We’re looking for a pair of shoes that will be comfortable for everyday wear and with the help of RYN SAEZ, who is very accommodating , approachable, and helpful, we got the right shoes. RYN is very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Kudos to RYN SAEZ. B2 store is clean and spacious, and the staffs are nice. I will recommend this store definitely, B2 EATON CENTRE.

I had a really good experience at the B2 store today. Kamran Karimi was super friendly and helpful while I was choosing my shoes. He gave great advice and made the whole process easy and comfortable.
I visited B2 Store to try some shoes because I planned to buy one or two pairs. Although I didn’t find exactly what I wanted, the service from Kamran was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me, made me feel comfortable, and provided excellent customer service. The store was bright, neat, and well organized. I will definitely go back there again. Highly recommended.

Got new shoes today at the Eaton Centre location with the help of Raheleh and she was so extremely helpful that I could not resist writing a review, which I normally never do. She went above and beyond helping me find the right shoes with the specifications I requested, was super nice and kind to talk to the entire time, and I left the store with such a positive experience. She provided so much information and answered every question I had with patience and enthusiasm, which was very appreciated. Great place to shop wide range of brand. I was tired of looking for the perfect pair of shoes and ended up finding two gem pieces of shoes I was looking for on my own and with the help or Sean pierera, who was kind enough to help me at the right time at the right place. Was glad with my choices and didnt regret my choices.
I don’t leave many reviews on retail stores, but the service I received today from Ryn deserves recognition. I just had one of the most phenomenal customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Period. This review’s going to be so good you’re going to think I have some sort of internal connection to this guy, but I promise I have never seen him before in my life. And listen — I’ve worked many years in customer service myself, so I don’t say this lightly. Ryn was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. Also, he had a really cool haircut — a mullet. And I don’t even like mullets! Yet somehow he pulled it off, which honestly set the tone for how impressive the rest of this experience was. My friend and I really put him to work — asking for multiple sizes across multiple styles — and he still went above and beyond. He talked us through every pair we tried on, helped us make informed decisions, brought us water halfway through, kept us updated while sizes were being brought up from downstairs, and even took the time to handwrite detailed instructions on how to care for my boots. Who even does that ever?! I was absolutely floored. This kind of service is rare — thoughtful, enthusiastic, and truly above-and-beyond. Give this guy a raise. Make him store manager. Actually, if anyone reading this works in government — get this man a strategic leadership role at the White House so he can put this level of excellence to good use. The kid is going places. He made two regular 37-year-old women feel like A-list celebrities. No retail experience will ever be the same for me. We both walked away with a new pair of boots, a little damage to our wallets and zero regrets— when you’re treated like A-list talent, you shop like A-list talent.
First of first all the staff memebers are awesome. Their customer service is top notch. I never experienced this anywhere. The girl who helped us+ the cashier. Friendly vibe.

I visited the store on Sunday and Young gentleman named Jaskirat was helping me. I tried on the 4-5 pair of shoes but wasn’t feeling good in them cause of my wide feet he helped me and recommended Cliftons he was also very welcoming asked us if we wanted water or sparkling water helped us get a seat in the busy store and also gave us free shoe horn me and my husband was impressed by him my husband tried on shoes as well but he didn’t end up buying but he maintained the same positive attitude feom start till the moment we left the store gave us enough time to walk around and see how they feel and at the same time also kept checking back with us. Treatment like this is hard to find these days.
Amazing Customer service, loved talking to the manager Alaadine, he was so supporting and guided through well.. He made sure we got the perfect pair, we had issues with Hoka shoes and he made sure we exchange it.. Thank you For Amazing customer service ❤️
Customer service is the key there. I was able to pick the best pair of comfortable puma shoes in like 10 minutes just because the sales guy AKHIL was so helpful. Though offers are bit less still the experience there stands up to the expectation.
Had a last minute shopping and Rahi one of the sales associates helped in the best way possible to get the best heels for the event I needed. Also need to mention I’m really picky when it comes to shoes but I left the store with a peace of mind

Came in looking for a pair of boots, and walked out with uggs and sneakers. I was assisted by Ryn and he very kindly took his time presenting me many options as well as their promotional products.
