I recently bought a pair of shoes and was helped by Chantale she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, patient, and really went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect pair. Her product knowledge and genuine care made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Chantale if you visit!

Today I went in to get a pair of loafers and I was assisted by Nicolas. He offered a great experience. He was very well spoken and very attentive to my needs without being too much. Highly recommend going to this location.
The best service by far I had bought a shoes from there while back wore it for a few hours realized it wasn’t for me left it at home didn’t realize until I ran into the manager told him the story. He was like bring it back exchange it I went back I was looking at the wrong shoes. Nicholas Recommended one for me. I’m in love with it. One of the best looking shoes. I had a great experience at B2 at Fairview on the weekend. Evelyn helped me find a few pairs of really nice shoes, Brittany helped by giving me her opinion even though she was mainly behind the cash and even Nick, the manager chimed in. Honestly, it was such a positive vibe in that store. Everyone was friendly and kind and smiling. Evelyn was so patient as I have some pain in my feet so it’s not always easy to find the right shoes. I had just left another store at Fairview that sells many of the same brands, but the girls working there were so busy talking amongst themselves that I didn’t even get served. I highly recommend B2. I bought 3 pairs of shoes on Sunday and I will be back. I only realized at the end that Nick was the manager, but I really think that his positive attitude and excellent customer service skills rub off on the rest of the employees. (P.S. I don’t usually write a review but they really deserved it…..and no, I don’t personally know any of these employees, I’m just telling it like it was.). Charlotte

I just came from having a wonderful shoe buying experience at B2 Fairview . I was extraordinarily served by the manager SHAWNA TZANKOV. She was very knowledgeable about shoes . She did all kinds of tests on my feet / to get the perfect fit. I went to buy shoes on sale ( great sale now at B2) . I bought a pair of On Running shoes at full price LOLL. I have not paid full price on shoes in 20 years loll . Shawna shared her personal experience with these shoes and after trying them on I was SOLD on this bieng what I needed. Shawna then took the time to properly lace them for me . I have been in sales for over 40 years and Shawna goes the extra mile ( Less traffic there :) ) Thanks for a wonderful experience . I highly recommend B2 Fairview and Shawna . In closing store was immaculate .. MERCI

I have to say, I had the best customer experience ever here. There is a manager there by the name of Mohammad, this guy literally went above and beyond what a customer could ask for.. there was a problem with a boot I purchased.. Mohammad delivered an extremely professional customer service experience for me, he without hesitation agreed that the boot did have a defect, once he found a replacement, realized that the replacement was at an inconvenient location for me.. also realized that this gift was time sensitive for Christmas.. he then offered to go downtown himself to pick up the only pair left in the city for me and brought it back to the Fairview store for me to pick up the next day and was clearly happy to have come to my rescue on such short notice, gave me his card and number and told me to contact him if I needed anything else.. he showed tremendous empathy and professionalism.. do people like this even exist still? Great job on B2 for putting the right people in the right position. Thank you

We went into B2 for winter boots for my daughter and dressy boots for me. I am pretty picky and the size of the boots I loved was sold out. We were working with a girl that was so fantastic. I asked for her name so I could give her a massive shoutout. What did she do you ask? She used 6 words that made me feel well cared for. "Don't worry, we will find you something". And she did!! The store was packed! She took me around the store to show me some other options that she recommended. I tried on 3 or 4 pairs of boots. We walked out of the jammed packed store with 2 pairs of boots. If you want exemplary care, ask for Rosalie B and you too will walk out of a jammed packed store smiling ear to ear!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. B2 has a great selection of shoes but what really left an impression on us was how good their customer service was. Staff was always patient and helpful during our visits. Highly recommended.
