Very good Dr. Thorough and caring

I’ve seen Dr Heidy since my first child was born and I could not recommend her enough! She is absolutely fantastic, thorough and truly cares. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and treats everything with such care and delicacy. Admin team are also fantastic and lovely and the nurse on site has always been fantastic with my children. The best family practice in the Penrith area!

Where do I start. 1. Very easy to book. You can call or book online. Receptionist was helpful. Got a welcome text and confirmation. 2. Appointment wasn't late, seen within 10 minutes. 3. The whole place is extremely clean. 4. Doctors and nurses are professional and accommodating. The nurse let my wife breastfeed our baby in a spare room and the checked on us. Perfect visit. Would give it a 6/5 if I could.

Lovely receptionist as always. However i felt a bit disregarded by the doctor today. I completely understand the stress of being busy and having other patients. But a bit of empathy could have been brought to the situation by the doctor.
