Dr. Storage is knowledgeable beyond his field of expertise! He has been a blessing and encouragement in this process of my TBI recovery. It has been his expertise and care that have brought me back from a seemingly dark place in my recovery journey. He has been able to bring to light specific answers like no other doctor. Each of the Amen Clinics specialists, from Doctors to the people who answer the phones, has been kind, intentional, caring, and most of all, resourceful! I am thankful for Dr. Storage and the entire Amen clinic team! It has been a long 2093 days since my brain injury, and every Amen Clinic team member has surrounded my recovery process with hope! This experience was truly life changing for me. I’ve been battling addiction for over a decade of my life and the understanding that I have gained from reaching out to Amen Clinics was enough for me to get sober cold turkey. Being in active recovery for 7 solid years, and failing to uncover my root issue was devastating to me. And I literally had no where else to turn. I was desperate to understand my behavior, and willing to do wtv it took to find freedom. This gave me that opportunity. My experience with Dr. Storage and Nakisha Martin were wonderful. Recovering from a life of abuse, trauma, and neglect, they honored my past, present, and future in a way that no clinic or doctor has. They both made me feel very heard and cared for as they celebrated my new found sobriety with me. Thank you to the staff in Encino for taking such good care of me. If I had not had the opportunity to be evaluated and treated by Dr Amen and his clinic many (25+) years ago I would likely not be around today!! I had physical ailments caused by anxiety and other ADHD symptoms that had me bedridden. I was told by many other practitioners that it was "all in my head". Amen clinic evaluations showed why that was the case and gave me the medications and lifestyle changes to improve! Dr Amen's now "clinics" have come a LONG way since then. My experience with Amen Clinics for my teenaged son has been rewarding! NaKisha Martin made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the very start. This allowed my son to open up to her and share the personal details she needed to obtain his health history. Dr. Faber's engagement with him was very positive as well. I appreciate the clinic's holistic approach, starting his treatment with lifestyle changes and supplements. We're already noticing significant results. I would highly recommend Amen Clinics!

I have been a patient at Amen clinics for the past 5 years and the whole company has been really great to me. From finding the BrainMD supplements that work for me to having neurodivergent informed practitioner to advanced therapies for long COVID. The Amen clinic foundation assisted me when I became disabled so I could still work with my primary doctor there. I just completed 40 sessions of hyperbaric oxygen at Amen Clinics Encino and feel my cognition improving. Cindy and her staff are lovely, professional and very accommodating to my needs. I feel our society has been conditioned to put complete faith into doctors in knowing what is best for us. This causes a huge hindrance on the ability to trust and listen to our own bodies and recognize that we know them best. But ignoring our own symptoms and not fighting through to get answers can have some major negative and long term impacts. Dr. Storage made me feel seen and heard. Nothing about him was dismissive or demeaning. He was compassionate, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, adept at explaining complicated things in an easy to understand way and just overall a great human being. To finally have some answers and the start of more has been and will be life-changing for me and my children. Chelsea was absolutely amazing. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. The experience was not overwhelming. When the scans were ready for review, I was very pleased with the time spent with Dr. Brush to review the details and helpful information to improve my health. I was also advised of additional blood tests and scans I could do further. As there is family history of Dementia and Alzheimer's, it was important for me to start taking better care of my brain.
Such kind staff, great facility, excellent treatment! 100% recommend! Very grateful and excited to continue healing and getting better!

From the moment I made the initial phone call, I felt my life change. And the kindness and excellent care I received from everyone confirmed my thoughts and feelings. I had hit rock bottom and was so tired of trying to solve my mental health challenges and my weight gain. I finally admitted that I needed help and I knew where to go for help because a family member reached out to the Amen Clinic and his life changed. I've never written a Yelp review and I probably never will again. I am writing this because of the gravity of my appreciation and my overwhelming depth of gratitude for Dr. Storage. He has been so thoughtful, so caring, so astute with his analysis, and so attentive that it nearly brings me to tears. I was going through absolute unmitigated hell and he did what no other doctors do in the current medical paradigm - he treated me and my condition as a unique and complex problem to solve. A problem that had climaxed right before I started with him, but I had suffered with since adolescence. He did all of the due diligence with integrity and compassion, and through the process he helped me save my own life. This is not hyperbolic speech, this was and is my experience with Dr. Storage. Wow! That was the best customer service and the nicest employees I have ever encountered when it come to a patient/ consumer experience. From the first person that greets you when you walk in to the Doctor giving you incredible information, everyone was beyond nice and sincere. Almost as if it was their company.

