Absolutely amazing service, came here in a bit of a hurry and was helped by Hargun and Andrew immediately. Within 15 minutes they had helped pick out the perfect pair of shoes for my outfit. Not once was a rushed or pressured into a certain pair. The time taken by these two was very much appreciated. First time at those store, will definitely be returning.

Updated: I bought dr Martens from here and they recommended the vinegar wipes, and a cleaning spray. They are hazing everywhere on my shoes. I paid nearly 300 dollars for these. UPDATE: Went to browns they were very helpful. Evan was great at de-escalating the situation and was able to help me and my problem by providing an exchange and complimentary mink oil for the hassle. Will continue to shop here.

Excellent customer service by the Manager Yakshit Aggarwal. Very calm and friendly individual helped my daughter buy shoes he made sure we were attended properly showed us multiple pairs to try and at the same time managing the store very efficiently. I saw him being all around the place helping other customers his staff and us quite smoothly with a professional attitude, which is quite rare to find these days in shoe stores. Came in to match up a shoe we saw at boathouse. Stephanie (a worker there) stopped her conversation immediately with a coworker when she saw us and excitedly came over to help us. She was so patient with us in finding a size 13 men’s shoes that was compatible to the shoe we were originally looking for. Came in on Sunday looking for a pair of shoes unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock but customer service was amazing. Went in Browns today with my mom. I was looking for Blundstones and she was looking for comfy running shoes. We were both helped by very friendly staff. I was helped by a very nice gentleman and she was helped by a young woman who was very patient in helping her find the right style and fit for her needs. The cashier was very pleasant as well. We came here after a few other stores in the mall where we were greeted with not so friendly staff so this was an overall very pleasant experience compared to other stores in the mall. Would recommend this location. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

I bought a pair of leather Artica boots. They are gorgeous, comfortable, and functional. Also, the customer service was terrific! Koodos to Erica (the manager) and her team! :) I even purchased three leather care products because the sales person took the time to demonstrate them in a non-pushy way. Thank you! I will return. :)

Jerome is super helpful. I was there for an exchange, and he went above and beyond the call of duty for us. Even though he just helped us with an exchange but I felt the excellent customer service feel. The way he greeted us and took care of our need right on the spot, it was overwhelming. I am not going to any other brown location apart from this one just because of his excellent customer service. I'd highly recommend this location because of him.

Recently bought winter boots during black friday. I wore them for few days and realized those were not comfortable. I talked to Assistant Manager Jerome at BCC location. He was such a wonderful and nice person. He helped me to find a better fitting shows of a diffent conpany and took the current ones from me without any questions. I really think he needs a shout out for being such a nice employee.

I Love shopping At BROWNS , Mostly Online but the Store at Bramalea Is Amazing too. The Young Lad who works there is amazing and always so helpful. He is always ready to help with a big smile and no Surprise he is always surrounded with customers and yet he keeps no one waiting for long. He is probably the reason I shop at that location, great product information and always the best advice , to me he should be the Assistant Store Manager of Bramalea location , his customer service skills are the best . Another Employee is Christina , she is so kind and generous and have great knowledge about the products . BROWNS have a the best collection of shoes from biggest brands and it's a treasure hunt every time I sit online and Browse through their products. I shop form my entire Family at BROWNS and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to Buy Great Shoes and great Quality. Happen To talk their District Manager Once and he truly cares for the customers and makes sure customers are happy with the company , he did make me feel as a valued customer .

Today I visited Browns at Bramalea city center with my husband. The store was kept very clean and organized. I want to extend a special thanks to Jerome Blake, who assisted us very well. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He helped us in picking the right shoes for comfort and style. I had purchased a pair of boots(Michal Korr) and the zipper had broken. I contacted Michael Korrs and the nearest store to me was in NewMarket. They kept my boots for 3 months and unable to repair them. When I contacted the Browns Store at the Bramalea City Centre (where I originally purchased the boots I spoke with Amanda the assistant manager. Amanda took the time to listen and asked me to bring the boots in. Amanda sent them out and within two weeks the boots were repaired. Amanda was professional, courteous, and very kind. All the staff is pleasant. A special thank you to Amanda. Love my boots

Fancy shoe store, they usually have a decent discounts on sale time. Staff in this branch are nice and helpful. They can locate your size if not available and bring it to the store within few working days.

I buy shoes here quite often for myself and my family. There seems to be a lot of different staff members, so I never get the chance to see the same person twice. Having said that, I always seem to catch the more pleasant staff members. 4/5 stars, only because on more than one occasion, my shoe size hasn't been in stock. I reccomend calling to see if your size is in stock before you go, only if you know which shoes you want ahead of time.
