arrival to departure. One staff member in particular, Trevor, stood out. He was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to assist passengers. His professionalism really reflects well on the Brightline team. As someone who has used trains regularly in Washington, D.C., New York City, and across Europe, I believe Florida still has work to do in expanding rail transportation. That said, Brightline is a clear step in the right direction toward more accessible and practical alternatives to driving. The Boca Raton station shows how modern rail service can work well in the region.

Taking the Brightline to Orlando was a complete game changer compared to driving. The trip was smooth, fast, and stress-free — no traffic, no tolls, and no dealing with aggressive drivers on the highway. The seats were spacious and comfortable, the train was clean, and having Wi-Fi made it easy to relax or get work done the whole ride. You are even able to walk around, use the restroom, and stretch your legs versus having to pull over to do so if you were to have driven yourself. Instead of arriving tired like I normally do after driving, I actually felt refreshed. Honestly, once you take Brightline, it’s hard to go back to making that drive. Highly recommend if you want an easy and comfortable way to get to Orlando.

This was my first time traveling with Brightline, and I felt very comfortable. The space was neat and clean, and there was no noise to disrupt the experience. What I liked most was how the staff handled situations to keep the environment pleasant. For example, a passenger had put his feet up on the seat table, and someone quickly came to remind him of the proper etiquette. I’ve traveled the Brightline a few times now. I live in Boynton Beach and like to get down to Miami occasionally to experience the culture or see a ball game. Brightline is the cleanest station and most comfortable way to travel if I’m not driving. I’m from NY and NJ so I can speak to that !! Absolutely immaculate , reasonably priced, staff helpful and professional. Parking is easy and ticket free if you do it online. Can’t say enough good things about this means of transportation

The station in West Palm is modern and easy to navigate, and boarding was quick and well organized. The train itself was spotless and comfortable, with roomy seats and large windows. The ride was quiet and relaxing . What a refreshing alternative to sitting in traffic on I-95 for an hour... Just 22 minutes. The trip felt fast and effortless, and arriving right in downtown Boca made everything simple and stress-free. This is truly the most pleasant way to travel between cities in South Florida. If I may, I would like to mention someone who helped me on my return train ride on February 13th, leaving from Miami to Boca Raton at 11:55 am. A guard noticed I was disabled and struggling to run for the train. He did not speak English, so I wasn't sure what he was saying, but we understood each other well enough. Initially, he took my small carry-on and guided me to the security checkpoint. Next, he accompanied me up the high escalator and made sure I entered the train. I don't know his name, but I wanted to say a special shout-out to him and a huge thank you! I wish all workers everywhere would be as nice and considerate as he was.

My cousin and I had the pleasure of experiencing the Brightline from Boca to Miami round trip in their Premium Class. Of course, we did not know what to expect but it truly exceeded our expectations. The entire station and train were immaculate. Premium Class ticket well worth the price as you pick your seats, experience the lounge with beverages, alcoholic and non- alcoholic selections as well as a Lavazza machine in Boca which made fantastic cappuccino all complimentary with Premium ticket. The seats on the train were comfortable and spacious, and the bathrooms are very well designed to accommodate a wheelchair. They also serve drinks on the train as well as a wide variety of snacks, also complimentary. Upon our return from Miami back to Boca, we left earlier and the lounge offered a selection of meats, cheese, quiche, potatoes, bagels, breads etc. They had a different Lavazza machine in Miami, and this one did not make a good cappuccino like Boca. It was also easy to change our return ticket as well as we were originally slated to leave later in the day. All in all, we were extremely impressed with the service that Brightline offers, and we are now planning day trips and will use Brightline again and again. All their employees show great customer service.

