Shout out to Moira Quinn! I was very anxious about a procedure and she was more than attentive to my anxiety level. She was great! My anxieties were unwarranted. I would definitely go back if I needed, and will recommend her to friends and family.
Had an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner in the Leominster location. Celeste Kilmartin took her time, listened to my concerns then gave me a thorough exam. I am very impressed by her professionalism and kindness. The front desk staff and assistant were also very kind. I would highly recommend the Leominster location.
I had a very good experience while going there. First they took a biopsy and on the next visit they removed what needed to be removed. I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort. And everyone I was involved with was very pleasant.
Dr. Jeffrey Mailhot is in Leominster and has a very high following. He used to work at UMASS in Worcester & Clinton. He is a great listener, kind, gentle and most of all, thorough! He spends time with you and hears what you have to say. Even though there may be a wait at times, it is worth it because I know he will good care of me and give me the time I deserve without rushing me out the door! The staff is incredible. Very friendly, always smiling and they make you feel cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Mailhot.
