I have been very impressed with the punctuality of the trains, the cleanliness and comfort of the cars, and the professionalism of your staff, who are always respectful and helpful. I would specifically like to commend a security agent at the Aventura station during my recent visit on April 24. This individual was stationed at the ticket scanning entrance and was exceptionally helpful and kind to passengers as they entered the platform. Ahora quiero señalar que en el diseño que se hizo de cada estación no se tuvo en cuenta la persona que padece de acrofobia, mi salida fue por Aventura Station y es obligatorio pasar a coger el tren en el anden atravesando el puente donde el abismo es evidente verlo. Esto me provocó mucho nerviosismo por el nivel de ansiedad y de terror que me dan las alturas. Sugiero que se debe estudiar otra solución de acceso al anden u edificio en caso inverso del viaje. So far, I love it. It makes my commute to and from work less stressful, not having to sit in traffic for 2hrs to get to home. Love everything, one little thing, would be to just make sure the speakers in all the wagons are working properly as well as making sure the volume is up, so people can hear the announcement through out the whole train. Another thing is, since I have the pass from mia to Aventura and it selects the seats automatically it shouldn't place us in the last wagons just because the fact that not all the doors open in the aventura station. Thats how I lost the chance to get off at Aventura and had to get off at fort Lauderdale, ended up getting home 1:30hra after because of this, plus no announcement was made for the other wagons, only for the premium wagon. Anyone that has the pass from Miami to aventura and vice versa should automatically be placed in the wagons which doors actually open. Brightline just needs to fix their algorithm.

I absolutely loved my experience on Brightline. The older I get, the less I enjoy driving, and the more anxiety it gives me. On my trip, I would have had the stress of driving, the cost of gas, parking, and most likely, a mess of love bugs. Instead, my travels on this trip were truly enjoyable. I was able to really be present and enjoy the company of my friend, and have a healthy meal. I will definitely be using Brightline in the near future and sincerely hope that the numbers of areas that I can reach through this service will expand over the years.

We had an excellent experience on our recent Brightline Ride from Miami to Orlando in the Premium car. A shout out to the woman who helped check us in and was super efficient at helping us navigate being at the wrong Miami station (thanks Uber!), to the friendly security guard (despite confiscating my bandage scissors which were a prized possession from my first couple of years at vet school in the mid to late 1990s), and most of all a big thank you to the premium car train host who was very friendly and joyful!

This is a fantastic way to travel along the East coast of FLA. The stations are clean and have friendly helpful assistants if you need guidance. I hope it is expanded and continues to grow. I loved it. The actual addresses to locate the stations to coordinate with the car GPS was a little confusing.

Brightline's Aventura station is a modern, comfortable, well appointed and professionally staffed facility. My prepaid parking was available. I breezed though security. Sat in the spacious lounge. Visited the well stocked snack market. And was kept well informed by modern signage and clear announcements. Transfer to the platforms by escalators and pedestrian bridge. All handicapped accessible (elevators available).

I noticed staff walking around stations checking and picking up trash, left behind; straighten up seating areas, being courteous to guest. The train was clean, noise level was tolerable, staff were courteous... it was a wonderfully smooth ride. Looking forward to our next... Orlando here we come

The ease of walking through security, the ability to take my luggage with no concerns, the entire terminal experience - it even smelled good inside! I bought premier pass and I appreciated the in person service to help me rebook my ticket, security was not cumbersome, staff across the board very polite and excellent complimentary food snacks and good healthy options. Clean train. The bathrooms were my only complaint both on an off train. On train 2 out of commission next to premier and no toilet paper. And sometimes far too many promotional emails. Ennis server was very sweet and polite. Good to see hardworking staff content. Not enough female restrooms in Orlando for the traffic getting on and off the train. Appreciate the working escalators and elevators and clear communication when train was 10 minutes late. Keep expanding! Go Brightline.

I recently took Brightline from Brightline Aventura Station to Orlando and encountered about a 45-minute delay. While delays can be frustrating, what really stood out to me was how well Brightline handled the situation. I asked numerous employees, 2 told me same thing: They needed someone with the password to the register to open it up and no one was available. A security guard came up and asked if I wanted something from the store about a half an hr later. I said yes. He then tells me a 3rd time, "Sorry, no one knows the password." I said "Then you might wanna take that big sign up that says you open at 6 am." He says, "Well it's the holidays, we don't have as many workers working." I said, "Sure, so let all the holiday travellers get screwed because your workers don't wanna work on New Year's Eve morning?" He kinda just mumbled something and apologized and walked away. I know things happen, sometimes not all your employees make it in. But take the darn 6am open sign down so everyone isn't wandering around looking for someone to help them. And don't make your company look bad by making up an excuse to that makes sense to only YOU like "It's the holidays so we don't have enough workers for the snacks store." That makes Brightline look bad.

