Quick place to get a coffee or tea. This is not a high end coffee shop, but it’s quick and convenient. I always order on the app, drive over and pick up. I prefer the sea cream black coffee easy sweet. The Vietnamese coffee and mint sereno are good too This place is take out only and parking is usually not too bad since it’s in the back corner of the shopping center

stopped by 7 leaves for a strawberry rio rosa and hot taro milk tea--both solid and satisfying. the rio rosa was super pretty and refreshing, a little on the sweeter side but still enjoyable. the taro was warm, creamy, and gave total comfort drink vibes

Not many boba places have green Thai tea as an option, but this one did! The drinks weren't super customizable, but came out fast! There were plenty of selections to choose from and overall the taste was great

Black milk tea: 1.5/2. I almost always get the Assam Milk Tea, easy ice, easy sweet. The drink has a roasted, malty, almost chocolate-y taste with a very creamy mouthfeel and is not at all bitter. The flavor of each drink is also very consistent between locations. If you generally like less sweet drinks, though, 7 Leaves drinks will likely be too sweet.
Other drinks: 0.5/1. My mom and husband like the Mung Bean Milk Tea, although it definitely needs to be easy sweet. My friends love the coffee drinks, especially the House Coffee and its seasonal variations. Drinks tend to be consistent in flavor between locations, but all drinks can verge on too sweet.
Ambiance: 0.5/1. This location is definitely more of a grab-and-go place. No seating inside. There is an open refrigerator to the right of the entrance that is designed for mobile order pickup, as well as a single bathroom in the back right corner.

The house coffee is definitely one of my favorite coffees ever, it never tastes watered down! The Assam milk tea also has a nice tea taste. It's unfortunate that you can't adjust sweetness levels but the drink varieties are all super tasty.

Its my 1st visit to 7 Leaves. This location is tiny w/no seatg. It's tucked away in a corner of the plaza where parking was easy to find at 2pm. Service was friendly and quick. I got the cold sea cream black coffee w/o ice (no hot but can request?). Loved the smooth yet strong coffee w/ just enough sweetness. Will order again!
7Leaves on Jeffery (the superior Irvine location!) is my FAVORITE regular coffee and tea spot, hands down. I am a Black & Tan and green thai tea loyalist!! Super kind service and lets you sample drinks if needed - also, love the rewards system! No seating, but great for a quick pit stop. Ordered almost $100 of 7leaves for my bridal shower and it was perfect. Love this location!
Local tea shop located on the corner Jeffrey and Walnut. I like coming here because they are a nice cozy tea house that mainly sells teas and boba as well as yummy pastries (mainly croissants). They do have coffee as well but I tend to come here to get their boba drinks for my family. Service is good overall and staff is friendly. Parking is limited as there are a few spots in front of the store.
Highly recommend the coffee drinks here if you need to stay up late! They can add up to 6 shots for free, or if you want your drink less sweet. I got the house coffee with 1 extra shot, and thought it was the perfect amount of sweetness and foam/cream on top. The cashier was also friendly and patient when explaining the differences in their drinks :)

Awesome coffee!! Check out the shh...menu from the 7 Leaves app to find my favorite coffee drink - Caramel Macchiato. It's delicious!!! If you're not in the mood for coffee, then try any of their teas. Hot or cold, they are all delicious and different from the usual teas. Customer service is the best and all the employees there are so wonderful and kind. It's always a pleasure going into this shop and walking out happy with my favorite drinks. 😍

I go here regularly after my IVC classes and it's the BEST choice for boba near there. The workers are always nice, and it seems like there are always a lot of employees; which tells me they are not overworked/super stressed/ and that the place is well-managed. My favorite is the green thai tea. It's always pleasantly sweet, which the right richesness and flavor of the Thai and Jasmine tea combo, and tastes constant for the most part. I also love that when I ask for "extra boba" they never disappoint!! This place has my respect, thank you for the sweet experience & boba

Parking is tough to find, especially on weekends and evenings. Thai Tea is my favorite Thai Tea around. I love their summer drinks and secret menu items. Keep in mind this is just for takeout, no where to sit.

This girl name named Haley is a real one, she is talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, completely not ever been done before. Assam milk tea boba is pretty good. The drink by default doesn't come with a lot of ice and I do like their small crushed ice cubes. It's a very small shop but good for a quick boba stop.
This is one of my top 3 boba places in Orange County!!! Their assam milk tea is my favorite. Their milk and sweetness balance is just right and the boba is always warm and fresh which is how I like it. They don't have a confusing, extensive menu with tons of options like other places do, but the reason I come to 7 Leaves is because of their simplicity and consistency. Every time I order my usual assam milk tea I say to myself wow! why do I even go to other boba tea places? The store is very small but this is the type of place where you just grab your drink to go.

