While I was walking around B2 yesterday, my gold necklace fell off. I didn’t realize until later that evening. This morning, I stopped by B2 to retrace my steps and asked the staff if they had found it. The employees of B2 responded quickly and looked around the store with me. We soon discovered that one of the employees found my necklace yesterday and stored it away safely. Thank you to the B2 staff for being so kind and helpful!

I would like to thank the manager of this branch, who was very polite and professional, for resolving my issue in the best possible way. I wanted to have the shoelace replaced after it tore after a few uses, and they handled it excellently. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but I wanted to express my gratitude to the branch manager for their customer service and professional attitude.

I recently visited the B2 store today and i was helped by a sales associate called Yesha. She was very helpful and patient with me. I ended up just buying shoe insoles from her, but i will definitely be coming back to purchase more from her.
