I consulted with Dr. Doherty in late summer of 2024 and had my breast augmentation done the following November. I had consulted with prior physicians and had felt like my concerns weren't being taken seriously, but Dr. Doherty and team were extremely thorough, as well as leaving room for me to ask ample questions. I started as an AA cup and am now my desired D and I am so, SO happy with my result. I can not go far enough to recommend Dr. Doherty and his team!!

I have been going to the Boston Center for Facial Rejuvenation for 15 years and I couldn't be happier with the results. I started in my forties and I just turned sixty years old. I visit Dr. Miller every 3 months for botox injections. Since my very first treatment the lines on my forehead and around my eyes are gone! I love these treatments! I have had several laser procedures over the years including Clear and Brilliant, Profound and Endymed. The results were amazing! I also had ThermiTight with mini liposuction under my chin. I was so happy I had this procedure! The results were instant and there was zero downtime. I highly recommend Boston Center for Facial Rejuvenation. It is an extraordinary staff of highly experienced doctors you can trust and the staff is very friendly and professional.
My first connection with the practice was at Time Out Boston where we met the doctors over drinks! How fun!!! They are so approachable and passionate. I went in to the office and saw Dr Sanan for a consultation and Botox. The results are incredible and I’m so pleased with the results. Needless to say I’ve found my new surgeon and I’m looking forward collaborating with him to accomplish my aesthetic goals!
Dr.Sanan @ BCFFR was amazing!!! I have had Botox before and they always have to go back in and do filler Not this time !!! He really was amazing and no bruising.

I have been a patient of Boston Center for Facial Rejuvination for over ten years. I have been a patient of Dr. Miller's and have had the best botox injections and an upper Blepharoplasty. Dr. Miller is a strong proponent of building confidence with minimally invasive procedures. He does not believe in unnecessary procedures or being aggressive in his approach. I trust him and everyone at the practice is best in class. I highly reccomend him and his practice.
Dr. Miller is simply the best plastic surgeon in Boston. He has an artistic eye and and a conservative approach which makes his work very elegant and natural.
I had a tummy tuck in April of 2022. Dr. Doherty and his ENTIRE staff have been unbelievably amazing both pre and post op!. I can't say enough good things about them!. Dr. D was very real and straight foward making sure I was realistic about the results I expected. He let me know what to expect every step of the way and answered all my questions. He and his staff were all very attentive with my after care and available ro reach any time I needed them. They checked in daily after my surgery. To say I am pleased is an understatement! I definitely chose the BEST!!. If you've decided to have any kind of cosmetic surgery you need the best and Dr. D and his team are just that! My results are absolutely fabulous! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars!
I was very fortunate to have had Dr. Sean Doherty perform a facial rejuvenation procedure on my face.. Dr DiGorgio was fantastic!! I was a little nervous about getting Botox for the first time. She was incredibly helpful and walked me through the process. The results are amazing - I could not recommend more
I can't say enough great things about Boston Center for Facial Rejuvenation. It all started when I got my makeup trial done for me wedding. After my trial I felt that my skin looked old and dull and wrinkly (and I'm only 29!) I was panicked because my skin was breaking out from the masks and I was petrified my wedding photos would be a disaster. Thats when Dr. DiGorgio and Dr. O'Hearn came to the rescue. I made my first ever appointment for botox to try and help smooth my forehead. Dr. DiGorgio was so kind, honest and she didn't push me to do more then I needed too. After my appointment with her I inquired about getting facials to try and clear up my skin from the mask-ne. I was developing cystic acne and the stress was making me breakout even more. She told me to go across the hall to meet Dr. O'Hearn to inquire more about different facial options.
Dr. O'Hearn was also extremely kind and honest and she told me that If I really wanted to get down to the root of my issues then she had a treatment called Clear and Brilliant. It is a laser treatment that helps create new collagen in your skin. It helps with fine lines, pores, sun damaged skin. At this point I had nothing to lose so a week later I came back and did the Clear & Brilliant Treatment. It helped DRASTICALLY. This is a treatment you need to do at least twice to get the results your looking for but it made my skin dewey and glowy. And my cystic acne is FINALLY gone!
Fast forward to my wedding day, I had never felt so confident in my skin EVER. I owe it all to Dr.DiGiorgio and Dr. O'Hearn for making me feel beautiful inside and out! Don't hesitate, if you have questions take the leap! You'll be happy you did!
This business and Dr.Digiorgio gave me the best botox results so far to date. I've been getting Botox in my forehead area for years and i have never had such good results. The first time she did a perfect job and i went back and she touched up areas around the forehead. Most other places used more Botox and my results were never this good.. i had seen a friend who went here and her face was stunning and she said they are the best and i agree with her. I may be getting other more serious procedures here in the future. They give honest recommendations about what is needed and how to achieve the results i wanted. I trust them
I have been a patient of Dr. Miller's since early 2000's and have had several skin and surgical procedures over the years. After leaving Boston for CA, I have traveled to him several times for his undeniable expertise. My own mother thought I looked "incredibly rested" and didn't know I had extensive surgery just a few weeks prior to seeing her! After having my upper eye lids lifted more than once, there is no scar and I do not look altered. What separates him from others is that patients look natural, and not as though they had work done. His staff is fabulous, and the fact they are longstanding speaks to his overall commitment to his craft and business. I cannot praise him and his staff enough!
Dr. Doherty is the best of the best... I hop on a plane every six months just so I can see him! If you are lucky enough to score an appointment, you will not be disappointed. I trust his opinions and advice implicitly.
Had a wonderful consultation with Dr. Catherine DiGiorgio to address my skin discoloration and firmness issues. Her expertise was apparent and I am excited to get started with her recommended treatments. She was lovely and honest.
I have to say, working with this team of people has changed my whole mindset on cosmetic enhancements. Dr DiGiorgio has been amazing in helping me look like the best version of my self and not some ultra modified looking version. She's very focused on natural looking results and very honest in her approach to how or what she recommends. I came in worried about simple Botox, and I walked out not only loving how I look and feel, but not so nervous about doing things like this in the future. Under the care of a professional practitioner, the risk is almost nonexistent, and I feel way better in my skin as a result!