Dropped by my favorite boba shop while I was back home and they didn't disappoint. Top tier service per usual and the interior design looks a lot nicer since the last time I visited. Got the classic house coffee w 5 shots fuel my caffeine addiction and tried the Brazilian Lemonade for the first time. I have not been to this location before but finally tried it. It’s actually just a place to get drinks and or pick up orders. It’s located inside a shopping center. I placed my order and was able to get there in 5 minutes and my drink was ready. I got a Japanese matcha soy and picked it up in the pickup section. Would definitely recommend this place.

7 Leave, regardless of location, consistently make good boba drinks as long as you are not looking for anything fancy or unique. They serve up the typical milk tea, coffee, and some sweet drinks. The menu is limited, compared to other boba places, but that's okay if you're looking for just a simple boba drink.

7 Leaves is a great spot for milk tea and boba drinks. They are open till 11pm which is great. My daughter and I go here at least twice a week and it has become our little ritual. The staff is always friendly and if for some reason you're order is wrong they are quick to fix it and will go the extra mile by offering you the incorrect order along with your correct order. The rewards could be a little better but that's not a reason to stop you from trying them. Overall my fav spot outside of Westminster.

I wanted a hot milk tea to warm up during the cool, wet winter. The friendly cashier recommended the hot jasmine, but I thought I’d try the taro. Unfamiliar with taro milk tea, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Despite her thinking it wasn’t sweet enough, I felt the tea was very sweet, but I am accustomed to unsweetened tea. The cashier then suggested “easy sweet”, which would mean more half and half, so I ordered a 12 oz hot. It was still sweet, and satisfying. Surprisingly, the taro wasn’t as earthy as I expected, and had more of a coconut and vanilla aroma. Still, I would have preferred a less sweet option, and was slightly disappointed they didn’t have unsweet or barely sweet, given the online claims of daily brewing and blending. I guess they make a single “base” for flavored brews, and dilute as requested. I recommend the hot taro “easy sweet” to anyone who doesn’t mind sweetened milk tea, since you don’t lose much taro flavor with the dilution.

CAUSE 7 LEAVES DON’T MISS! My greatest hobby is collecting stamps for my stamp card, it’s all I think and care about everyday. And don’t even get me started on their Thai Tea. BRO. IT STRAIGHT SLAPS. This is a great spot for authentic boba! While it is in the same complex as Lollicup, it is newer, fresh and very popular and a hit with locals who come regularly. It is by far a much better boba experience with delicious drink options. We love their matcha and thai tea milk boba drinks! Yum fun :)

The constant line out the door gives a hint of what's inside. Delicious teas, milk teas, coffees and boba that are naturally made. The place is small, no place to sit or really enjoy your drink so come prepared to take it to go. They have a nice variety and some unusual flavors too. Many places like this don't offer caffeine free options, 7 leaves does. Try the passion sunset or their house coffee, if your feeling adventurous the Mung bean milk tea was surprisingly delicious.

Best, freshest coffee you'll find in Irvine and surrounding regions. Pastries are freshly made by hand, no pre-packaged Starbucks danishes here. In addition to coffee, there are teas, Boba, macaroons, and strawberry filled croissants with freshly-whipped cream. Stop on by and grab something to go.

I visit 7 Leaves weekly, sometimes more often (I have to mind my budget), but I could easily make this a daily habit. I've had several items off the menu, but my favorite is the Sea Cream Jasmin Tea with boba, or their house coffee with Sea Cream. The quality of the teas and coffee served here are top notch. I have not had a bad beverage ever. I hope they never lose that committment to quality. My family and I make this a Friday night treat after the long work/school week. The people that work there are very busy, but are always pleasant.

Easily some of the best coffee available in Irvine. I highly recommend their house coffee, it is perfectly crafted. The staff are warm, friendly and quick! Lines can get long here, but, the staff make up for that by somehow being both personable and fast sacrificing neither in the process. Definitely a clutch experience. I also recommend the Thai tea! Could drink a gallon of it on my own it's so good!

