Excellent service! Mo knew what he was talking about, suggested lots of style ideas for specific shoes. Definately ended up buying more today specifically because of the attention to details in regards to what I was asking for. Even tho I only had a general idea of what I wanted. Informative staff. Get that kid a raise. Small side note if management was able to give out small deals on large purchases I would have bought more. We all know these large corporations are crushing it. Spread the wealth xD

I had a great experience at B2! The store assistant, Kshitij, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He helped me find the perfect sizes for every pair I wanted to try and made the whole process super easy. The cashiers were also very nice and polite, which made the entire shopping experience even better. Highly recommend this store for both their great service and friendly staff!
I had a great experience buying Blundstones here. The sales associate Kshitij was “outstanding” in terms of customer service as he was patient and helped us get the exact pair we wanted by placing an order for us. I was completely satisfied with the purchase and help given by Kshitij.

I am absolutely in love with my new shoes and I just wanted to say thank you to Alejandro! I have had the hardest time buying shoes in the past and I think this was one of the best experiences. I needed time to look and wasn't pressured, TLDR lol.. Basically, I've got weird size issues, but Alejandro listened and suggested exactly what I needed comfort wise, and stylistically I am over the moon!! Thanks B2!!

I was on a mission to get a pair of Hunter boots and B2 had a pair. The gentleman was very helpful with his suggestions and I also got a pair of Converse sneakers. The same sales person took the time to get a pair in my size and also explained how to look after the Hunter boots. Great service.

I had a great customer experience in in this store. I was not pressured to purchase anything and the staff were genuinely helpful. I did buy a pair of boots at full price and appreciated the pair of socks which was given to me to help ascertain my size. It isn't the largest shop and sometimes they are a little short on popular sizes so they accessed their nearby warehouse and found me the right Timberland boot for me. A good experience
I have a brace on my foot which makes it extremely difficult to find shoes. Over the past few days I had gone to every shoe store in Metrotown, and many downtown with no luck. I was feeling really discouraged because the other shops I had been to basically looked at my brace, did a cursory look around the store and said there was nothing that would work for me. I was basically dismissed from some stores. Even worse, some of the staff at a few stores completely ignored me all together.
As soon as I walked in B2 I was greeted with smiles, and offered help. When I found a style I liked, Frank, the assistant manager went above and beyond, pulling out a number of different sizes and other options similar to what I had chosen. He even sent one staff member out to what I assume is a different stock room located elsewhere in the mall in order to find the right size for me. Reassuring me again and again that he was happy to help.
After about 20 stores, and a mountain of boxes beside me, I found shoes that actually fit.

An offshoot of Browns, this is a mid-range shoe retailer that delivers reasonable value. Most shoes here are mid to high-level brands, but nothing too fancy. To get good deals, you need to wait for sales then dig as best you can to find them. However, the staff seem helpful and eager to get you the pair of shoes you need. The floor plan becomes a slight issue as it it crowded and with odd seating arrangements. As well, it is annoying to have to lift every shoe to determine the price or sale status.
Overall, a reasonable to find shoes, maybe for a deal. Certainly enough selection but not somewhere you’ll want to come to often.