Dr. Digiorgio did an amazing jobs on my lips, I definitely recommend! It was a quick appointment, very nice staff, and she made sure I felt that my lips were perfect before I left. I will definitely be going back!
Had cynosure's pico laser with Liz! It was called the focus array. I was a little nervous and uncertain but I have been going to Liz for a long time and she is honest and never disappoints! In my opinion, these are 2 things lacking in most other skincare practices. She is also someone who truly cares about her patients. Liz explained that the laser works well to remove unwanted pigment, refine my pores and even out texture. She called it a beauty polish! Most patients need a session of treatment for best results but even with just one you'll start to see improvement. It's 500 per treatment which when I researched is very reasonable in this area. I consider it a well being appointment and an investment in myself. She explained that she would put numbing cream on me (I did my face). so I was comfortable during treatment and compared the initial feeling right after as a sunburn feel and look. However, she said it would only last a couple hours or so. The treatment was not painful at all. I was indeed red like a tomato and felt a bit wind burn but nothing intolerable. It's been 4 weeks since my last pico and my skin has never looked more radiant. My friends and family complement my skin all the time and I hand them Liz's card. Anyone who is considering laser and want a safe and effective treatment.., look no further than Liz. You'll be one of her many satisfied patients. I am even bringing my Mom to try this fabulous age backwards procedure ! Book ahead, this laser expert is in demand. (5 ***** stars!)
I have been seeing Dr. Miller since 2008 when I was lucky enough to stumble upon his practice whilst living in Brookline. He has an amazing eye for aesthetics, and has helped maintain my youthfulness and beauty by means of botox and occasional fillers. I trust him implicitly to deliver completely natural results. I agree with all of the other 5* reviews and have recommended him to several of my good friends, who are now patients of his (and now we all look younger than our years!)
I moved to the Boston area a little over a year ago from California, and was concerned about finding a doctor who could not only do fillers/Botox, but was extremely knowledgeable about surgical and non-surgical options for aging going forward. Dr. Miller was a recommendation of my dermatologist (MD PhD) in California and I can only say I struck gold. In particular the results from the Instalift/Profound treatment were far and above my expectations, and seem to be IMPROVING as time goes on. I don’t think I will be able to find the combination of skill and expertise anywhere on the other coast, and he does not have his match in Boston. I am moving - first to CA and then out of the country - but I will fly back to see him!
Dr. Miller performed a face lift with fat injections for me. He did a great job. Also, his support staff members are very attentative.