The Brightline train experience is my new favorite way to travel to Orlando. Booking online is easy, and discounts are common. The people at the station are super helpful and friendly, and the check-in process is easy and organized, even when very busy. Onboard, the seats are very comfy with enough plugs for your electronics. I like to sit at the tables for 4 so my family can sit together and talk and eat snacks, which you are allowed to bring aboard. My complaint from this trip is that my table had a drink spilled on it, and the pull-out trays were also dirty. This is uncommon. I still highly recommend riding the Brightline.

To Brightline Guest Relations Team, The current baggage policy, specifically charging for all standard checked baggage in the SMART class, significantly impacts my travel decisions. While Brightline provides a modern and compelling travel experience, these additional and unavoidable fees for passengers with more than a personal item and a carry-on negates the perceived value of the service for me. This policy makes alternative travel methods, such as flying or using other rail options like Amtrak which offers two free checked bags or Tri-Rail that allows passengers to bring up to three pieces of standard-sized luggage a more economically attractive choice. I believe many potential customers would be more inclined to choose Brightline if the baggage allowance were more competitive with industry standards and other rail providers. A adjusted policy could help reduce the company's deficit; for context, Brightline reported an operating loss of over $153 million in 2024, with a total net loss closer to $549 million when including debt and refinancing costs. Reconsidering the baggage policy could improve customer satisfaction and increase ridership, ultimately contributing positively to the company's financial performance. At the Boca station I was helped by several staff members because I couldn’t find the scanned code I needed. Also got help taking my luggage to the train because I had the carrier to deal with. The train ride was great. At Orlando, Brian Houlihan (a Brightline employee) carried my dog in the carrier to the pick-up area. Such a gentleman and a great help for me. My only complaint is that someone was in our seats when we boarded and refused to move so we didn’t end up being able to sit in our seats that I paid extra at booking to be able to sit in. The Brightline is peaceful and I can relax on the ride down to south florida or back home. I can work, sleep or catch up on a good book or even watch a movie in a clean comfortable environment. I took the Brightline train last week from the Boca Raton station to Orlando, and I was seriously impressed from start to finish. The Boca station was spotless, modern, and spacious, with plenty of helpful staff available if needed. They even had a snack area with drinks—including adult beverages—which was a nice touch before boarding. The train itself was far superior to Amtrak in every way. The seats were very comfortable, and the fold-down tray table was large enough for my laptop, which made it easy to get some work done. I ordered food through the app, and within minutes, a train attendant delivered it right to my seat. Super convenient! The Orlando station is massive, which makes me hopeful that one day Brightline will expand service to Tampa. If that happens, I’ll be saying “Adios, Amtrak!” for good. No complaints at all—just a smooth, clean, and relaxing ride. Two big thumbs up for Brightline!

Yesterday was our first time riding the Brightline. We were so impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone from Brightline was. I ordered our tickets online and, unfortunately, I messed everything up. The young man at the gate was so incredibly patient and helpful with getting everything in order. One recommendation I would make for anyone who is taking the train to the Marlins game, take an earlier train. The HomeRunner train was late due to an accident on the rail line. It definitely wasn't Brightline's fault, however there isn't much time to get from the Miami station to the ballpark to begin with. Any train delay, like yesterday, will result in missing the first pitch. By the time our train got to the Miami station yesterday, it was already in the second inning of the game. We still had to get to the ballpark.

Miami station is big, bright, and felt safe and organized. Found my car service in minutes. No wandering around like a tourist. From the moment you walk into the Brightline terminal building there is someone to help you every step of the way. That is invaluable. The waiting area and the whole building are well lit and very clean. The trains are extremely well kept and very clean. The chairs are comfortable and having a table is amazing. I didn't have to stare at the road for 3 hours and instead I was able to use the WiFi and watch my shows. Anyone who has driven to Orlando a couple of times knows it's not the most fun part of your trip. Being able to watch your shows and use the restrooms and have snacks and drinks brought to you instead of stopping 2-3 times is priceless. Taking the Brightline helped me have a better vacation. Thank you and I can't wait to ride the Brightline again.

