I really enjoyed both the Smart and Premium experiences. It was easy to get on the train. The ride was smooth and comfortable. I loved having the complimentary shuttle to and from the Marlins ballpark. Parking was easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Excellent experience! However, YOU HAVE 2 MINUTES TO GET IN AND OUT. Please make this part more of an urgency.

It was on time, station and train were clean, and ride was smooth. I will use this train in the future I’m just regret that the train system in Florida or elsewhere in the states hasn’t been expanded more. Other countries have better train services
Easy booking online, swift change of ticket at kiosk, clean and well equipped premium lounge. The ride was fun!
Brightline is amazing, have taken it several times to Miami and now Orlando. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, smooth, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I look forward to many more trips on Brightline!!!! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!!!!

First time user and def not a last. Lounge and stations were clean and comfortable. Our train attendant was professional, friendly and very attentive throughout the entire trip. Great experience and just over 2 hours from Boca to Orlando was great, no traffic, no delays, just sit back and relax.
This was my first time traveling with Brightline, and I felt very comfortable. The space was neat and clean, and there was no noise to disrupt the experience. What I liked most was how the staff handled situations to keep the environment pleasant. For example, a passenger had put his feet up on the seat table, and someone quickly came to remind him of the proper etiquette. I really appreciated the professionalism and the effort to maintain a respectful and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
We felt so pampered, like movie stars! The staff offered us scented hand towels, food and beverages, checked on us regularly. We were very comfortable in the seats and had a work table so we didn't have to miss a day of work while traveling. It was a great experience and I will definitely travel on Brightline again! Thank you!
This was my first time using Brightline. The station was super clean and “bright”. A staff member guided me through the check-in and boarding process. I appreciated having an assigned seat. I’m looking forward to using BLagain!
This train station is clean, attractive and safe. You can sit down and buy food while waiting for a train. Electronic displays keep you posted about train status. One complaint -- signage about where to board a train is missing. You have to look around and guess, or wait to follow others.
The ride was smooth and the seats were comfortable. The staff were courteous and prompt with service.

I’ve traveled the Brightline a few times now. I live in Boynton Beach and like to get down to Miami occasionally to experience the culture or see a ball game. Brightline is the cleanest station and most comfortable way to travel if I’m not driving. I’m from NY and NJ so I can speak to that !! Absolutely immaculate , reasonably priced, staff helpful and professional. Parking is easy and ticket free if you do it online. Can’t say enough good things about this means of transportation
Travels on the Brightline for this first time recently. It was very clean inside the station and on the train. Staff were very efficient but still friendly. I will definitely use it again and recommend it to many.

a day trip to orlando could not have been better. Easy to book, extra easy to park my car and get onto the train. I will use this again for sure.. Wonderful.
The family had a fantastic experience riding Brightline from West Palm Beach to Boca Raton! The entire trip was smooth, clean, and incredibly convenient. The station in West Palm is modern and easy to navigate, and boarding was quick and well organized. The train itself was spotless and comfortable, with roomy seats and large windows. The ride was quiet and relaxing . What a refreshing alternative to sitting in traffic on I-95 for an hour... Just 22 minutes. The trip felt fast and effortless, and arriving right in downtown Boca made everything simple and stress-free. This is truly the most pleasant way to travel between cities in South Florida. We willll absolutely ride again. Five stars all the way! 🌟
The staff and security at the Boca Raton station are very professional and friendly. It's a great way to start the day.
It was good, but ticket prices are high and should be offered in a more affordable way, so more people could use it. Menu prices are extremely excessive too.

Absolutely Wonderful Experience Riding Bright Line from Boca Raton to Miami for the Boat Show. We couldn't have asked for a better trip, Nice New Clean Well Kept Trains And Stations. Super Nice And Well Trained Staff. Very Helpful. We Are Looking Forward To Our Next Bright Line Trip. And Snacks Were Awesome Too.
Every single person.... security (big surprise there), platform staff, coach staff (in first class), ticketing.... everyone was outstanding and went out of their way to make the trip stress free and pleasant.
Let Brightline take you to you destination
My cousin and I had the pleasure of experiencing the Brightline from Boca to Miami round trip in their Premium Class. Of course, we did not know what to expect but it truly exceeded our expectations. The entire station and train were immaculate. Premium Class ticket well worth the price as you pick your seats, experience the lounge with beverages, alcoholic and non- alcoholic selections as well as a Lavazza machine in Boca which made fantastic cappuccino all complimentary with Premium ticket. The seats on the train were comfortable and spacious, and the bathrooms are very well designed to accommodate a wheelchair. They also serve drinks on the train as well as a wide variety of snacks, also complimentary. Upon our return from Miami back to Boca, we left earlier and the lounge offered a selection of meats, cheese, quiche, potatoes, bagels, breads etc. They had a different Lavazza machine in Miami, and this one did not make a good cappuccino like Boca. It was also easy to change our return ticket as well as we were originally slated to leave later in the day. All in all, we were extremely impressed with the service that Brightline offers, and we are now planning day trips and will use Brightline again and again. All their employees show great customer service.

Brightline experience
We took the Brightline from Boca to Miami & back yesterday, We were so impressed! The stations are new, clean & bright-lol! The seats are very clean & comfortable & each seat has either a table or tray table in front. The ride is quiet, smooth & punctual. We will definitely ride again. Highly recommend!