My favorite part about this 7 Leaves location is the fact that it is open until 11:00 pm whereas majority of boba shops will have already closed down in this area by 10:00 pm. Since my craving for boba has no time limit, the extra hour really makes a difference for me! 7 Leaves has never truly intrigued me because of their simple menu. But there is something you can appreciate in its simplicity and it's that they have taken the time to master their craft and provide you with excellent quality tea and coffee. I am a huge fan of their Thai Tea. I will say that I myself choose to brew this at home and it really does not take too much effort to make, but I appreciate the fact that their taste and quality are there. My boyfriend absolutely loves their House Special coffee which is their blend of the Vietnamese Coffee. If I loved coffee, I would definitely be ordering this more often because it is absolutely delicious. Their boba is somehow always super fresh. I suspect that it is likely due to it being a fairly busy location. To me, it is important to have boba at the perfect consistency because if it's too hard then it'll really ruin the overall taste of the beverage. Overall, I love 7 leaves and will definitely be returning here. Be sure to grab a stamp card so you can work your way towards a free drink!

I like their beverages here. There is always a line here so anticipate that. Don't buy their strawberry croissant after noon since they are no longer fresh. Their strawberry croissant is from cream pan. Even though it's really good, you are better off just go to cream pan in Tustin directly. Other than that, all the beverages are tasty and great.

Seven leaf never disappoints. When you are craving a boba milk tea, the Assam milk tea here hits the spot. Assam milk tea is the closest to a regular black milk tea. Fairly priced at under 4 bucks for a medium and under 5 bucks for a large, you can also adjust your sweetness level here. Their menu isn't extensive like some other boba chains but every drink here is unique. Among my favorites aside from the Assam milk tea is the mung bean tea. It is legit mung bean flavor if you like it and it's even good just on it's own with no toppings. Another favorite is the thai tea. Its creamy and sweet. The add on choices are 0.55 extra each and includes classic favorites like boba, egg pudding, aloe, grass jelly. The one caution I would have is the wait here. It you come during a popular time, there is a line and parking can be tough too. Students tend to like hanging out right in front of it so I recommend to at least drive in front to make sure the people hanging around aren't in line. Plus if you have at least two people to drop off a person there to go stand in line while the other people parks. All in all, this solves my boba tea cravings and I would highly recommend!

Great place to get milk tea or coffee. Parking is limited. Next to the Chinese bank, look for the blur neon signs. 7 leaves is right next door in the corner. Boba is extra but the price for a large milk tea is $4 and change. Kudos to the gentleman in front of me for giving me his punch card for a free drink. Made my nite, since I had been driving around all day. Highly recommended the Jasmine milk tea or the Mung bean milk tea. Have to try the sea cream Jasmine milk tea next time.

7 Leaves Cafe is fast becoming my go to place for my boba milk tea fix in the Irvine/Orange County area. The milk teas are freshly brewed and comes in several flavors like Jasmine, Oolong, Japanese Macha etc. I personally like the Jasmine flavor which has a nice gentle fragrant to it. They also serve coffee drinks.

Got my Oolong Milk Tea with boba within minutes of ordering, so the service is great! My drink was also just a tad sweet and the boba tasted fresh! Minus 1 star for the long wait and inefficient way of tasting. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the fact that you can get a sample before you buy. But sampling before you order holds up the line. But seriously, why is this chain not in NorCal yet???!! Drinks: I cannot recommend the mung bean milk tea enough. It has a strong pleasant taste from pandan and the slightly grainy texture of the mung bean, perfect with chewy boba. I also tried the assam milk tea with sea cream. If you enjoy a strong tea flavor and sweet drinks, this may be a good choice for you.

I stop by to get the mung bean milk tea, which tastes great, some say it might be too sweet, but I'm good with it. When you first walk up the line might be out the door to the parking lot. Looks intimidating, but the line usually goes fairly quickly. Once you do get to the counter and place your order, they turn it around pretty quickly and have it ready before you get ready to wait for it.

It does have some seating, but it's a place you grab your dinks to go. They have macaroons here. The parking lot gets really crowded on the weekends.

Service here is amazing. I ordered the mango green tea with regular amount of sugar and after I tried it, I realized I forgot to ask for half sweet. Employee overheard me saying that I forgot to do half sweet, and offered to remake my drink. I didn't want to hassle them, but the offer to do so was exceptional service imo. I've been here about 5x and each time, the employees are always friendly.
Favorite spot for boba!
I visit 7 Leaves weekly, sometimes more often (I have to mind my budget), but I could easily make this a daily habit. I've had several items off the menu, but my favorite is the Sea Cream Jasmin Tea with boba, or their house coffee with Sea Cream. The quality of the teas and coffee served here are top notch. I have not had a bad beverage ever. I hope they never lose that committment to quality. My family and I make this a Friday night treat after the long work/school week. The people that work there are very busy, but are always pleasant.

