I work with AFA for alarm services on multiple accounts. At one property their alarm panel failed late on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. We were initially told that the panel couldn't be replaced until Tuesday and the building would have to be on a fire watch. Andrew from their sales team and Kenny, one of the technicians, both stepped up and helped secure and install a panel the very next day. They both went above and beyond what was expected of them and helped us resolve what could have been a much worse issue.
My employer has used AFA for alarm monitoring for several years now and we have been very pleased with our experiences. Deb in the office is very responsive and helpful, consistently going above and beyond to help ensure that we have the best equipment and service possible. Jimmy, "our" service tech, is a great guy. He goes out of his way to make sure that we know when he will be on site and what he is working on while he's here. All of our interactions with him have been top notch.
AFA has been servicing our site for well over 20 years. Everyone is great! Communication is good and I only have good things to say about everyone that I have worked with.
AFA has done an outstanding job for use across the board at all our sites! Working with Andrew has also been a dream he helps solve problems that aren't always in his wheel house and makes time to help whenever he can!

AFA Technicians are always professional. They respond to reset and service calls immediately. I have worked with Jason Lees, Patrick Connolly, and Pete Withington for many years and the service they provide is exemplary. The systems in place provided by AFA are state of the art and provide safety assurance for the building.
