I’ve been taking the Brightline for a few years now, it’s had its ups and downs. The issues reviewers are complaining about are legit: their stupid ban on scissors (they took my eyebrow scissors too even though they are TSA compliant idk why they have this rule), sometimes I had to take matters into my own hands when other passengers were on their phones or listening to instagram without headphones, and the prices can be high. However, I would say that my experience overall has been a really great one, and that is especially due to the OUTSTANDING staff they have on the Brightline. I often take Premium and yesterday 5/10 I took the 2pm train from Miami to orlando and had the most EXCEPTIONAL experience with our attendant Nash!!!! Just, wow. Incredible service- attentive, engaging, and just overall GEM of a person. There were passengers who were being rude on their phones and Nash addressed them immediately but very kindly and with poise. He was simply awesome, and made my experience so joyful. Sure, sometimes the Brightline can be more expensive than the planes, but the misery of the airport and the courtesy and comfort of the Brightline always keeps me coming back. THANK YOU NASH!!!

Took a day trip from Aventura to Orlando. I took Premium from Aventura , and Smart seating from Orlando. I suggest Premium both ways, it ultimately most economical. Pricing at Mary Mary restaurant is exorbitant: two burgers with chips and two cocktails came to $90. This includes airport fees ($12-15) and tip at 18%. Premium fare with access to premium lounge is the best bang for the buck. General seating at the stations are a clean, looks welcoming, but insufficient seating. Just as an aside , use Lyft vs taxi, to go into the city: the malls are 18 miles from the station, and all other amenities are 26 miles or more. Taxis charge 12 airport fee, toll fee, processing fee, on top of a 2+ dollar per mile.

We had Chad serving us on our trip from orlando to Miami and he made it feel like VIP treatment! So accommodating and sweet and always service with a smile, he went above and beyond. I hope someone sees this review and gives him his flowers because I was not expecting such a friendly face aboard the brightline. 10/10!

My boyfriend and I arrived at the 6:50pm train from Orlando back to Miami on Sunday January 5th and stayed in coach 2. The train back was on the bumpier side, and my boyfriend ended up throwing up in between carts trying to find the bathroom within the first hour and a half of the ride. The two men that we saw working for that coach kept checking in on him to see if he was okay and even brought him a bag of pretzels, water, and ginger ale for his stomach. It was an incredible gesture, one that we greatly appreciated and would love to give them thanks again for the hospitality! Other comments that I feel I should include, the train was very clean, and the ride from Miami to Orlando was pretty smooth, the stops in between tracks were very quick. Although, perhaps for anyone who was getting off in between MIA and ORL it was far too quick, there was a situation where a woman didn't get off the train at the West Palm Station fast enough and had to wait the ride going to Orlando then back to West Palm, so I'd highly suggest to be very prepared to get off the train quickly if you're getting off in between those stations. If you're like me and you're going from MIA to ORL or back then you'll be okay. Thank you again to the brightline employees for trying to make the ride back home as easy as possible for someone with motion sickness ❤️‍🩹

This is my 4th time using brightline and I wanted to take the time to let others know how AMAZING it is! Every staff person I have encountered at the stations (Orlando west palm and aventura) are very nice, friendly, and clearly like their jobs even making small talk with the passengers. The service on the train is great too - yes you have to pay for snacks and drinks but it is good quality and convenient. If you want free you can bring anything you want on the train with you including bottles of water. The trains are clean and comfortable. You can charge your devices at your seat and there are phone call areas and spacious rest rooms on board. I love it - traffic gas tolls challenging parking at airport and concert venues - no thanks. Brightline is the way to go. (They usually have sales too just keep checking and download the app.)

I absolutely loved the first experience! I took the train down from Orlando to Miami and back. On the way back I met Robert our coach attendant. His customer service was exceptional. He is attentive, patient, professional, kind and cool! He made a good experience GREAT! Please recognize him for doing such a great job representing the Brightline brand.

The staff at the check-in desk was super helpful. 🔟☆ ... BUT crippled, old, aged & infirm can't use the train. Loading zone area trying to park the car for the 20 minutes to go in and have the staff help me create a ticket. IT'S TERRIBLE. How on earth is this place handicapped accessible? What about people with canes and walkers? Those with the blue handicapped placard. People with a bad back, a cane, COPD on oxygen. They can't park their car, close enough to actually get into a train.

It was an exciting experience!The staff was very helpful.The place is big and if you are new just arrive 30mins earlier to your train schedule so that you can walk and enjoy the view inside the station.

We traveled on Brightline twice and were very impressed. Starting w the staff. All except one person were super attentive, well trained, and really into their jobs, which is really nice to see. The “first class” service is nice. The regular service is fine without the extras. The rides to Boca and Palm Beach were painless and seemed quick. Everything seems clean and well organized. I really like this train as a travel option and am looking forward to the addition of the Orlando route.

Had a great experience like always! I just want to give a suggestion that may make a big difference and save lives.. On the train tracks through out the cities place screens so that from the intersections people actually see the train coming from a distance on the screen and then they do not begin to assume it's just the gate that is busted or the train that its out of service & on all reality the train is. During our trip on our way back we experienced the train stop at an immediate emergency stop, which was due to a person that wasn't paying attention and decided to go around the gates & risk there life but others aswell. 💙#OneLove

It’s an amazing new station and it’s very clean. They are pretty expensive in comparison to Amtrak or Tri-Rail. You pay for the amenities. The premium is definitely worth the price since you get a free drink and snack.

JP at the Miami Station transit was very helpful and very kind to us. He went out of his way to help us on our journey. He went above and beyond to help us and does his job with great manner. He helped us find our phone that we left in a cab. He offered us a ride to the miami airport from the station to get our phone back. He is honorable and helpful great person. God bless him. I do appreciate his help.

We going ride for polar express train for the first time by brightline! My daughter and her friend amaze with all the facility since we enter the station at west palm beach. Our attendance on that time ie Natalia, she’s very helpful about all information we ask about polar express like how we check ini, how long we will ride and how to comeback to brightline again back to west palm beach etc. We can’t forget all the journey that we took with brightline and polar express. We love it ❤️

3rd time on the Brightline from WPB to MIA. The Brightline experience is the best. We had premium tix, great lounge experience, great ride on the train. The train, including the bathroom, are spotless. Seats so comfy. Staff (everyone from security to people on the train) are so friendly - they make the trip. Free ride to MIA (just to them generously). Can't beat it! It is the best way, IMO, to get to MIA airport.
