The Associate who assisted us was super helpful… not only with sizing … finding the shoe in a different color so we would know if size was right and could order if it worked but also with accessorizing with bags … he then recommended a patent leather treatment product which we bought because we have so many patent shoes … so a great experience with him start to finish

I had a uniquely challenging situation trying to find the perfect pair of Hokas, and this team went above and beyond—especially the store manager, Angelica! My search took me across the whole GTA to 3 different stores in one day. After tracking down the exact style and size correctly, this perfect fitting pair unfortunately had a small mark on it. Angelica and her team immediately stepped in and offered every possible option to help. They tried to clean the shoes and set up a flexible exchange accommodation in case the mark is not removed. When the mark didn't fade, I called her back, and she arranged an urgent 24-hour shipment to get me a flawless pair. Angelica’s top-tier problem-solving, empathy, and dedication turned a frustrating shoe hunt into an amazing experience. If you are looking for incredible customer service, highly recommend this location!

I’ve never reviewed a shoe store before, but after today’s experience, I felt it was truly necessary to do so. This Brown Shoes store in particular is very well located, organized, and easy to shop in. However, the true highlight of this review is the staff. Rodrigues and Manuela were absolute superheroes while helping me through a shoe exchange process. The shoes had originally been purchased in another province, which meant they had to navigate a completely new procedure and an issue they had never faced before. Despite that, they went above and beyond to make everything work smoothly. They were incredibly kind, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Honestly, I have never had such a positive customer service experience before. They truly deserve a raise and all the perks and recognition for the level of care and professionalism they showed today. I had a really great experience at Browns thanks to Angelica. I came in looking for a comfortable pair of shoes and she took the time to show me several different options until I found a pair that I really liked. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my size or my husband’s size in the store, but Angelica measured our feet and arranged for the shoes to be delivered to our home. When they arrived, they fit both of us perfectly. What I appreciated the most was how patient and helpful she was. She never rushed us and was happy to bring different styles and sizes until we felt comfortable with our choice. It’s not always easy to find that level of service nowadays, and it really made the whole experience much better. Thank you Angelica for the great service.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this location. Their in-store customer service is truly exceptional, honestly unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I ran into a payment issue related to a gift, and the team went above and beyond to help me. They explored every possible solution, were incredibly patient, and genuinely wanted to make things work rather than brushing it off. It made such a difference being helped by people who clearly care. After this experience, I won’t be ordering online anymore. I’d much rather shop in store so the team who puts in this effort gets the recognition (and hopefully the commission!). I’ll definitely be coming back.

Nice location in bloor west premium stores street Store has a nice cool variety of merchandise to satisfy every taste but the sales associate was pushy so i left before buying! Liked a colorful puma sports sneakers there

Love the Bloor St. Location. It's close to home and I don't have to go to a mall. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The product assortment is good and when a style is not available Browns delivers it to my home in no time!

Shoutout to Najma she was very professional and helpful, Browns are honestly lucky to have someone as competent and courteous working for them. This was not my first time at this Browns and I have to say, the quality of service at this location is alarmingly inconsistent. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's downright awful so if you're q customer reading this review know that it can go both ways at this location.

Good customer services. I bought a pair of shoes for my wife, after few weeks have issues, my wife visited the store, a nice staff named Naazgol helped her in a supportive manner. It is my favorite footwear store.

My expectations of kind and professional service have lowered with the changing generation. Living in the Bloor-Yorkville area for almost a decade, I would say a majority of sales reps in this retail neighbourhood embody some off-putting mix of anti-social behaviour, an immediate judgmental stance and general lack of enthusiasm for human-to-human interaction. It often makes you feel dirty entering these spaces. If you have a soul, you immediately want to leave. That being said, I was surprised during all 3 of my visits and interactions at this store location, I've consistently experienced lovely, attentive service. I realize that not all staff members are the same, but after considering all visits have been very positive, I stand by my the 5-star rating.

I went there for an emergency (had going to have an important, unexpected lunch in few hours), and was looking for a smart/casual pair of shoes, but no idea about what to get. I was helped by Angelica and Hanieh, who did a great job in getting me immediately to the right pair of shoes. Angelica was proactive enough to get me a shoe model which I didn’t spot myself, and that ended up to be my pick! Overall - Super wide portfolio of shoes from the store, and amazing kindness, efficiency and level of service by the staff. definitely a place to recommend.

In a time that customer service is deteriorating and the quality of service is declining in most places in Toronto, this store impressed me with the exceptional customer service and care. Browns at 110 Bloor St W has provided me with exceptional customer service today. Lucy and her manager were very helpful. I made an online purchase and upon arrival, I realized that they had shipped me two different shoes. I went to the Browns at Bloor near my work and explained my situation. They offered me an exchange with no hesitation but found out that the shoe was out of stock for my size. Not to worry, Lucy and her manager was able to provide me with a similar shoe with a higher price tag without having me make up for the difference. Again, I was very pleased with both of them! Cheers!
Love this store. I always buy shoes here when I visit Toronto. Especially their own brand since they are exclusive to them and I can't find them everywhere.