7 Leaves is my go to Boba place in Orange County. It doesn't have as much variety as Lollicup or 85, but all of the drinks they have are great. I would recommend the Sea Cream Jasmine or the Strawberry Hibiscus which is refreshing on a hot so cal day! Also, they serve strawberry croissants from cream pan which is a local Japanese bakery in Tustin.

I love the mung bean and taro milk teas! They actually use real taro and mung bean not just powdered flavoring. My only complaint is that when you asked for reduced sugar they just at more half and half instead of brewing tea leaves with less sugar. This reduces the overall flavor of the drink compared to just reducing the sweetness

I don’t know what’s more popular Game of Thrones and it’s 7 Kingdoms or Orange County and their 7 Leaves? You can stop reading if you don’t get that reference. Caffeine is the most popular, readily available, socially acceptable drug in the world. Yes DRUG. It’s on every corner, yet still seems to be monopolized by some of these big guys, well not in Orange County. If you were a Starbucks fan, you hadn’t lived until you had 85’s coffee. Now 7 leaves did to 85 what they did to Starbucks. Changed an entire generation and segment of Coffee drinkers. Gone are the days of mochachocolatte Frappayabadabadoo drinks. I’m also not trying to trivialize the importance of Fair Trade, but just having good products is the function over form you shouldn’t overlook and the big guys lost track of that. Yes the parking sucks, as does every 7 Leave location (not 100% sure, but the consistency in this seems like it’s part of the business model). There is really no dine in sort of seating, just a bar and some uncomfortable chairs, a bathroom and a like 100 sq foot storefront. Classic art consistent with the other spots have the usual blown up menu items, macaron case, ghandi quote (they really like that I guess). Prices are on point at roughly $3 for most drinks and add ons like boba (not the new age tiny kind or the crystal versions), grass jelly, etc. Punch cards are a great program, but they have been out of the Large size cup for months. How is that possible in todays world of manufacturing to not source that better. Their house coffee can get extra espresso shots for free (I believe up to 6, but at that point you might as well get a powdered upper). Sea foam (just salt people). They use fresh tea in their milk teas and their general scoop of ice is too much so most people go light ice. There is never much of a wait. Their to go bags are solid and they always have a good seal so shaking and transporting upside down is fine, never had one open, and they don’t butcher your name like some places. Since parking sucks, don’t be that person who parks in the loading zone and isn’t in and out; and pull all the way into it. Maybe put your hazards on, it’s like people in Irvine don’t know the rules of the road, you know what, just don’t use it. Staff is super friendly, very young looking college kids? The house coffee is great. The Mung Bean milk tea is delicious. The Taro root milk tea has taro chunks and is super good. I’ve never had anything bad on the menu or on any visit. They do house coffee by the ½ gallon and if they had longer straws I’d buy that and drink it all in one shot for a long drive, say up North.

This place is much smaller than I expected. Barely any room to sit comfortably and chat with a friend. The drinks are a bit pricey for what they are, but +1 star for having the Cream Pan Strawberry Croissants, which I definitely recommend, especially if you haven't visited the actual shop in Old Tustin! I've had the following: - Sunset Passion is way too sweet. - Sea Cream Jasmine Tea (with boba) is delicious, and on the sweeter side. - Japanese Matcha Tea is subtly sweet, mostly refreshing. Overall decent, but not tempted to visit again unless I'm inside the shopping center.

Yes!!!!! 7 Leaves is open in Irvine! Yeah Yeah! No more having to make a drive to Garden Grove or Tustin just to get my favorite milk tea and coffee drinks. Right when Starbucks decided to screw the majority of “valued customers” with the new reward program in April, we have 7 Leaves opening and Dunkin’ Donuts down the street. There is no need to drink that overpriced burnt coffee anymore. I will bring my 7 Leaves punch card with me and get free drinks at all locations . I don’t mean to overhype this place but I legit love this place. It’s like hearing about Shack Shake (east coast peeps) or In-N-Out (CA peeps) being built in your city only this time it lives up to the hype, but you don’t have to believe me. I like having a shorter line. Just don’t come here if you are a hater. Jasmine Milk tea is my favorite followed by Sea Salt Coffee (better than 85C) and Vietnamese style coffee. The key here is the drinks taste like tea or coffee. You won’t see any workers here shaking or stirring some powder and water together like *cough* Lollicup and *cough* It’s Boba Time. The drinks are NOT watered down here and the pricing is lower than the average boba place. Forget what you know about supply and demand from Economics class. This is a quality un-watered down product that is less expensive but better than the competition. #Happy . I am like Pharrell dancing in the music video. Now I don’t have to pretend to like Gen in Tustin. I can go to my favorite Korean BBQ place Shik Do Rak and cap off the night with a milk tea afterwards. #Bobalife