Ask for Dana at 69 Newbury St as she is the go to person for a Glycolic Facials. Glycolic facials are amazing. This specific facial involves pulsating heat that plums the skin , removes redness and smothes the skin. Myy skin shines and looks completely refreshed and rejuvenated after. In addition, Dana applies a facial mask at the end which lubricates the skin and helps the collagen. I highly recommend this procedure especially after cold winter months. I also love these facials because I swim almost daily and the chlorine does a number on my skin. This is a 5 star treatment!!
I thought there was only one miracle worker. That is, until I met Dr. Leonard Miller. Now I know there are two- the big guy in the sky, and the doctor at One Brookline Place. Ever since I first met him and his wonderful staff several years ago, I have never been happier. Thank you Dr. Miller, for making me feel and look young again!
I had a Coolsculpting with Liz approximately one month ago. I received one applicator under the chin. She makes you feel so comfortable, and peak results are supposed to be at 3 months, but I'm already seeing great results at 1. The process itself was very easy, I was falling asleep! I would rate the pain 1/10, with the notorious massage after at about a 5. It just feels like suction, with a couple minutes like "oh ok it's starting now.." and then right after you know it's there but it's no bother at all. I also had mine turned up a bit because I felt so comfortable. The massage is necessary, but it's totally tolerable. She's super understanding too about it. It lasts for maybe 45 seconds then you're done! She made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and listened and gave honest input on other areas I was looking at improving. I will absolute be coming back, and I'm a big researcher. I decided not to do other consultations because of the positive experience I had. The staff are very friendly yet professional.
Have been going to the Brookline office for a few years. Dr. Miller is an artist and an expert. I do not want to look "fake". I never have to worry that he's going to over do things. The best way to improve your look is to do a little of everything and he is the best at helping you get there. If you are looking for a natural no fuss healthy appearance, he is the man to see. I am in my late fifties and look better now than I did 5 years ago.
Their medical aesthetician Cheryl is amazing as well. She can help you with improving the look of your skin, and oh, did I mention the skin care line they carry, Environ? Best skin care line I've ever used. As I said, a little bit of everything works best. You will be pleased. Dr. Miller is also very witty and easy to talk to, very understanding.
If I could put more stars I would...Dr. Sean Doherty is my knight in shining armor. From the very first meeting, I knew he was my doctor for my surgery. Being a type A personality, Dr. Doherty took as much time as necessary to answer all my questions and explain things in detail until I was 100% comfortable and satisfied. I am so happy with the results and so happy I chose BCFR and Dr. Doherty.
Dr. Miller and staff are the best. My first visit was for a consult. Dr. Miller took his time to listen to my concerns and gave me his professional opinion about what I needed to do to look my best. He always make sure you look natural and not over done, yet younger. I have had surgical procedures, fillers and botox all done at this office. The nurses and Dr. Miller are always great and make you feel taken care of and relaxed. My results are always great and look amazingly natural.
I waited years to get up the nerve to have a face lift. After much research I booked a consultation with Dr. Miller. He was very patient and answered my many questions. He did an amazing job with my eye lift and natural face lift. His staff is great. My only regret is I didn't do it sooner!
Dr. Miller has a great eye and knows just where a facial "correction" will be beneficial. I've been going to him for more than 7 years for an annual visit for botox and fillers and always walk out of my visit very pleased with the results. He has a light and confident touch so there is barely any pain with the injections. And his office staff is friendly and accommodating.
I only wish he was more on time, and the parking for his Brookline office is a disaster with the ongoing construction.
I cannot begin to express my gratification on my surgery in August, 2017. Dr. Miller is a gifted, talented man with such a great personality to go along with it. He made me feel relaxed, confident in what we discussed and listened to what I wanted as a result. I cannot say enough about his staff from Robin, Sharon, Nancy, Tara and everyone else. They were amazing from start to finish and even after. There is no where else I would go to have cosmetic procedures done than to Dr. Miller at his office, The Boston Center. I still cannot say enough about this fabulous doctor.

There's absolutely no one else like Dr. Miller. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else. He has been my go-to plastic surgeon for years, and he never disappoints. I believe in "less is more," and Dr. Miller believes in that theory, too. He never recommends doing unnecessary procedures, and he never does anything that makes me look unnatural. Given that 70 is the new 50, he does what I need to look (almost) as young as I feel!
Dr. Leonard Miller is absolutely sensational. I've referred several people to him for various cosmetic procedures and they all look fantastic. He did a procedure on me recently and it looks absolutely natural - which is what he specializes in. Not only is he a very skilled surgeon, he's also a nice, warm individual with a great sense of humor. They don't get any better than this.
