We recently had an alarm system installed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the installation process was handled with true competence and professionalism—the technicians Tom and Nate clearly knew their work and made sure everything was set up perfectly. What really stands out is the customer service. Any time I’ve called, the phone is answered almost immediately by a friendly, knowledgeable person who is eager to help. It’s such a refreshing change from the long hold times and automated menus you often get with other companies. Their pricing for both installation and ongoing maintenance is very fair, especially given the level of service and peace of mind they provide. Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, well-run alarm company.
My experience with this company has been excellent.
Most of the problems which occurred over the past few years were caused by power failure, and were corrected the same day when the company was contacted. I was walked through the rebooting process by Anthony Bonsera and in a matter of a minute service was properly connected.
The few times service problems required an in- home visit by a technician
were always positive experiences. The gentlemen were professional and courteous, and worked skillfully.