Our ride up (05/08/25 @ 738am - BOCA-ORL - Coach 1) was STELLAR - the staff was amazing & accommodating (at the station & on the train) - made the entire experience very memorable for my maiden voyage. The ride back (same day @ 350pm - Coach 1 - hats off to the young lady at ORL who helped changed 9 tickets in under 10 mins!!) was OK - too many travelers at that time for my taste which made the staff seem less attentive & more tired. But, the entire experience was fantastic - myself & all my colleagues have been telling everyone we know to take it on their next trip anywhere! On a personal note, I'm a very simple person so the food selections in premium car were too fancy for me - the pretzels, nuts and M&M's were great, but unable to eat an actual meal! Thank you, again!

It was my first time buying a ticket and I made a mistake and booked it for the week after. He was kind enough to change my ticket for that day. Many places would not do that. He did tell me that would be the only time he could do it, and I understood that. The train was so clean and the seats were very comfortable with a lot of leg room. You can order food and drinks from your seat and they bring it right to you! The bathroom was huge and very clean. If I lived in Florida I would take it a lot more, but I live in Illinois

First time riding the train. Decided to go for a trip to visit Miami. Parking garage ($10 for all day parking) is right next to the station but if you are willing to walk, you can park at Mizner and walk over. Staff was very friendly and helped us with questions. Restrooms were clean, train was clean, the simple decor is appreciated. It is much more expensive than the trirail, but you get what you pay for. We used the standard admissions which was good. I wouldn't pay for premium unless we are going to Orlando. Brightline is NOT like New York metro or most other train stations where they will wait for you. You need to arrive at least 15 minutes before. Boarding starts 5 minutes before departure. If you miss it, you will miss your ride. Though it may seem inconvenient, it is very effective in making customers accountable for their own lateness and allowing the trains to arrive and leave on time. I didn't see any major delays in our trip.

Well I was very impressed with the station staff. It was my first time using the Brightline so I was a bit nervous, but from the moment I entered the Boca Raton station they guided me through. On the return from Aventura I saw my train was delayed slightly so I was sitting patiently while passengers going to Miami were boarding their train. A staff member of the station came over to me and asked what train I was waiting for. When I told him, he informed me that my train was indeed pulling in at that time and I should proceed to the track. I would have missed that train had he not approached me. I’m very grateful. The staff in the two stations I used were helpful above and beyond. And might I add, cheerful! What a breath of fresh air.

I was in Premium, so I got free drinks and snacks which was very nice, although the Premium Lounge let me down a bit. My experience taking the Brightline train for the first time, was a very good surprise! Employees on the platforms and in the train are polite and efficient. The train was clean and the seats very comfortable. The trip was fantastic, and much better than by car.

Brightline is a class act. I have traveled 4 or 5 times from Boca Raton to Orlando, when I am traveling solo. It would be cheaper to drive the Turnpike, but I HATE that 90 minute 80 mph trip in my car. Too much can go wrong. Riding Brightline is relaxing and stress free. The whole experience, from booking through arrival at Orlando, is a 10. You cannot go wrong.

Parking garage allows pre-payment via the Brightline app $7 as of 2023, or you can scan the QR code after you park and pay electronically (might be more $$). I like that the parking garage has a place to lock up your bicycles on the ground floor entrance, immediately to the right, so anyone nearby can just ride their bike to the station! There is a security camera as well for the bike storage area. They don’t allow you to walk-on the train with your bicycle anymore because travel to/from Orlando has made checked baggage a much higher priority. But that’s ok, those traveling locally can at least lock their bikes in the parking garage. There hasn’t been any issue with parking space availability since there are options to be dropped off as well.
Brightline experience
We took the Brightline from Boca to Miami & back yesterday, We were so impressed! The stations are new, clean & bright-lol! The seats are very clean & comfortable & each seat has either a table or tray table in front. The ride is quiet, smooth & punctual. We will definitely ride again. Highly recommend!
