In my current studies towards becoming a life coach, I’ve been coming across Dr. Amen’s work for a while now. I was in town visiting a friend and made a stop at Amen Clinics to check out his clinic. I was blown away. I walked in and was speaking to the kind ladies at the front desk when a gentleman who introduced himself to me as Scott, the clinic director, came up and offered to give me a tour. He was so kind, informative and personable! It felt like I was talking with a friend. Plus, It was great to see the SPECT scans in person. Thank you for such an amazing experience Scott!
Really nice experience at check in for my brain scans. I was in on Wednesday of this week. Brandon that works the machines was really great! Kimia was kind and caring. Scott (I think) answered my questions. I really like this place. Let's hope we can get my brain working!

This was the first time in 5 years we have been given hope and have felt our son isn't being written off. We have been to doctors, hospitals, naturopaths, specialists, tons of therapists, and mental health clinics for my son and everyone has just told us "this is autism" yet he will go places with other kids on the spectrum and have a completely different set of struggles. We had been told our next option was to put our 9 year old into a group home and we are not okay with thay option. We finally have forward movement on testing for options that no one had ever told us could even be possible. Amen Clinics has been the equivalent of functional or integrative medicine for psychiatry. We are finally feeling hope for our son's future and his safety. We needed help so badly, and it is a relief to finally get it.

I suffer from massive memory loss but I hear that I have been using the Amen clinics services since I was in college! The scan is quite amazing and all of their programs. I am in love with the endless possibilities our brains have though. Now that I know about it I still want to take a software class too. They help me keep my positive mental attitude even when it seems hopelessly impossible. The frustration of getting pushed is hard for anyone that is out numbered and in the circle but good mental health providers can change your life.

The Amen Clinic is amazing! Everything from start to finish was easy and so comfortable and convenient. My scan tech was awesome and I loved talking with him! Amen Clinic is such a wonderful community collaborator and asset to the practioner community. They host monthly lunch-n-learn series where they share education with multidisciplinary mental health advocates and offer opportunities for allies and peers to connect. As a Psychologist, I've really come to look forward to their seminars and the wonderful people they introduce each month, and I look forward to collaborations in the future.

brain scan evaluation very professional care nothing special about the office care. The care was above what i expected. I like how they layout a real treatment plan not just there not show you your brain is flawed.

After reading "change your brain, change your life" my experience at Amen clinic was exactly what I expected and I'm very happy so far. The treatment plan and explanation of results we've incredibly in depth and far exceeded any mental health care I have received both in the military and from the VA. The Amen Clinic in Phoenix provided my son and daughter the holistic mental health assessment, evaluation and treatment plan we had been hoping for! I've been dealing with "brain health" issues my whole life. I've bounced around with pharmaceuticals (they've helped) and therapy (also a lot of help). when I learned that this clinic had opened up, decided to give it a try. I was really interested in seeing my brain through their SPECT scans. I was pleasantly surprised by the findings and given a diagnosis I figured I've had my whole life but it was never identified by other healthcare providers (no fault to them). I enjoyed my experience and would recommend this clinic to others seeking more information about their own brain health concerns.

My husband began having memory issues several years ago, I tried researching and making changes with diet, but we only got so far. Once we saw the amazing group of memory experts at Amen Clinic, we understood the issues and had a plan to improve his memory. This process only took six weeks. We are already seeing some positive changes in this time, we are doing all the work they suggest and it's paying off. So thankful for the well-rounded approach they take... And felt wait until next year to see how far he will have come! This is the only program that will actually help the entire family, regardless of only treating one person:)

Staff is always great and welcoming! By far the best clinic I’ve been to. I notice a difference when taking certain supplements from BrainMD and highly recommended them! I just got a scan yesterday and it’s amazing to see how different it is from my first scan! This place knows what they’re doing forsure, after seeing my first scan and most recent side by side I’m sold 100%. The proof is in the scans!! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who struggles with their brain health.

This place is awesome! We had accidentally arrived a week early for our appointment. Since we had flown in, this would mean flying home and then returning a week later. We called and explained this to them. The woman working the front desk, Kimia, was so helpful, and was able to reschedule our appointment! They also have a more modern approach the mental health which is so refreshing compared to the way psychiatry is normally done.

I really enjoyed my experience with the Amen clinic. Since graduate school in Marriage and Family therapy we would learn about Dr Amen's work and I have always wanted my brain spect scan. It was so awesome to learn things I had no idea. However, it was not surprising at all that my diganosis were spot on - My clinical team is very professional and thorough. I am appreciative of the work that Dr Amen has done to advance psychiatric care. It was a great experience.

This was a great experience for us! We came from out of town. The staff was so kind and friendly! They immediately put my son at ease! Brandon was a great technician! He even made my son a balloon that looked like Mario at the end! I highly recommend this clinic. They were also very fast and efficient. They were awesome!

Flew my daughter to the new Phoenix Clinic for testing March2023. Staff was extremely informative and gracious. Testing is very thorough with all of the questionnaires, follow-up appts, and additional testing along with the scans. The results appt with the Dr. was extremely informative. Complex results so no "smoking gun" for treatment but it's unrealistic to expect that considering our brains are so complex. There were some "surprises" in her diagnosis that I would have not known and that I feel are pivotal to help move her foward in life and be successful mentally. Hoping the therapeutic recommendations will help (there are many avenues to explore). Will take more time/money but I do believe there is a path forward for treatment for my daugther and this helped to direct her therapy. I wish testing was cheaper since it set me back ALOT financially but I do feel it was worth the money.

I have been referring patients to the AMEN clinics and treating their patients with Hyperbaric Oxygen in our clinics for some time now. The new Scottsdale facility is absolutely fantastic and our patients have been very happy with the service they received.
