Was weighing the option of getting my new key fob programmed at the dealership or here. There is small but not zero risk of having a problem preventing success, but based on reviews and confidence from their personnel, I decided to trust them. Well, Dane and Joey took good care of me. Some cars and makes are more challenging than others, mine being one of them, but they knew what to do, stuck with their procedures, and I was on my way in no time with my fob added and working and emergency key cut. Nice work!

We went to A1 in Celina and left with the perfect safe and new locks for our new house. Dane took terrific care of us. He explained differences in the safes we were looking at in just the right amount of detail. It was no pressure and he let us decide what was best for us. It was the same when we were looking at 4 new locks for the house. Scheduling for delivery and installation was so easy and convenient. The installation was flawless. When we had difficulties changing the settings Dane adjusted his schedule and came to our house soon and on our time. A1 was excellent and I highly recommend the company and particularly the Celina team!

We needed to have a replacement key & fob made for our 2013 Toyota Tacoma. We purchased the key & fob online and visited A-1 to have them cut & programmed. Employee Dane was fantastic! He went above & beyond working to make sure our key & fob operated our truck correctly while also juggling many other customers that came in. Our truck proved to be having an “attitude” day but Dane worked through all of the issues. We are very appreciative for the top-notch customer service & would highly recommend A-1 to anyone needing key assistance (or a safe)!

I went in today and spoke with Dane and he took a look at the key and I didn’t even need to have it programmed. I recently got a new key fob and in the process discovered that the master key on my car actually doesn’t unlock it!!! They took the time to make a key from the existing cylinder and worked on it until I had a correct key. I was then able to go home and reprogram the fob myself (no pressure to pay them to do that part and the key cutting was a great deal). I am so grateful!

I ordered a key and remote / fob for a used vehicle that we recently purchased and the price I originally payed was less than half of the price the Toyota dealer. Then, when I got there, they immediately recognized that I didn’t require a chip key as their system indicated, so I got a nice refund, making it ~1/4 what the dealership quoted. And they were able to quickly program the key. I will definitely be going back to A-1 for my key and locksmith needs!

These guys saved me a lot of money. I bought a used 2018 Ford F-150 with only one key. Unfortunately, it was not the master key, and the seller did not tell me about the “MyKey” restricted driving modes. My local Ford dealership wanted $500 to replace the master key fob and remove the MyKey restrictions. A-1 Locksmith in Celina did it for approximately half that cost. The new key fob is identical to the OEM version and works perfectly. They also removed the Ford MyKey restrictions from the truck as requested. It’s nice to have complete control of my own vehicle again. The two men working at this location were extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Outstanding communication and customer service.

I had a difficult job. Multiple new door knobs to be installed and rekeyed. My iron door configuration was tricky. My wife and I were recently shopping for a new home safe and we stopped by A-1 Locksmith in Celina. Ian assisted us and was very knowledgeable about the various safes and was able to help us figure out the best option for us. We had the safe delivered and installed two weeks later and the crew did a fantastic job! The next day there was a malfunction with one side of the led lights inside the safe. We reached-out to the store and Ian obtained a new light kit, just in case he needed it, and came out to the house that same day any fixed the light. 10/10 for customer service and knowledge!! I was out shopping, and when I got back to my car, I couldn't get it to start. My car kept saying, "No key found," even though I had the fob. I called A-1, and Dane answered the phone. I was so worried I'd have to get my car towed or something very expensive, but I explained the situation to Dane, and he immediately knew how to fix the problem! The battery in my key fob was dead - easy fix! He explained how to start my car with the dead fob over the phone, gave me directions to the store, and helped me replace the battery. I am so grateful we have such a fantastic store in Celina where caring for the customer is a priority!! I will definitely be back for any future locksmith needs.

I stopped by a new store on the west side of Preston rd in Celina and went in. The 2 young men in there were friendly and helpful . I had some questions and with their help found gun storage that was affordable and suited my purposes . Glad I went , met them and bought the safe there ask for Dane or Ian. He quickly replaced the locks and also realigned the current locks (they were apparently installed upside down). He gave us some great advice concerning misaligned doors. Would highly recommend this company and Josh as they were on time, efficient, and professional.