I've rode brightline like a good 30 times or so from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale or Miami, my husband and I love it. This is the first time I mess up. I accidentally got on the wrong train since my station had 2 trains arrive at the same time, and I was a bit distracted by something else. I noticed my mistake but the doors closed and it was too late to switch to my correct train. I got on the south bound train that left around 3:20 when I was supposed to get on the northbound train, I was super worried and scared but the 2 gentleman on southbound premium coach 2 were helpful and caring. They offered me water to calm down and some wet towellettes. They shared with me what to do, having them be so caring helped calm my nerves. Not proud to say that I did tear up a little but I am glad I had them. They did communicate with the train and station as for the mixup. I got off at the next station at Aventura and asked for help. Every interaction I had with the team at Brightline Aventura was great, everyone was super nice and helpful. The team that worked between 3:30pm and 5:00pm was espectacular. I did have to wait about an hour and a half for the next train but that is normal and expected. Everyone from the security team, to the guest relations, to the person refilling the premium lounge were great. Super friendly and helpful, and caring. Thank you to the Brightline Aventura Team! And the 2 gentleman southbound coach 2 around 3:20pm (from Fort lauderdale) on Saturday October 18!!

I was overall genuinely comfortable. I was on the way home from Aventura. I had ubered there and didn’t want to spend another 30 bucks so i went to my maps (which is automatically set to transit) looked for the nearest best bus route when i saw that Brightline was an option. So the bus would’ve costed me 4.50 for 2 buses and wouldnve took 1hr & 30 plus mins. $30 for a 25 min drive with traffic. And the Brightline costed me $9 and took about 15-20 mins tops. It was the best option and when i got on the train it was the most comfortable of all 3 i got more room than on a bus or uber and i had the option to get food, and charge my phone in about 6 different outlets near my seat. It was a no brainer. 10/10 will definitely recommend. Also i saw dogs on the train and i have a dog. Knowing that dogs are allowed just made it waaaay easier to get to Orlando with the whole family.

We are from the UK and the Brightline service is head and shoulders better than anything you get there, not to mention cheaper. I love Brightline and use it often, but I had an issue on my recent trip. I bought a ticket from Miami to Orlando, but due to a change in plans, I ended up boarding at Aventura instead. Unfortunately, my QR code didn’t work at the gate. I think it would be much more convenient if tickets were valid for boarding at any station along the route between the origin and final destination — sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Special thanks to the agent at the station who kindly helped me and reissued my ticket. Excellent customer service like that really makes a difference. In my case, Aventura Station was the departure point for buses to Hard Rock Stadium, and I was able to take full advantage of this service, which was conveniently included in the ticket price. The station is clean, modern, and welcoming, providing a comfortable environment while waiting for your train or connecting transportation. While it may lack some of the grandeur of Miami Station, Aventura Station still delivers an excellent experience, making it an integral part of a smooth and enjoyable Brightline journey. I had such a great experience with brightline! The staff was very friendly and courteous. They even helped me get my bags on the overhead bin. I loved the food service as well. The wine, liquor and beer selection was vast but the food was my least favorite. I ordered a cheese plate with my wine and it was not very appetizing. I only took a few bites and threw it away. The passengers during the day were very courteous and respectful but at night the crowd was a bit rowdy and loud. I will definetly opt to ride the train at earlier hours next time. Also, please bring Brightline to Tampa Bay!!

I never rode Brightline till I saw ads for the Swiftie Sing-Along Train. I loved it! I hopped on in WPB and off at AVE just in time for the Saturday night T-Swift show. You must have some serious Swifties on your staff because the decorations were absolutely impeccable. I love that we were encouraged to sing but that no one scream-sang like some ppl do at the concert. It was just so friendly and welcoming and I met a lot of really amazing people. Your staff at the Mary Mary bar and gift shop in WPB were just as wonderful as the ones on board. I grabbed a BIG CONCERT souvenir magnet. I would totally do a Swiftie train again! Ok so here’s the deal - I loved everything about riding Brightline from start to finish. Booking was a breeze, ticket scan, security, waiting lounge, announcement to go over, escalators, walkways, platform, train was perfectly on time (and OMG it was TEN minutes from Aventura to FLL like WOW mind blown), ambiance, bathrooms, outlets, WiFi, everything was great. I was so pleasantly surprised and exceeded my expectations (after the wonders of traveling Amtrak from NY to DC and Norfolk, this was reminiscent of the much better experiences in European trains, thank goodness). The whole station in Orlando is just beautiful and fantastic (make time to have a drink at the bar!) Great job. Amazing. BUT…. Here’s the problem. Time and time again, people, including myself, will choose driving because it’s simply cheaper. For people who have electric vehicles, even more so. The only reason I chose Brightline this trip was because I was alone and I got a great deal during one of the sales for $80 round trip to Orlando from aventura. No way it makes sense to pay more (once you factor in gas, tolls, taxi, parking). I absolutely got 3 hours to work and chill, for sure. And that’s why I chose it. But if my family was coming with me, or friends? It just doesn’t make sense. But the train was packed so I guess enough individuals have that same mindset as I did on this trip. People in south Florida probably don’t know how lucky they are to have this. Go go go!

This would be 5 stars had it not been for the pre purchase of parking overnight options. It was unclear to me I had to pay for parking to get the $10 a day deal ONLY when the ticket was purchased. I believe pre-purchasing is falsely advertised as it would mean purchasing online by a certain amount of time before departure. Like on airlines. Because that wasn’t the case, I was in the lot last minute trying to pay take care of it with a kid and suitcase.. beside that, it was a really great experience! Really wish that had been clear though.
