This team was amazing! I had movers at my home and a refrigerator being delivered in 2 hours when my front door mechanism would not open. Priscilla knew the sense of urgency and got Javier to my home within 45 minutes. Javier got the door open quickly and changed out the lock apparatus within no time. Excellent service, friendly and reasonably priced!

I purchased a safe along with the delivery/ install. I can not say enough great things about A-1 locksmith. All the way from the sale of the safe to the install, these guys were outstanding. They had an uphill battle (literally) trying to get a massive safe through a tight spot. Most people would have looked at it and said we can’t but these guys made it happen. I am very impressed with their professionalism and performance. I will never use anyone else when it comes to purchasing and or installing a safe. Give these guys a call they are top notch and you won’t be disappointed !

I purchased a safe from A1 Locksmith a couple of months ago. The gentleman who sold me the safe was knowledgeable and patient and he made certain I was able to get what I needed within my budget. The safe cost a little more than a comparable unit at Cabellas but the delivery and installation fee was much less and was performed by clean, courteous and competent technicians. After the sale, I had a few questions and *** in their customer relations department was very helpful and courteous. They really took care of me! I was quoted an hour and the guy called me back and got here in 20 minutes! (An hour wait wasn’t bad though considering I’m stuck at work for 10 hours, just as long as I got my keys, haha.) He unlocked my car so fast, the price was very reasonable! I’ve been charged up to $180 before for just my keys being locked in the car... I will be back here for sure in case it happens again! They also have multiple locations, one closest to my apartment and my job so! :) Very satisfied, great job. I Appreciate you!

First of all I don't know why you would even try getting your keys done at those kiosks at Home Depot, Lowe's etc. Look no further - Ike at the Design District is the man! He never fails to deliver, all kinds of key issues and what not. He has an answer. Keep up the good work!

After home depot failed to make me a good copy of my key, I searched for an actual locksmith location. Found A-1 thru google maps and called first to make sure they were open for business and they answered right away. Needed a few duplicate keys made and Ike Gosset was there to help out. Affordable, knowledgeable a big variety of key styles many accesories and fast service. Located in the arts district very close to downtown. You'll also find gun safes of different sizes. I would highly recommend A-1 Locksmith.

Very good experience. We continually use them for work, but I brought a spare key for my vehicle over and he was able to program the transponder very quickly. Very polite gentleman and quick service. Can’t ask for any more than that.

Fixed my old mortise lock with no problems. I called around and other locksmiths didn’t seem to want to mess with my old lock and told me since it wouldn’t lock and unlock the entire thing would have to be replaced, or that they didn’t have the parts for it, etc...A-1 was confident on the phone, walked me through options and came out and fixed it in less than an hour. They even replaced old screws and lifted it so that it wouldn’t catch anymore. They re-keyed it (which one person told me couldn’t be done) and charged me a reasonable amount for the service. I would highly recommend.

Had a generic fob key that needed to be cut for my vehicle that I purchased from Amazon. The key was thicker than it should have been to start with, but they spent all the time needed to make sure it fit into my vehicle and got the job done fast. Clean store, but most importantly friendly and helpful service as well!

Honestly, David aka "Buck" was not only professional, but very friendly. He went out of his way to help me out in an emergency situation, and he was patient from beginning to end. David really knows a lot about hardware and door mechanics. I was really pleased with the customer service and the quality of work he did. I would recommend him and this company to everyone.
I had a dead bolt that had become lose. I tried fixing it myself to no avail. I called for someone to come to my house. They gave me a 2 hour window for arrival the next day. The guy called 30 minutes before arrival and it only took him 10 minutes to fix my lock. I will definitely call these folks for future lock repair needs. 2 thumbs up
