Went in just to browse, but this gentleman named Umer who was so kind and polite to me, helped me find the perfect pair of sneakers. He greeted me at the door and was so patient in assisting me. He displayed great customer service and is extremely accommodating. He deserves a raise!
Dealt with Wendy Cortez and she is simply amazing. My sis and I went to a few B2/Brown’s locations and Wendy was the only associate that explained the return policy and general inquiry to us with detail and care, she rocks!

I was there yesterday January 28 at 5pm to buy some shoes. A very beautiful lady with red hair really helped me out. I will definitely be coming here more often.
I went into Square one Shopping looking for shoes, went to B2 shoes and a young man by the name of ANGEL TORRES helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The sales associate who helped me was LUCIAAA!!! she deserves all the credit for her hard work and helping me, working in costumer service is not easy and she helped me so much! she made me feel comfortable and not like burden, she was so kind and took her time with me. Also the shoes i bought were beautiful but hurt my feet a little i went back to this location an they were accmadating enough to offer me an exchange and stretched the shoe i bought so i would feel maximum comfort. thank you for the amazing service and please give Lucia a raise!!!!

Has a decent selection (same as Brown’s) we didn’t buy anything but the customer service was really nice! At least for the people working there when we went, Lucia, was great and very friendly. Just wanted to do this review bc she was so nice to us!
