Dr. Jennifer Lore-Ayala is PHENOMENAL! She is the sweetest woman I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Along with her excellent bedside manner, the wait in the office is FANTASTIC! I had an appointment at 12:10, I walked into the office at 12:14 and I was in my car driving home at 12:27! The best. Can’t rave enough. Update: still LOVE my doctor but getting in touch with this office to schedule or reschedule or get in contact, simply doesn’t exist. There are no humans to speak to at all, no matter what day or time you call. It’s truly the most aggravating and annoying thing, hence me removing a star. But Dr. Jennifer Lore-Ayala is astounding, and the ONLY reason I would continue here.

For years I tried to get better skin following influencers’ advice and social media trends but didn’t really start to see results til I started seeing Jennifer! My skin is textured with milias and acne/blackhead prone but it’s been so much better thanks to Jennifer. She’s so kind and knowledgeable - very patient when I have A LOT of questions and concerns. Started visiting for myself and my son. Randomly choose a practice based on my insurance and I am so glad I choose this one. Dr Jennifer Lore-Ayala listens and responds. She understands the concept of communication. She was not just in the business of just prescribing for prescribing. She explain products, do and don’ts, best practices, recommended over the product items at every cost level and I just love going to my appointments. The PA Brittany and her assistant were both very good. They made the consultation comfortable and personal. I would recommend them very highly. The receptionist on that day though needs some customer training. She was very rude and sarcastic. There was an issue with zocdoc and the Schweiger getting info. Rather than work with the client the receptionist didn’t care. She blamed me for everything. I put the information in so I did my bit. When I pointed out there may have been some system glitch she sarcastically laughed and said that isn’t possible as she uses the system all the time. I showed her the details and resolved the situation. She didn’t even offer to help. She was the first face of the company and if it wasn’t for Brittany and her assistant I would have given no stars. Thank you both for your help. Advice to the company. Teach some customer service to the receptionist. The world doesn’t revolve around her.