Professional, organized and compassionate. Functional brain imaging shed more light to our understanding of our son's condition, and served to provide a more specific target for treatment. Our son has responded positively to the treatment and the change is noticeable. Our son has a combined dx of adhd and Asd. His adhd symptoms had always responded to stimulants but ASD sx were harder to treat. He was taking intuniv with no noticeable change. Our experience with Dr. Storage, the child psychiatrist was exceptional. He never seemed rushed, and took his time going thru the assessment results and was very informative. We also signed up for a neurofeedback protocl with mendi to be done at home and enrolled in a study that he was spearheading. In summery we are really please with and glad to have decided to have Amen clinics get involved in our child's care.

A couple of years ago I had a horrible experience. I was drugged while on a canal cruise in Florida. It caused a brain injury, but an MRI didn’t show anything. I was diagnosed with TIA. And that’s as far as any treatment and any investigation into my health went. There were obvious changes changes in memory, speech, etc. since the incident and I needed answers and I needed someway to move forward. The Amen Clinic provided that. They did an extensive comprehensive evaluation of my history, current situation, and the scans. Dr. Storage reviewed everything and spent quite a long time with me explaining the effects on my brain, in terms that I could understand . He then gave me a treatment plan of how to move forward to improve my brain’s function. This is a holistic approach, including lifestyle, supplements and medication. Absolutely everyone at that clinic was sensitive to my needs, they were sincere in honestly and truly wanting to help me find answers. That was just the beginning of this journey. There are several follow up appointments that I feel are critical in getting the most out of my treatment plan. I would tell anyone and everyone if you’re having difficulty and you aren’t finding your answers please contact the Amen Clinic. You won’t be disappointed.

For several years my wife has been tested for toxins, recommended supplements as well as various therapies (Red Light aka photobiomudulation, sauna, TDCS, etc). These have all been in an effort to combat cognitive decline. Whether they have worked or not it is so difficult to measure. After having a SPECT scan done at the Amen clinic (Scottsdale), and seeing that there are regions of my wifes brain to have low blood flow, we felt like we finally have something concrete, something we can see, and attack, and check again later for progress. Everyone at the Amen clinic from the front desk, assistants, and Doctors after the scan have been so helpful, encouraging and supportive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Since beginning the process of understanding what the scan entailed to now participating in outpatient treatment after the scan my experience has been very comfortable, enlightening and motivating. Our Health Care System is broken. It's no secret. Amen Clinics and it's founder Dr. Daniel Amen are a beacon of hope for many people and families who have run out of options and are tired of the current "patient to pill" controlled system that the pharmaceutical industry has so intelligently lobbied and fine tuned. At the Amen Clinics, the patient will receive a visual proof of what is happening "under the hood," (or in your brain to be specific) and with thousands of scans and research to back up their approach to diagnosis, this is by far the best method available to date for all mental/brain related health issues. The current "tell me what's wrong and I'll guess a diagnosis without any hard evidence" approach is outdated and must be phased out.

After suffering a TBI among many other injuries from a motorcycle crash, I was told about Amen Clinic. Once I was able, I made an appointment and went through the process. After all results were in, the results showing lack of blood flow and damage from the crash was evident. This comfirmed my ongoing double vision issues, severe headaches, and vertigo. Doctor Parsons and doctor Brush both took control of my case and began the brain healing treatment process. They quickly determined I needed to begin Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) due to pituitary/hypothalamus gland dysfunction from damage caused by the crash. Their focus has been to restore what will hopefully soon be a revised version of my highly functioning self again! Had I not began this process, who knows where I would be today..... This entire ordeal has taught me so much and the medical staff has been very easy to work with! I always do my own extensive research prior to starting any treatments. The doctors are always willing to listen to my concerns and implement exactly what treatment is needed. It is hard to find doctors like this these days.

We finally got an accurate diagnosis for our child at Amen Clinics. The SPECT brain scan along with his assessment was very validating, and definitely worth it. The brain scans are a really amazing and are something you get to see yourself. For visual people (like me) it's really helpful and nice to see when having your brain explained to you. After head injuries it's nice to have someone look inside and tell you what's up in a less invasive way!

Hello. I’m not sure if any of you could help; but it’s worth asking. I’m the eldest child of 4 from a very close loving family. Unfortunately my middle The reason I’m posting today, is because I wanted to know if any of you knew of some kind of inpatient treatment program where he could go for a month or two to establish healthy mental health practices. I’m open to all suggestions as my family and I; are at our wits end. And we just need for him to be able to be in facility that can help him consistently so he gets into a routine.
