We had an excellent experience on our recent Brightline Ride from Miami to Orlando in the Premium car. A shout out to the woman who helped check us in and was super efficient at helping us navigate being at the wrong Miami station (thanks Uber!), to the friendly security guard (despite confiscating my bandage scissors which were a prized possession from my first couple of years at vet school in the mid to late 1990s), and most of all a big thank you to the premium car train host who was very friendly and joyful!
I love the fact that Brightline is so reliable. My arrival and departure times are exact which makes it easier for me schedule my connections after leaving the train. The train ride is comfortable and the coaches are very clean.
I like to say THAT ALL IS FANTASTIC. We need more trains in this beautiful land. Impressive. Great service, inside the train all 10 of 10. The seats, the WiFi, the service, the stafff. CONGRATULATIONS.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had pre- purchased tickets to go from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. We are not from the area, so when I put in the address for Brightline, I thought I had put in the Fort Lauderdale station, but we ended up (via uber) at the adventura station, our tickets wouldn’t scan because we weren’t at the Fort Lauderdale station. The staff helped change our tickets from the Fort Lauderdale station to the Adventura station and got us on our way.
This is a fantastic way to travel along the East coast of FLA. The stations are clean and have friendly helpful assistants if you need guidance. I hope it is expanded and continues to grow. I loved it. The actual addresses to locate the stations to coordinate with the car GPS was a little confusing.
Just drop off my daughter. It looks nice and clean. Not far from my house. Is a bit pricey for me. Maybe 1 day I will ride it.
There was a Supv/Mgr on the floor assisting those of us who had missed our train. He made all the difference for my first train ride. Thanking him for everything! ❤️❤️❤️
using the app is easy to schedule the rides and to make changes. The stations and the train are clean. it is very convinient.
Punctual, comfortable, great service at station and in the train . super clean coach 1. But you need to have a bridge or tu Nelly that connects the station with the other side odmf the city across ( may e the mall?)
It was simply very easy to navigate and book on the app. The rides were clear the seat assignments were clear. There were no complications.
Booking my ticket was easy and quick. The ride was comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful.

I have been riding this train to Miami for over a year. It is the only way to travel and be there in 17 minutes. This train improved my life. Brightline has made booking and getting checked in so easy now. I know it took some changes to get things perfect, but now I think everything is great! I live the guys at the Aventura station in the morning. They make my day BRIGHT and cheery!
Our coach attendant was very attentive and courteous during our travel. This eased any anxiety we may have had initially traveling on Brightline for the first time.
