Great! Very welcoming from the start, it was easy to make an appointment. Front desk very polite and explained everything I needed to complete on the iPad personal medical history. Before completing it there was a young lady that came to get me, great energy, respectful, she throughly went through my history and checking my medication. My visit at the Schweiger Dermatology Group was very professional and I was seen in a timely manner. The office climate was very clean and inviting. I received a warm greeting by the receptionist and guidance through how to complete the new patient paperwork. This process was completed utilizing an IPad. Once completed I was greeted and directed to an examining room by the physician assistant. I waited a short time for the Dr. Darin Kleinsmith, Dermatologist. I was pleasantly surprised by her vast array of knowledge concerning my case upon her arrival to the room. The assistant thoroughly informed her of my case prior to her entering prompting her to be prepared and armed with treatment options. Upon examination we discussed my option as a team with my input. We selected best outcome based on the treatment option selected. We also explored other options if my condition didn’t improve within four weeks. I was also give samples to use and assurance that we will get my current issue resolved. I was comfortable with my care and treatment plan. I also felt she gave me all the time and attention to my care without zooming to see another person. She was very friendly and hands-on. I rate Schweiger Dermatology Group the highest rate available. **This 5 star rating is for the provider and office/receptionists and staff. NOT for the scheduling/call center! The call center would get 0 stars for their unprofessionalism!!** Let me first start by saying I absolutely love this practice and Dr. Parish! The staff, receptionist, medical assistants, all of them are absolutely amazing! Nice, soft spoken and extremely helpful! I had a major concern and he gave me insightful answers and medication to treat. And let me say it is working! I would recommend him highly, so much so that I have now scheduled my daughter to come to him with an urgent matter we are having. Whatever is medically going on with her skin is of extreme concern! I scheduled an appointment for her which she could not be seen until 8/12. That’s a little further out, especially for the concern I had. I called on this Wednesday, 7/31, to request an earlier appointment. The line rang for a while and then you could tell I was being connected to the call center. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT schedule any appointments with them!!!! I was told Dr. Parish had an earlier appointment for today, Friday the 2nd and of course I jumped right on it! Taking off from work but extremely happy to find out what was going on sooner with my child, turned to frustration and anger when I arrived to find out we had NO appointment scheduled for the 2nd, it was still in for the 12th! Whoever took my appointment that day was extremely rushy, a little rude and did not even take my concern for a sooner appointment into consideration, she didn’t even put it in!! The front desk staff, as always, were so nice and apologized for the mistake of another person, which was not their fault! Now I have to wait the original time for whatever is wrong. It is the principle in the matter and the lack of professionalism on the call centers behalf! I am extremely frustrated and upset about this! Again, please be sure to speak with someone at the front desk when making your appointments! Those ladies are so helpful and will take care of you! If it’s the call center you get connected to, hang up and try again!!!

Upon my arrival in this office, The staff was professional and got me checked in with no issues. The wait time, oh… very little wait time in the waiting room🙂 and the wait time in the room was minimal, i mean maybe 5 minutes or less. The doctors assistant came in, asked a few questions and left out. He and the doctor returned to address my issues. Because I have to go to this doctor, I really enjoy it since they’re prompt from the moment you check in until the time you check out. Exceptional service

Saw Dr. Parish on a friend's recommendation for some issues that had been bothering me for years despite several different treatment regimens. He explained exactly what was happening and prescribed a couple prescriptions that hadn't been proposed by other doctors/derms. They worked like a charm and cleared up my skin in a couple weeks. On top of that, he's very upfront about what prescriptions should cost you and tells you ahead of time if the medication is over $X amount don't purchase it through insurance because you can get it through specialty pharmacies, off plan, for less. Wish I had known about him and seen him years ago.

The place was absolutely phenomenal. They sent you at least eight reminders of your appointment. The staff is really polite. The place is clean. I choose this place because I wanted female Doctors and I wanted minorities or Black Doctors. I was so happy to see their clientele were mix. Doctor Tinu if I got her name right was super engage, amazing personality and made feel I know her before. They did not push things on me that I did not or need. She also noticed a curve into my fingers and made the suggestion that I see a specialist just to be sure I do not have breathing problem. I will see them again even if they were out of network. It was great to see a place that still have a water cooler for patients even during Covid. Keep it up y'all.
