Le service clientèle 10/10 c’était super drôle et aimable, vers 20h le 20 mars 2026 la madame aux cheveux rouges et le monsieur au chandail bleu était les travailleurs en place et franchement incroyable, ils ont des bon conseilles et sont très gentil, merci beaucoup de nous avoir aidé !!

My experience at b2 was really great ! i always go to browns and i didnt know that b2 and browns are part of the same company. there is a guy who works there named elie _he is very kind , respectful , and such a nice person. he helped us a lot and made our shopping experience even better. thank you so much <3
Not only does the store offer a variety of products, a fast service and a great exchange/return policy but the employees are very friendly, yet extremely professional. Amina should be the leading example of how all employees should approach and help customers! She managed to turn a purchase of a pair of shoes into a memorable experience! We have definitely become patrons of the store thanks to her!
The assistant manager was super helpful-- bought a pair of oncloud 5 that after 2 months had a defect, and I had a hard time exchanging my shoes, although thanks to Mme. Saida, for smoothly exchanging my shoes that I was not able to do in another location, you made my experience so pleasant that I would come back to see you and recommend you to everyone. Thank you for making such difference! More power to you and your team!

Edit February 2025 This is my go to B2 / Browns store to go for all my shoes and my wife’s , only because of Saïda and the employees, they are down to earth and helps what you’re looking for, without pushing, just grabbed 2 Lacoste’s , kudos . I want to take a moment and give kudos to Saïda she goes above and beyond . Rectifies customer service. I buy a lot of shoes, even my wife, has 300+ pairs of shoes, every time we come here she takes care of her from A-Z. I will only come here for all my shoes needs from now on. Just because of Saïda. Thank you . I hope she gets what she deserves, I don’t know who needs to hears this, but Saïda is amazingly great, listens to all your needs and takes her time to satisfy you to the max. Now a days , customer service has disappeared, Saïda renewed my faith. 🙏

As a former Browns employee after speaking to Bianca over the phone about keeping my shoes safely on hold for me I feel very reassured and well taken care of! The manager Max was awesome. Extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He guided us so well that we ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes, no sales tactics or pushiness just great service with care for helping the customer! Highly recommend!
J'ai été au B2 l'autre fois et j'ai rarement été aussi bien servis. Les employés sont fonceurs tout en étant à votre écoute. Je le recommende fortement quand vous êtes indécis pour votre prochain choix de soulier.

This mall has everything you need!!! It has countless of stores that it takes hours to finish checking all of them. Getting there is also very easy, take line 50 from Montmorency and the bus will get you right to Mall. This mall, is perfect!!
